HAPPY MARCH, ARCTIC FOXES! I hope you are all lucky enough this month to squeeze in more hours of service! As it is the month of luck and fortune, be sure to help the underserved and the underprivileged this March by participating in service projects that will help them feel fortunate. We only have one and a half months left in this term, so let’s finish off strong! Remember to keep our division and district goals in mind — we have gone above and beyond raising funds for the Pediatric Trauma Program, so I know we can achieve the rest. With just a little bit of your dedication, I’m sure that we can do it. As the end of our term approaches, don’t forget to reflect on your term, train your new officers, and leave your legacy. Have you achieved all the goals that you set for yourself? Are you happy with all your accomplishments? Have you done the most you could’ve done? If yes, you should be proud of yourself; if no, you still have time left in this term to change this! Keep working hard and make these last few weeks count! As a reminder, DCON registration ends on March 14! Celebrate another year of service and reunite with your friends at Reno, Nevada in April! Remember to work proactively in order to meet all the deadlines and get all the logistics figured out (such as transportation, chaperones, etc.). I cannot wait to see you there! Remember that everything you make a change in this world; for much this term, and I am proud ways for everything that

do makes a difference. YOU have the power to this, you inspire me every day. You have done so of everything that you have done. Thank you alyou do and I hope you have a lucky March!

HAPPY SPRING, ARCTIC FOXES! Wow! Can you believe it’s almost March? Hold on, if it’s March, doesn’t that mean that it is almost the end of our term?? Yes it does ! With April approaching quickly, so is District Convention 2018! The event where we can celebrate, socialize, and cry at! Crying mainly for the retirement and installment ceremony. Don’t forget to even say hi to your district pen-pal if you have one or even one of your friends that you’ve met at one of either a district, regional, or divisional event! I hope all of you have successfully registered and paid for your admission to DCON! If not, remember, there’s also a late registration deadline coming up soon! The last day, and ultimately the last chance, to register for DCON is March 14th at 11:59 PM. Speaking of installment, I would like to personally congratulate the LTG elect, Grace Nguyen, for being elected as the 2018-2019 Lieutenant Governor! I know you will inspire others and lead our division to success! You will do an amazing job with the legacy that our past, and present, Lieutenant Governors have laid down before you! With the end of our term coming very quickly, I would just like to take this time and say that each and every one of you have done a lot and made a difference in your community. It may not seem like it, but the people you have touched throughout this term says differently. All of you have left a legacy to look back on. Remember, serve your community with helpful hands and happy smiles! I will see all you soon again! Stay foxy everyone!

MONTHLY UPDATE

“ The month of January was not what we, the PHS Key Club officers, hoped for, in terms of amount of volunteering opportunities, we all wish we could’ve done more! So our goal for February is to have many service projects in order to end our term with something big. Our club elections are also coming up! We hope to find amazing people to fulfill our positions as well as people that love Key Club as much as we do. Testimonials for this month are Stacy Pascua and Jennifer Dong! We hope that February will be an amazing month for us and we still thrive for the best! ! ”

CONCLAVE ‘18 Choosing the 2018-2019 Lieutenant Governor of Division 42W was a blast! We are extremely excited to work with Grace Nguyen in the next year of Key Club. Our Club President and Vice President, Regina Hernandez and Valeria Medrano were chosen to be delegates for our club. Might I add that they asked highly intellectual questions to find out more about the potential Lieutenant Governors.
