Motorists Reminded to Slow Down and Keep our Kids Safe as School Goes Back Minister for Roads and Freight, Duncan Gay and Member for Penrith, Stuart Ayres have reminded motorists to slow down to 40 km/h in school zones as schools return across NSW. “As a Roads Minister, father and grandfather – nothing is more important than the safety of our most vulnerable and inexperienced road users, our children,” Mr Gay said. “Kids are heading back to school and we need motorists to slow down to 40km/h between 8am and 9.30am and from 2.30pm to 4pm on all gazetted school days. “We know a vehicle that hits a pedestrian at 50km/h is twice as likely to cause a fatality as the same vehicle travelling at 40km/h, which is why school zone speed limits are so important. “All schools have prominent signs and road markings telling drivers that kids are about and they need to slow down. “To also better help motorists and protect our kids - this government is committed to delivering flashing lights to every school by the end of this year and we are right on track to meet this goal. “We also encourage motorists to download our popular Speed Adviser App, which uses audio alerts to inform drivers of operating school zones and if they exceed the speed limit.
”Thumbs Up” for the safety of our kids!

BIG Screen, BIG Turn Out Although it may have been the middle of Summer, the theme of the night was certainly Winter, as Jordan Springs came alive last month, with a twilight screening of the movie ‘Frozen’ at the Jordan Springs Town Centre and Lake Foreshore. Hundreds of local residents grabbed their favourite chairs, picnic blankets, popcorn and drinks, gathering around the lake for a special screening of the Disney(TM) movie which started at 7:30pm. The event, which was organised by Lend Lease, also included radio station Nova 969 FM in attendance, who were on hand to help judge and hand out prizes for the best Frozen outfits. Families were treated to a host of activities, including jumping castles, fairy floss and food trucks. As the night progressed, the air was still and all that could be heard was the familiar chorus of children and adults singing the popular songs in the movie. ‘Let It Go’ proved to be the biggest hit, with many dancing along to it. It was a fantastic night out for the family, both young and old. “We’re here with our children and grandchildren. It’s been very entertaining and we’ve all had fun. This is what community is all about” said local resident Jill. “I’m wearing my Elsa dress. This is my favourite movie!” said 4 year old Grace. The night was a resounding success. A big thank you to Lend Lease and all those involved who helped create a magical night.

FAITH – ST DAVIDS CHURCH LLANDILO Rev John Hebblewhite A: Lot 257A Seventh Ave, Llandilo P: 4736 3592 Service Times: 10am each Sunday, with additional services held: 2pm on the Third Sunday and 8am on the Fourth Sunday
There are two particular themes within Christian teaching: one is ‘sin’. The other ‘salvation’. Particularly since the period in history known as the Reformation emphasis has been placed on these two themes. Now over the centuries a great deal of study has been directed towards understanding human behaviour. Present day psychology and sociology embracing a long history has put forward the concept that behaviour to a large extent is determined by genetics, the situation which the individual is placed in and the ‘forces’ applied as one grows. The question of free will is strongly debated and the actuality of free will remains an open question. Out of this learning the concept of sin still holds its ground. Sin is simply the reality that human behaviour both individually and collectively can depreciate the good, can destroy, can manipulate. Sin is the downside of humanity. Now Christian teaching finds a particular emphasis on the life and work of Jesus the Christ summed up in the theme ‘salvation’. As with sin, the emphasis on salvation often mitigates understanding. The word itself comes from the Late Latin and carries the meaning ‘to make whole’: to allow constructive human behaviour. In the New Testament writings the concept of salvation is grounded in the belief that Jesus in and by his life and work was a life that was ‘whole’ so that in reality life is not a tale told by an
idiot. Life is when both individually and collectively it is declared ‘we live, but this is because in all things it is done in Christ Jesus’ As such by growing in Christ Jesus, progressively salvation is achieved. Saint Paul argued let us work out our salvation. Sickness, disease, death, natural disaster etc can take their toll but the ‘whole’, the full reality is achieved governed by Hope and conviction that Christ Jesus is indeed our Saviour. Living within this context life takes on a new and richer perspective and allows speculation on the questions ‘who am I’ and ‘what is community’? An important note is that in the New Testament Scriptures the emphasis on salvation is not on a personal relationship in Jesus. This concept is recent in Christian teaching stemming from the rise of the concept of individualism that breaks down the recognition that humanity is a corporate whole: the family of humans. Scripture stresses that the individual is caught up in the human ‘whole’ which in turn finds its purpose and function by living ‘in Christ’. In the Christian Calendar the period before Easter is known g from Scripture p as the season of Lent. The readings and the prayers set out for the season in the Prayer Book provide positive enhancement as we reflect on these two themes noting the corporate responsibility and response that is entailed. How do you react when something unfair happens? When people take advantage of the innocent? When the vulnerable are abused? When the guilty get away without paying for their wrongs? If you are like me, then it upsets you. It grates on your sense of justice. You feel like reaching out in sympathy or anger to set things straight. It’s just not right. And it’s a constant factor of life. Despite even the efforts of governments, courts, police, teachers and parents, it goes on. Some people try to use this to disprove God. They imply that the presence of injustice in the world is an argument that God doesn’t exist. But, interestingly, if you don’t believe in a God, what reason would you have to expect anything like justice? Without a God
NEW YEAR
NEW YOU!
who cares about right and wrong to set the standard of what is fair, there’s no such thing as ultimate justice. There are just people’s different subjective opinions. At best, the majority of a society agrees about what is right. But even that is no guarantee that justice will be done. However, the Bible offers hope for those seeking justice. God himself is the standard of justice. Jesus knew the ultimate injustice of the world, suffering and being executed while innocent. And he is coming again: “For he (God) has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.” Acts 17:31 Our reaction to unfairness can helpfully remind us that the world shouldn’t be this way. And it won’t be this way forever. Those longing for justice will have their day. The perfect judge is coming to make all things right. Toby Campbell, Associate Minister.

