Autism awareness month: How to spot if your child may have special educational needs
She further added that before experts categorize kids on the autism spectrum or children with special needs, they would be diagnosed with a ‘complicated condition’ that included problems with communication and behaviour.
development.
“But actually, that’s autism. Facts state that experts believe that there are no more children who develop autism today than 50 years ago. Instead, they say the increase in cases is due to changes in diagnostic criteria and more awareness of the condition of autism,” she said.
“Children with such special needs are usually entitled to receive additional assistance through establishing a routine intervention. Kids with special needs can present many challenges to their daily life. In particular, it can impact how they engage with their learning at school. Our position as a teacher and therapists gives them the perfect opportunity to help them overcome these barriers and get the most out of their education,” she said.
Engr. Schonberg said that the most prevalent signs of autism in children include repetitive movements, no eye contact, nonverbal communication, rocking their body, and finding it hard to express what they want and feel, among other things. Autism, she added, is considered a lifelong condition with no known cure; however, as the kids mature, they can outgrow a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. “And that’s one reason that continuous ADL (activities for daily living) and errorless teaching are very important for the child’s development,” she further added.
M
any children with special education needs show developmental differences when they are babies, especially in their social and language skills. Engr. Li H. Schonberg, a mechatronic Robotics Engineer with a degree in Social Psychology major in Special education need and disabilities (SEND) and whose advocacy is to hone the roadmap of innovative education. She aims to build a stronger system for students of special needs who require support and amplify community voice for them to be recognized and be heard, shares what the early signs of kids with special needs. “Usually, you can recognize the autism behaviour series between the age of 12 to 18 months or sometimes even earlier. It will show as developmental difficulties, and this can especially be seen in their social and language skills. There will always be an early sign in their behaviour, and it will be obvious while growing up,” the Abu Dhabibased Filipina entrepreneur said.

When asked about the most common treatment for children on the autism spectrum, Engr. Schonberg, the expert on the matter, recommends applied behavioural analysis (ABA) therapy that improves social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies among youngsters. “Parents with special kids can benefit from the program as well. They will learn the techniques on how to handle their child’s difficulties. One very important factor that they should know is ‘generalizations: from ‘task analysis’, ‘prompting’, up to ‘fading’. These are the techniques needed by every teacher and parent to deal with special kids while at home and school,” she said. Based on her knowledge and research, a genetic test cannot diagnose or detect autism as there are many genes and environmental factors that may underline the condition. However, there is now a routine prenatal ultrasound that can identify early signs of autism that obstetricians usually do during the pregnant mother’s trimester through a blood test. Spearheading the QAT Kid’s Development Centre that caters Special Education Department (SPED), Engr. Schonberg said that the institution aims to aid kids of determination to have a day-to-day

Highly trained teachers and therapists are running the development center to provide children the support they need to ensure that they can reach their full potential.
Their dedication to improving the quality of life for children on the autism spectrum along with their families is their main goal. Their approach is more on innovative education, and one example is the use of robot assistant teachers to capture the child’s focus. “Our hub is a safe and stimulating space for students with disabilities to explore sensory input and programming their daily activities. Such as brain gym, exercise breaks, low distraction activity area. Students will learn and experience appropriate tools to organize Visual Cues from their speech, music and art teacher using the latest approach of STEAM,” Engr. Schonberg asserted.

hokudo is another food hub that spreads its wings as an evergrowing restaurant in Dubai. It is also an award-winning hub for legitimate and authentic Japanese and Korean cuisines. This lovely restaurant is known for its year-round varieties of food, from ala-carte, group meals, and unlimited dine-in. You can feel Japanese and Korean culture in Dubai for an affordable price.
