Silverdale Hall Lego Building Competition A fun Lego building competition will be held at Silverdale Progress Hall on Sunday 28th June. Bring your own Lego, Duplo, or similar to build at the hall on the day. Please support the Progress Hall which desperately needs extra helpers and funds for the annual insurance.

Men’s Shed This is a successful programme already running in Wollondilly Shire and now being planned for Warragamba and Silverdale.
Silverdale’s Johanna Hemara has won another accolade with the addition of the prestigious Mulgoa Idol Mug to her achievements. The fun night is organised by Dr Adrian Sheen and always has some excellent entrants as well as a few which are not quite in the same league! This year the proceeds went to Rotary Club of Taveuni Island Educational Trust. See page 3

Wollondilly Shire Council is currently preparing to undertake additional work at Baines Hill, Silverdale Road, with over $1 million to be spent on pavement and drainage works over the next few months. Council has been working with the community to address concerns about the notorious stretch of Silverdale Rd between Farnsworth Avenue and the Nepean River Bridge. See page 3
