Howdy Orcas! Welcome to the first edition of The Orca-Zette, the division newsletter for this term! It’s a play on the word “gazette,” in case you didn’t figure it out :) This is the second month of my term, and I am beyond excited to be taking on this position. I hope to serve you all and help every club in our division thrive and grow. I know that we can make our division more powerful than ever before this term! You have all shown tremendous strength throughout the past term even with the extreme challenges of being in a pandemic. I know that with you all, our division WILL succeed! My goals for this term are $4000 for PTP, 4500 service hours, and 206 dues-paid members. With hard work we can achieve these goals! I believe in you all! Finally, it’s May! This means AP testing is right around the corner. Good luck to everyone with AP exams! I know you all are busy, but please remember to take care of yourselves :)

iPhone Users: download the app for Freerice, play for up to 10 hours, and go to your screen time and submit a screenshot of how much time you have on the Freerice app. Non iPhone Users: start a timer once you start playing and take a screenshot of the timer once you are done. Either way you track the time, you must also submit screenshots of the final amounts of rice you have in your club’s group to your club president.