Meaning bunches of food are fully loaded in sundry choices. Although many people are visiting the restaurant, the service from the crew was superb and very accommodating. The timings of serving food were quite acceptable, but you do not need to wait for it for so long. Eid meal offer
The chefs who prepare the dishes here have vast experience in Japanese and Korean cuisines to give you some background. Thus, the taste of food is a very elemental and taste-bud grabber. Interiorly saying, the restaurant has a good ambiance of Japanese and Korean cultures, and the place has a mix of traditional and modern designs. Any time of the day is the best time for eating. Of course, now in Ramadan time, it is better to eat during the evening time. Now, let us talk about the store itself. Upon entering the store, you will see clearly how diverse the food is. The crews are very accommodating and welcoming to their customers. Personally, when I visited the store, it was nighttime, and the food was “fantastically” prepared in the Iftar way.
knows the menu they offer, and one of their crew talks about the dish they offer, which was a plus point. The value for money is brilliant at AED 69 or 79 for the complete dining experience. Experience the Jap-Korean culture at Shokudo Restaurant located at Shop 7 Centurion Tower Building A, Port Saeed, Deira City Center Area, Dubai, UAE.
When you are ready to create more space in your Eid celebration, I think Japanese and Korean food is for you. Aside from it, it has excellent oriental taste, and it is also healthy. In Shokudo restaurant, you can enjoy your Eid days for only AED 69 for unlimited Japanese and Korean cuisines. But if you want to elevate your dining experience, they also have AED 79 for unlimited samgyupsal. The best of best foods I tasted in Shokudo was their tempura, variants of sushi, and the famous Takoyaki. You can taste the seasonal and oriental Asian spices. I can say that they have the complete set of menus, from mouth-watering appetizers up to their classic impeccable deserts. Overall, the menu is outstanding and amazingly stimulating. The service team

Every day, do an anonymous, random act of kindness. “Be compassionate whenever possible; it’s always possible,” says HH Dalai Lama. Aster DM Healthcare’s Chief of Service Excellence (Corporate), David Thomas Boucher, is 63 years old. He was raised in Europe and the United States of America (USA). He completed his undergraduate studies at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and his graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. David, a man of immensity, had worked in various vocations before becoming a successful professional. He revealed during the interview that his first paid work was as a rodeo cowboy clown helper in South Dakota. Furthermore, at 14, he founded his first firm, a house-painting business with a high school classmate. His practicality spared him from completing his bachelor’s degree. He spent seven years painting homes and saving every dime to pay for his education. He is now the Group Chief of Service Excellence at Aster DM Healthcare. I traveled and visited hospitals in almost 30 countries with Companion.” When he was set to retire in 2017, he was offered the Chief Business Transformation Officer position at BIH. He joined Aster DM Health Care in January 2021, after taking a few months off and withdrawing for the second time. When Dubai Vibes Magazine asked him about his career, he answered: “Perhaps the highlight of my career was leading the turnaround effort at an American hospital in my first hospital CEO’s position. The hospital was near bankruptcy when we started, so we had to work very quickly to create a high-performing team. I have used lessons learned from Good Hope Hospital throughout my career.” He relishes the opportunity to be with the frontline Asterian daily in his current company. David enjoys spending as much time in their hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and optic stores. View towards challenges “The most significant challenge is motivating speed to action. While we have made significant progress in service improvements over the past couple of years, we still have a way to go. I am continually signaling the reminder that “It’s not the big,
the small, but the fast that eats the slow. So, while we are biased toward action, we need to accelerate the rate of improvement,” David said. He also mentioned that he didn’t realize it was okay to seek help until he was in his mid-40s. His most essential conflicts are those he fights within himself. It was tough for him at first to become a servant leader. However, after he submitted it, things were considerably more straightforward. Today, according to David, he is living the dream. He visited Asterians and facilities throughout the GCC and India. He always reminds himself that it is a huge responsibility, but it is also much pleasure. Dubai Life He stated that Dubai is the safest place he has ever lived, and he appreciates living as a minority. David noted that Dubai has everything excellent. Overall, he finds it simple to evaluate and advertise Dubai as a medical tourism destination because the emirate has exceptional facilities and great physicians and nurses. Gold Souks Market/ Creeks near the Al Fahidi Fort is one of his favorite spots in Dubai. As someone has always been fascinated by commerce, the souks give him a glimpse into the works of finance.
