Mulgoa Rise Development Penrith Councul has approved the concept plan for 477 new homes in the new stage 2 area, called Mulgoa Rise, off Bradley Street. The developer is Norwest Land who have developed the Norwest Business Park and the Bella Vista Waters estate at Baulkham Hills. Bradley Road runs off The Northern Road, over a bridge, and will be the main entrance into Stage 2. A new shopping centre, primary school and parks are in the plans.