New Home Building Laws Start Stuart Ayres MP, Member for Penrith has welcomed the start of new home building laws offering greater protection to NSW consumers from shoddy construction work. “New laws to protect NSW consumers from poor workmanship have been implemented across the State, Stuart Ayres said. “Anyone who continues to carry out unlicensed construction work or don’t have the necessary insurance now face up to a year behind bars. “Licence eligibility has been tightened to stamp out illegal ‘phoenixing’, which is where a company closes down leaving large unpaid debts, only to resurface as a different company trading under a different name. “Minor residential work worth under $5,000 can now be carried out without a licence to reduce ‘red tape’ for consumers who want to get minor work done around their properties. “Specialist work such as plumbing, electrical and air conditioning will still need a licence regardless of the cost of work. Stuart Ayres said consumers and builders could also continue to enter into a written contract for work less than $5,000, if they wished, the previous threshold was $1,000. “It is the first time since 2004 that the threshold has been changed, despite the increase of cost over time of building work and materials. This change also brings NSW broadly in line with other jurisdictions, such as Victoria, WA and Tasmania, which already have a threshold of $5,000 or more. Stuart Ayres said “It’s important to emphasise that consumers are protected by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is enforced by NSW Fair Trading and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. “Under the ACL, a consumer can request an itemised bill outlining prices, labour hours, cost and use of materials. “The builder must give the consumer the itemised bill, within seven days of the request, or face fines of up to $15,000 for a company and $3000 for an individual. A key change in the new legislation is the recognition, for the first time, of fire safety systems and waterproofing as major elements in a building’s structure. “Consumers are receiving the added protection of major defects in fire safety systems and waterproofing being covered
by six years statutory warranty, and those major defects that often result in major damage to homes and huge costs to home owners, Stuart Ayres said. “These laws have been two years in the making and have involved extensive community and industry consultation to deliver changes that respond to the changing landscape of the residential building market. “For the industry, these measures will reduce unnecessary red tape, and offer clearer legal definitions, particularly in relation to defects, helping to ensure fewer disputes between homeowners and builders. “If home owners or builders have any questions about the new laws, they can contact NSW Fair Trading for assistance on 13 32 20,’’ Stuart Ayres said. Some parts of the Amendment Act will come into effect on 1 March 2015, giving builders and industry time to make the transition to new requirements. These changes will require all contracts for work over $20,000 to include a progress payment schedule in the contract which accurately reflects the work done and materials bought. For detailed changes on new Home Building Act laws, visit NSW Fair Trading at: http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov. au/sites/ftw/About_us/Legislation/Changes_to_legislation/ Major_changes_to_home_building_laws.page?DCSext. ref=HomePageClick:Whats_new