Vicissitudes’ latitude David has worked in hospital management for 44 years, which he regards as a blessing. He began his career as an undergraduate student at Allentown, Pennsylvania, in 1978. He worked for BlueCross and BlueShield of South Carolina for more than three years before taking the post of financial director at a hospital in northern Vermont, USA. He shared: “Nine years later, I moved to North Carolina in my first CEO’s position, then was later the CEO of two hospitals in South Carolina.” It also comes to the point that he returned to BlueCross in the year 2000 and was involved in contact center management and health information technology initiatives. For a few years, he was a kickboxer. His diverse set of abilities and skills allowed him to be a man of breadth and grandeur. “My prior job experience was mainly in tourism, which was a challenge for me because I started working when I was 15; being timid and inexperienced didn’t help me, but I overcame it. When the opportunity to become a model arose later in life, I jumped at it and thoroughly enjoyed my time as one “.
and love to the globe is the essential virtue that the world requires right now. His life philosophy is a reflection of his personality. Srdjan is more than just a fashion model; he is a role model for everybody who aspires selflessly. He is a dreamer who never settles for less than assisting and appreciating individuals of all socioeconomic backgrounds. “Being compassionate is universal; being distinctive is being oneself,” he remarked.
Getting to know Dubai through modeling Dubai journey Srdjan began his modeling career in Dubai, and he claims that when he compares his current work to previous ones, there is no need for tight rest or activity to unwind. As a model, you will have the opportunity to work with excellent people. It also helps him to improve his social skills and inventiveness.
“M
y ultimate dream is to influence the world in all possible good ways and bring peace and love to humanity. And I think the world needs these values desperately.” Srdjan Miljenovic, a model and influencer from Kotor, Montenegro, is 21 years old. This handsome young man grew up in a tiny nation where influential people surrounded him. He felt highly fortunate to have had the most exemplary parents and two elder brothers, whom he looked up to and influenced to enjoy life. Srdjan is so well-thought-out that his father most certainly impacted him. His ideals of respect, gentlemanliness, and compassion are instilled in them. His father, he adds, has always been a great example of how a man should treat, care for, and respect others. Aside from being family-oriented, this charming personality crafts his future on his own by surviving all of his visions. His modeling career enables him to grow his confidence and network through his affable attitude. Srdjan’s lively and friendly personality helped him make many acquaintances of many ethnicities. “I am a people person; I adore positive energy and honesty,” he continued. Aside from that, this man is a fitness fanatic.
When Dubai Vibes Magazine asked him what he enjoys most about his present job, he said, “Being able to travel to so many various destinations, wear so many gorgeous clothing, and meet so many people is priceless, and it’s my favorite aspect among so many rewards.” Being a model is a significant break for him because he gets to do something he likes, but it is also a fantastic platform for success. Being in the same line as international models in Dubai is an incredible honor for this man of ambitions.
Srdjan is new to Dubai and does not have enough time to explore the city due to his hectic schedule, but he is regularly learning about the nation and its culture. Nonetheless, he stated: “I view Dubai as a place where everything you need is always available, where people are kind, and most importantly, where everyone is protected. Marina is my favorite spot in Dubai since it offers so much.” When asked if he would consider settling down in Dubai, he replied, “Of course, no one knows what the future may hold, so I’d rather simply live and experience it myself.” Srdjan’s life path includes a rainbow of colors that lead him to brilliance and magnificence. His altruistic passion for his desire brings joy and rewards to all he inspires.
