Chương trình gồm 2 phần chính: 1) Đào tạo Mindset an toàn và mô hình 3D của nhà máy nhiệt điện tại trung tâm đào tạo công ty; 2) Tham quan và trải nghiệm thực tế để tìm hiểu về quy mô, cơ cấu tổ chức, mô hình hoạt động của nhà máy.