Salt Aquariums Back Bigger and Better! Salt Aquariums have been the local aquarium store experts, specialising in reef aquariums, since 2008. The Emu Plains business, owned by Craig and Sharon Salt, sustained a tragic fire in December 2013. The fire started in the air-conditioning system and quickly spread throughout the whole store. Whilst the building survived, with the exception of the roof panels, unfortunately all the stock and shop fit was destroyed. The rebuilding process took many months of hard work and in November 2014 they reopened for business. “Last year was a tough year for us, but we’re back and we’re looking forward to this year” said Sharon Salt. For all your aquarium needs, including fish, coral and live rock, come in and visit the newly refurbished store at Salt Aquariums. Salt Aquariums are located at Unit 1, 84-90 Old Bathurst Road in Emu Plains. Phone is 4735 2366. Their website address is www.saltaquariums.com.au (look out for a new online shop coming soon). PARENTS CORNER Article by: Narelle Smith (Family Worker) NepeanStudent-Wellbeing Worker – Mulgoa Public School Nepean Community & Neighbourhood Services Ph: 0409 986 121 Centre: 4721 8520 Blog: http://handsheartsminds.wordpress.com
I hear from many parents who are confused about their role in raising their kids. There is so much noise these days about parenting – from social media, friends, family, school, television. Some of it is misleading and not based on the research, some of it is cruel and unusual. How does one make sense of it all? Parents cry out “we didn’t get an instruction manual with this kid!. To which I reply “your child is the instruction manual. If you listen to your child, observe him or her, look at the situation from where he or she is standing, it all becomes a lot clearer. And parenting becomes a whole lot easier. When I talk with groups of children or individual children, and I ask them if they can talk to their parents about what is troubling them, more often than not the children say that their parents don’t listen to them, they dismiss them, or they lecture them. Unfortunately, a lot of kids don’t see their parents as someone they can go to and feel heard and understood. They don’t see their parents as helpful or supportive. Kids tell me what their parents say to them when they try to go to them with a problem – “suck it up princess or “build a bridge and get over it. When I ask parents “who do you want your child to go to when he or she has a problem?, they always say “me. But if you were a child and were told repeatedly “don’t bother me with this now or “get over it or “you’ll be fine would you go back for more? I swear that if every parent learnt to listen to their child, I would be out of a job. And I would happily pack shelves at a supermarket knowing that our kids are healthy (physically, emotionally,, socially, intellectually). I know that parents don’t do this on purpose. Every parent wants the best for their child. More often than not, we don’t listen to our kids because their big emotions are too much for us to hear. So we try to jolly them up, redirect them away from the pain, push them to see the brighter side. We think that if our children are having an emotion then it’s our job to toughen them up. But feeling heard and understood is one of the most precious things a human can experience, especially when it’s coming from the most important people in your lives – your parents or carers. The path to easier parenting is empathy – standing and walking in your child’s shoes. The next step is acknowledging how they are feeling about something - hearing them out. You are not always going to agree with them, and you are still the parent, so you make the big decisions. But quite often, children can surprise us with their wisdom and insight.

Back to School can be a Stressful Time The books are covered, the bags are packed and the uniform is neatly ironed and ready for the first day of school. For some children and young people, however, these practical things are not likely to be worrying them the most. The stress and anxiety some young people feel at the start of the school year can be overwhelming. Those first days can be some of the most exciting but Kids Helpline General Manager Wendy Protheroe said for others, this time is a scary and frustrating one. Ms Protheroe said transitioning into school is one of the most important stages of a child’s development. “This is the time that sets a bar in terms of how children develop coping strategies, problem solving skills and ways of seeing and understanding the world outside of their family,” Ms Protheroe said. “They may be starting Prep, their first year of senior school or going into Year 12. Whatever the stage, it can sometimes be overwhelming with new challenges and uncertainties.” As Australia’s only national 24/7 counselling and support service for young people, Ms Protheroe said Kids Helpline was there to help. The service has compiled a list of tips for parents to support their children during this time. Kids Helpline’s Top Five Back to
School tips are: 1. Be excited about the change. If you are enthusiastic and confident, your children are more likely to be as well. 2. Listen to your children. Let them know you’re interested in what they’re worrying about and what they’re excited about. 3. Plan - have uniforms and lunches ready the night before to avoid the early morning rush and any unnecessary stress. 4. If possible, visit the new school with your child before the first day to familiarise with the layout including bathrooms, lunch areas and playgrounds. 5. Start and maintain daily routines that will add structure and make your child more at ease (eg) dropping your child off at school at the same time each morning. Ms Protheroe said it was important for parents to make themselves available to provide support at critical times like starting back at school. However, Kids Helpline was there to help at any stage. Children and young people can call Kids Helpline about a range of issues, from making friends to starting high school, at any time. Kids Helpline, Australia’s only national 24/7 counselling and support service for young people, provides 24 hour counselling services to young people aged 5 to 25 years – free call 1800 55 1800 or online at www.kidshelpline.com.au.