He also mentioned: “Working as a model might be exhausting, but that isn’t an issue for anybody. The key priority is to become successful, in demand, and work. Working in huge businesses might be difficult since there are so many talented models, but everyone has their beauty and benefits that allow them to stand out and flourish.” Challenges turn into opportunities An intelligent individual like Srdjan perceives challenges and can confidently state that they exist in every person and profession. In his experience, the most difficult challenge he had was being patient, but over time, he grew convinced that nothing comes quickly or easily; everything requires time. Aside from that, he regarded himself to be highly blessed and fortunate in his current adventure. My ultimate goal is not to revolve around material items such as automobiles, a house, or money. Nitin Jain is the director of Affordables, the top apparel company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He is an Indian citizen who was born and raised in Delhi. He is not just a businessman but also a health and sustainability advocate. His support for creating a clothing brand for expats in the UAE allows him to be successful and satisfied. Ever since he was a child, Nitin has dreamed of being an entrepreneur. Even today, he continues to work and inspire people with his excellent works and vision. He is now married and the father of two gorgeous children. “I have been instilled with a greater sense of self-drive and enthusiasm since my childhood, so I have dreamt of being a successful entrepreneur. Though my educational background has been minimal, it never stopped me from achieving what I wanted with my life. I started my business from scratch, and today I am an enterprising businessman with all the trappings of vision and perseverance. I am the Managing Director of my firm,” he shared. Aiming high for himself 20 years ago, he is still on the track today. He serves his business alongside his wife and children, who have been the source of his hard work. Nitin stated: “I’ve lived in the UAE for 20 years and had no work when I first arrived. So the only alternative I have is to try my luck. After several months of effort and adversity, I got work at a textile firm and stayed for nearly two years.”
the mall. That is why my wife and I decided to start a business called Affordables.” “When we first launched our company, we realized that a person needed to have adequate funds and infrastructure to establish a firm. And if they don’t have any of these, everything will have to start over,” he said. “We established the firm for the first time in September 2009, and we currently manage 15 different stores. This year, we want to develop two additional locations so that more people may enjoy high-quality apparel at the most affordable prices,” he said. Dubai as a Business City During the interview, Nitin stated that he likes Dubai because the city provides so many options for individuals; they are open to business and investment. He noted that the government has been very supportive in many aspects of life, from visa services to appreciating cultural diversity. “The most significant aspect is that we have the flexibility to start and run our businesses in Dubai as businessmen. He stated that there aren’t as many tax concerns as there used to be,” he stated. Dubai, as a businessman, assisted him in realizing his potential, ability, and hard work. According to him, Dubai provides several grants to young individuals and enterprises. The UAE offers many commercial entry options, such as Freezone and Global Market. “The multitude and complex nature, which has been a beacon of hope and success for many nationalities who have made the city
their second home, has been a good place for growth and development. Dubai has treated me with multiple opportunities and positive challenges that shaped the people and the country as a whole!” “Dubai provides ample avenues in various fields of business enterprises. It promotes healthy competition and vast scope for expansion and development,” he added. Success and learnings For Nitin, success in Dubai is selffulfillment, contentment, and enjoying a rich and decent life. On the other side, Nitin argues that financial success is not the main criterion. Instead, living in peace and safety is much more significant. “I am a person who sees achievement in the face of difficulties and challenges. It makes me more robust, more confident, and more hopeful.” According to him, the fashion industry fascinates him, and it is inevitable and constant changes provide him with a great scope of innovation and a continuous search for new ideas that are in vogue. He chose the field of fashion business because the complexity of the human mind and its ever-changing taste enthrall my sense of providing the best of my services in the industry. “I truly believe that the fashion industry not only dresses people but defines the character.” Conquering adversities positively “We do not leave behind just wealth and inheritance - what we impart are legacy and inspiration.”