Motorists Reminded to Slow Down and Keep our Kids Safe as School Goes Back “Let’s work together and make sure we get our school road safety off to a flying start this year by sticking to 40km and being alert.” Member for Penrith, Stuart Ayres said it is a special time for the families and motorists of Penrith with the installation of flashing lights over the school break. “We know these lights are effective at slowing drivers down – so this is a big win for road safety across Penrith. “This government is delivering both inside and outside of the classroom with infrastructure and exciting new education programs to help protect our school communities. “Students are learning important road safety skills through our road safety programs including Safety Town, and we’re putting information right in the hands of parents with our guide to school zone safety.”

It’s no doubt that Western Sydney is fast becoming the adventure capital of the state, with Luddenham Raceway opening for business in November, late last year. With two years of planning and eight months of construction, it’s the perfect place for the family to visit. “We wanted to create something for the whole family. Luddenham Raceway caters to adults and children with lots to enjoy” said Marketing and Promotions Manager Maria Vukmirica. Maria’s children Niki, Sascha and Simo also work at the business, making it very family oriented. There are two go kart tracks at the raceway, the ‘Pro Circuit’, a 600m asphalt track designed for the adults and a ‘Rookie Circuit’ designed for children aged from 8 through to learners. Prices start from $25 for 1x7 min race for kids aged 8-14 and $30 for 1x10 min race for adults 15 and over. There are over 30 go karts on offer to race, with participants able to access state-of-the-art electronic timing and lap times that are emailed and have Facebook integration. Luddenham Raceway also has facilities such as a function/meeting room, which make it ideal for corporate events. Honda Australia recently booked the venue to product test and train for their new CRV. There’s also a café and a party room onsite. With stage one complete, stage two construction will include a Paintball Park, whilst stage three will see a Car Circuit (CAMS Category C) and Driver Training Facility built. Both stages are due for completion later this year. Luddenham Raceway will be supporting the University of Western Sydney during ‘O Week’ this year, giving all students 10% off and
donating free track time for the university’s Solar Car. During this time, they will have stands at the Penrith, Parramatta, Bankstown and Campbelltown Campuses, with buses taking the students to the Raceway for promotions. “We get a kick out of seeing people happy. Seeing the smiles on their faces are priceless” said Maria. Luddenham Raceway are located at 849 Luddenham Road, Luddenham. Phone is (02)9834 2366 and email is info@ luddenhamraceway.com. Click ‘Like’ on Luddenham Raceway’s Facebook page for more information. They are opened 7 days a week, from 10am to 7:30pm.

Valentines Day Tips to Help You Survive

Valentines Day. How to survive without your partner, especially on a day celebrating lovers? Some helpful tips:
2014. Let yourself feel good feel good inLet youryourself body and mind LQ \RX¶UH ERG\ DQG PLQG with some “me time”.
Partner up with a Friend Let people know what you want. Talk to your friends about your loved one, remembering helps you cope with your grief. Make a new tradition of exchanging flowers, cards or chocolates with friends in the same position, celebrate your friendship. Laughter and chatting always helps, make the day yours, do what’s comfortable.
Rename the Day You could call it Love Day and take time for yourself. A day to focus on you. Just like your partner did, when they were around.
Journalling Write your feelings in a journal. This helps you sort out your feelings and emotions. Often you are overwhelmed by the waves of emotions and can't remember being happy. Journalling is a terrific way to get thoughts out of your head onto paper. When you close your journal, you often feel like a weight has been lifted.
Honour your Love Continue your Valentine's Day tradition each year, honouring the love you shared.
Light a Candle Write a letter, poem, song or a message. Write a card to them. Be inventive, there is no limit to what you can do.
Focus on You Take care of yourself. Eat well, exercise, go for a walk, do the gardening, have a massage. Do what you want to do, don't let others tell you what you should be doing. If it feels right for you, just do it.
The most popular theory about Valentine's Day origin is that Emperor Claudius II didn't want Roman men to marry during wartime. Bishop Valentine went against his wishes and performed secret weddings. For this, Valentine was jailed and executed. While in jail he wrote a note to the Jailor's Daughter signing it

So what will you CHANGE this New Year? Michael Todd Business Advisor Youngest ever winner of Best BEC Advisor Australia Penrith, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury BEC
Twelve months from now, people will be looking back on 2015 and seeing the results of the choices they're making now. For some people, it will look pretty much like 2014. The same story, just one year older. It must be the case for most people. Another year, and more unfulfilled ‘New Year's Resolutions’. It is said that around 8% of these get achieved. If you had a good 2014, how can you build on that to make you and your business stronger in 2015. If you didn’t have a good 2014, what can you change or do to ensure it goes better for you? You have the most control over yourself. The blame game never works. So what do we need to do this year to make it a good one? Be proactive. The key to progress is taking control of it yourself. It is very important to be aware of what's going on around you as well. Stay abreast of industry changes and keep one eye on competition. Be confident and commit to your goals. A lack of confidence is one of the biggest obstacles to achieving both personal and business goals. You need to believe in your abilities, build on your strengths and address weaknesses when planning. Commit to doing whatever it takes to get you where you want to be, even if it involves some risk.

Start every day prepared and engaged. If you want to advance, you need to demonstrate that you're truly engaged in your business. It's not enough to physically be there at your desk every day. Show up mentally prepared and ready to take action. Being active, tackling tasks and planning ahead are the characteristics you need to take the initiative in your business. Use technology to help you. Business will continue to be driven by better business technologies. Employees also want technology to help them be more efficient and productive so embrace that. It may even lead them to do more with less and work smarter, not harder. So here’s to a new year, if that is what you need for a fresh start mentally. You have control to make sure everything comes together to make your goals a reality.
We see over 1,200 businesses each year, of all shapes and sizes, helping our clients achieve results like no other. If you haven't engaged with our BEC for our award winning business advice then now is a good time. Our clients are operating more efficiently, creating more jobs and achieving their goals all the time. From diagnostics to SEO, assistance with staff to social media, we can help your business grow.