“I established Affordables in 2003. I started my business in Ajman, and the journey has not been simple, but it has been worth it because of what is happening in my business now.” Nitin’s company concept arose amid the 2008 recession in Dubai, where the expat population around them was suffering greatly. Despite the recession hype, that event becomes a watershed moment for him to establish a firm. He kept on looking for the silver lining amid adversity. “This idea occurred to me since I’ve noticed that expats can’t afford to buy as many clothes at the mall because of the high pricing. It is not reasonable to spend so much money on apparel and accessories in

Nitin shared that the constant challenges that he usually encounters are when he is about to import from various countries, adopting new laws, price war, handling the needs of 250 nationalities, leasing situations, and Human Resources. He added that they need to make decisions about buying thousands of new articles, colors, and styles daily in the fashion industry, which happens to be the highest level of decision fatigue. “Like any other entrepreneur, I had to face

many odds while starting my business. Capital mobilization was the biggest hurdle, to begin with. It was followed by other aspects like cost of operations, working capital, extensive paperwork, and minimal support from other business enterprises,” he added. Appreciation conquers all “I would take this opportunity to record my immense gratitude and appreciation to this land of promises that has shaped my professional and personal journey all

Hashintha’s interest in reading Art and History, visiting museums and galleries, and meeting others who value art led to the discovery of her passion. Despite her lack of prior engagement and competence in painting, she was grateful to have creative influencers such as Natalya Andakulova, the creator of Andakaluva Gallery, who encouraged her to be the most excellent version of herself. Conferring, the Andakaluva Gallery is her first foray into the art world. Hasintha joined Artiana Auction House in DIFC as a Marketing and Communication Manager after three years of experience in an art gallery. As she enters the auction house’s luxury property category, she makes a bold and fresh move that will raise her profile.

She understands she can speak, help, and listen to others, but it takes time for her to discover the appropriate industry to match her happiness. Fortunately, she has a very supportive and loving family that always encourages her to enjoy and do anything she wants. “They gave me wings, which brought me to Dubai, and here I found what I love to do and pursue joys in my career. With the art scene thriving and the UAE investing heavily in the arts and culture, building new museums, and hosting exhibitions, it’s an exciting time in the art industry and being a part of it,” she said. asintha Edirisinghe is a determined lady who wishes to assist her country’s artists to get international recognition to highlight the incredible history and culture of her birthplace, Sri Lanka, via the arts. She thrives on becoming the most excellent version of herself by making her dreams a reality. She is presently the Marketing and Communication Manager at Artiana. Her nine enthusiastic years of expertise as a marketer made her one of the most outstanding marketing professionals in town. Hashintha’s qualifications are impressive enough to impress any employer. She is not just a well-educated woman but also an achiever. She earned a firstclass honors degree in marketing from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka and relocated to Dubai in 2018 to pursue a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Middlesex University. It was, in her opinion, one of the finest moves she had made. “I had the opportunity to participate in different programs conducted by the university and meet many professionals. Afterwhich, I started to work at Andakulova Gallery, one of the prestigious art galleries located in Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), where I began my career as a Marketing Manager,” she added.
She added that “Every day proves challenging with Artiana as we navigate a bigger market and competition on a global scale. Fortunately, I feel like I’m working on my hobbies rather than doing a typical job because I love what I do.”
Her charm and optimism obscure the beauty of her heart. Furthermore, despite being a young achiever, Hasintha aspired to assist Sri Lankan artists in developing their abilities so that they might be shared with the rest of the world.
Art of life “Live your life as if everything is rigged in your favor.” Hasintha has been in Dubai for four years. She considered her transfer to the emirate a turning point in her life, where the city offered her many opportunities. According to her, if someone likes a comfortable and convenient lifestyle, Dubai is one of the best places to live.
Sri Lanka, she claims, has a rich history and is home to some of the world’s most outstanding artists. These artists also require more significant government assistance, as the sector needs growth and encouragement to thrive. She is constantly hopeful that her aid will serve as a platform for advancing Sri Lankan arts.