We’re now well and truly into the New Year...I hope you had a lovely Christmas break celebrating with family and friends. With a New Year, comes New Year’s resolutions. If your resolution is to improve your health and fitness then read on and learn how to put your New Year’s resolution into action. 1. Set measurable and realistic goals: If your goal is to lose weight/body fat then you need to set a realistic target. Anywhere from 0.5kg-1kg per week is a safe and achievable goal. People who lose weight at this pace are more likely to maintain their weight loss results long term. To ensure you’re able to measure your results be sure to do a body assessment (weigh in and measurements) so you can track your progress and stay motivated. 2. Make a plan: This can be as simple as writing a shopping list, ensuring you prepare your nutrition for the coming week or scheduling a workout with a friend or personal trainer. All these simple things will ensure you stay on track to achieving your important goals. We’ve had plenty of clients reach and maintain their health and fitness goals with our help. We include food plans with our group classes and all goal setting and monitoring. So to get yourself on the right track call me today so we can design a personalised program for you. Penrith Sports Netball Club was one of the first clubs to join the Penrith district association back in 1972 by Joan Butriss. Joan headed the committee until sadly she passed away from cancer. It was then her daughter Kim took up the reigns and continued on with her legacy of providing a family fun atmosphere where their motto was and still is “friends through sport The club is lucky enough to have dedicated and experienced coaches who teach the girls new skills each week. They love to keep up to date with what is happening in the netball community and bring that spirit to our club games. Penrith Sports also have National A badged umpires who guide and work with the young girls who would like to umpire games. Mel has been with the club for many years as a player and an umpire. She plays at state level and her level of enthusiasm is un matched. PAWS A WHILE With Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital 377 Wentworth Rd, Orchard Hills Ph: 4736 2027
$2100 Guide Dog Donation from the Santa Photos with Pets Santa Claus visited Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital during December 2014 and photos were taken with your pets. We all enjoyed watching your pets get dressed up with Santa hats and scarves and sitting on Santa’s knee for a photo. With a lot of laughs and giggles, we took many cute Santa photos. Thank you for all of the donations for the photos. With your great support, we raised $2100 for The Guide Dogs NSW/ACT!! Wow!! This was our best year yet!! We all had lots of fun and The Guide Dogs get a great donation. Thanks again for participating. Too much fun!! The Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Guide Dogs NSW/ACT exists to enhance the quality of life of people living with blindness or impaired vision, by assisting in their achievement of independence through access and mobility with the use of Guide Dogs. It takes nearly two years to develop a playful pup into a responsible Guide Dog. Puppy Raising New puppies arrive at the Guide Dogs Centre at the age of approximately eight weeks. They work with purebred Labradors, Golden Retrievers and Labrador/ Golden Retriever crosses. These breeds are calm, loyal and intelligent, and have a proven track record as Guide Dogs. The pups are then placed with families that have been specially selected by Guide Dogs staff. They are called "puppy raisers". Over the next 12 months, these families will provide the pups with basic social skills, obedience and lots of fun! The dogs are visited regularly by the Puppy Raising Officers, who monitor their development and take them on training walks on their local area. In addition, the pups spend time at the Guide Dogs Centre, to help them become familiar with their next home. If you are interested in becoming a puppy raiser,
contact The Guide Dogs at www.guidedogs.com.au. Guide Dog Training When the pups are about 14 months old, they return to the Guide Dogs Centre. The instructors carefully assess every puppy on several long walks. Prospective Guide Dogs must be eager to work, with good concentration and initiative. They must also control the temptation to be distracted by other animals. Puppies that are selected to become Guide Dogs undergo an intensive five-month program to learn the complex skills required for their new job. They begin with simple commands and progress to more challenging tasks. These skills include: • Walking in a straight line without sniffing • Walking on the left-hand side slightly ahead of the trainer • Stopping at all kerbs • Waiting for a command before crossing roads • Stopping at the top and bottom of stairs • Avoiding obstacles at head height • Avoiding spaces too narrow for a person and a dog to walk through side by side • Boarding and travelling on all forms of public transport • Taking the trainer to a lift • Laying quietly for some time, particularly at a workplace or in restaurants • Refusing commands that may lead the trainer into danger - for example, if the trainer instructs the Guide Dog to walk them into a hole, the dog should refuse to walk forward when commanded. As training progresses, Guide Dogs learn to travel through confusing and crowded areas, such as shopping centres and busy city streets. In fact, experienced Guide Dogs can lead their users to a list of destinations. As you can imagine, this requires careful teaching so the dog learns each command in a complex sequence of events. Despite the hard work involved, Guide Dogs have a rewarding job indeed. These intelligent dogs lead an interesting life and enjoy its many challenges. Please feel free to pop in anytime and meet the team at Orchard Hills Veterinary Hospital. Call 4736 2027 to make an appointment. Check us out on Facebook and online at www.orchardhillsvet.com.au.

Recycling Made Easy with SMS Service This is a recycled message and one worth saying because we want more residents to use this handy service! Penrith City residents can take advantage of waste and recycling programs with Council’s free ‘Resource Recovery Reminder’ service. Penrith City Mayor Ross Fowler OAM said the Resource Recovery Reminder SMS service was initially introduced for Council’s extra waste collections at Christmas. “On the night before bin collections, the free service sent an SMS to mobile phones reminding residents about the extra pick-ups,â€? Councillor Fowler said. “It has been so successful that Council will also sms registered residents about a variety of programs including: • Chemical Clean Out drop off days - (March 7) • Electronic Waste Recycling collections – (March 8) • Resource Recovery initiatives
Residents can register for the free SMS reminders by email or phone. Email your name, home address and mobile phone number to rrr@penrithcity.nsw.gov.au to register for the free service. For more information, go to www.penrithcity.nsw.gov. au or phone 4732 7615.