When Dubai Vibes Magazine asked her about her current work, she said that knowing the artists, their works, and their inspiration helps her be knowledgeable about the art world. She added: “On the other side of things, to hear the stories of the collectors, it is very satisfying to help someone build their collection and assist someone in choosing the best piece to decorate their home.” Working in the luxury real estate sector, according to Hasintha, is a genuine challenge since it requires constant market knowledge. Aside from that, the Dubai real estate market is turbulent. “It’s challenging yet rewarding work to help someone find their dream home, especially since our property division is developed purely from the relationships we have built with our clientele. and maintaining the recipes.” And all of this knowledge may be used to prepare a delicious meal. How did it all start? Chef Syed’s knack for cooking began as a kid. As he recalled, whenever his mother made meals for their family, he used to stand behind her in the kitchen as she prepared the dishes. And over the course of several years, he honed it and gradually learned how to cook. He feels his mother impacted his skill. The skill he discovered and understood enabled him to accept it and pursue a lifelong ambition. After many years of hard work and effort, he achieved his dream of becoming a chef. “After I finished my culinary course, I had the opportunity to work with one hotel in my hometown as a steward. And from then on, my journey continued until I became an executive chef,” he said.

hef Syed has spent 14 years in the United Arab Emirates. For over two decades, this man of distinction acquired a great deal from his experiences in his chosen profession. He is now the Executive Chef at Novel Hotel in Abu Dhabi, where he oversees nine restaurants. The businesses he manages are quite different in terms of culture and food. His diverse network of connections pushes him to become more than simply an executive chef and a culturally informed member of the culinary world. One of the restaurants he works with is a 40-year-old French restaurant, which he is proud to keep up the standards. Those who come here to eat are enthused about it. As an international chef, Syed makes it a point to learn something new regularly. He cooks foreign cuisines ranging from European to Asian cooking, and as a result, he knows new things. “As an Executive Chef, I like to cook everything. I love cooking all cuisines because the learning in culinary never ends,” he said. He also stated that while he is learning anything, he makes it a point to share it with his team: “When I am studying, I can also provide practical duties to my team and swiftly guide them on preparing
Chef Syed considers himself successful in his field right now; when asked about his definition of success by Dubai Vibes Magazine, he stated that he had already fulfilled his aim. He had dreamed of being a successful executive chef, and now he had the chance. He shared his secret: “The key is that I promised myself that I would be an executive chef one day, and here I am!” Although success being on his way, Chef Syed still wishes to travel to another country to demonstrate his skills and learn new things. His knowledge of the emirates, on the other hand, is sufficient. If given the opportunity, he is always quick to take advantage of it. Finally, he stated, “Knowing where you want to go is one of the most important things to consider.” And to obtain complete information, one must concentrate. As long as they are motivated, everyone can achieve whatever they want.
He began his career in the UAE 14 years ago in a hotel in Dubai, where he learned a lot about the hospitality sector. Staying in Dubai for ten years provided him with all conceivable possibilities and expertise about the topic he is most passionate about. As the executive chef of a hotel, the most challenging component of his job is making his visitors happy and content. The question that usually arises in his thoughts is, “Do my visitors love the cuisine I prepared?” “It is not easy because you need to create more effort for them to satisfy. Doing your best is essential. I always do my best to maintain and keep the authentic taste of every food from different parts of the world,” he shared. Leader of the band Chef Syed is the leader who makes sure everything is in order. He treats his coworkers equally, listens to their views, and is open to fresh ideas. He is a leader who is well aware of his team’s circumstances and efforts. “To be honest, I’m pleased with my team because they understand me, and I understand them too. It is easy for me to convey my message to them because they listen to whatever I say, and I occasionally seek their opinion, which I don’t mind doing,” he stated.

aher Soudah is a humble general manager of Abu Dhabi’s Novel Hotel. He has 25 years of expertise in the hotel industry. He has remained concentrated on one sector for pleasure and enjoyment throughout his career. Even though problems arise occasionally, his passion for the industry has been instilled. This man is the husband of a Filipina and the father of a 17-year-old girl. He is a family man who provides for all of his family’s requirements without fail. He is a supportive father to his one and only daughter, and he is eager to care for whatever life desire that daughter has. A dedicated parent and skilled leader, such as Maher, is regarded as a source of excellence and success in his team and family. His principles mirror the leadership that he provides to his coworkers and consumers. His experiences, training, and talents have shaped him into one of Abu Dhabi’s most excellent hotel managers. Career-centered personality Before accomplishing his ambition of becoming a general manager in the business he loves, Maher worked in a low-level role inside the organization. He began his career at Hilton Abu Dhabi, where he worked in the career and accounts departments. “Following my career and accounting department assignment, I was transferred to operations, then to human resources, and now to general management,” he explained. Being a general manager in the hotel sector is unlike working in any other industry. Exposure to diverse people, cultures, and ethnicities is a significant difficulty for a hotelier. Although the interaction appears overwhelming, it is also an excellent opportunity to learn how to be flexible with others. “Every day, we have different clients; we are exposed to diverse cultures and moods. In this, we have many demands. I can say that our work in this industry has an
international touch,” he added. During the interview, Dubai Vibes Magazine asked him about his responsibilities as a general manager, to which he responded: “It is my obligation to ensure that the service we provide is flawless. It should satisfy our customers by providing high-quality accommodations.” His approach allows him to be a flexible leader who impacts the lives of his affiliates. He believes that a leader should correctly manage the team since they will assist you to succeed. “Without the team, you cannot work properly; you cannot be successful. Trusting your team is a way to success,” he said. Challenges that force him to grow There are always obstacles in any profession, but it’s a different story in the hotel industry. According to Maher, his motivation is multifaceted, and working for anything must end in complete client pleasure. “One of the biggest problems for me is meeting all of your clients’ requirements,” he explained. His experiences allow him to instruct and uplift the spirits of his coworkers. One of his ambitions is to eventually help one of his colleagues become a leader. That, in his opinion, is the ideal way for him to become a leader for them. “I want them to remember me as a leader. Someday, I’d like to see them take over as general managers. In this, I’m attempting to assist them in growing and improving their abilities. I want them to be leaders in the same way that I am. I strive to inspire them to be good leaders,” he stated. If he is not currently working at the hotel, he may have his own business in the same sector. Finally, he defines success as when those around him are pleased with his assistance and services.

Last year, on the other hand, Dubai was named by the Tripadvisors as the most popular destination of 2022. It has beaten the top spots like London in the United Kingdom, Bali in Indonesia, Cancun in Mexico, and Crete in Greece. The emirate is one of the cities in the world that has the fastest recovery after the pandemic. Dubai rapidly uplifts its spirit not just during the rise of Covid but instead continued to develop, innovate and implement the most significant projects that it can offer to the world. Dubai is worldly known to be one of the most innovative, highly technological, and has brilliant infrastructures. And one of these beautiful tourist spots is known as the Global Village- home to more than 3,500 displays from different countries and cultures. What’s inside? Global Village is located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road E 311 road Dubai. Well, this amusement park is worth visiting. With all the activities they can offer for both children and adults, boredom has no space during the visit. The ticket price to

the Ancient Emirati Era and experience the traditional Emirati culture.
Unfortunately, the village is only open in a seasonal set-up, which comes only from October to April. Although this year, the management extended it to May. But before planning your next visit to this perfect place, it is just a heads-up that it is exclusively reserved for ladies and families every Monday. And if you want to witness the breathtaking firework displays, better to visit on Thursdays and Fridays.
In this village, you never get hungry because the food stands are in the streets, and it is affordable. So, aside from enjoying the bonding and scenery, you can also enjoy the food. That is why there is no reason any more to bring food inside.
The pricing for tickets is as follows: Adults (AED 15), children under three years old, seniors above 65, and People of Determination is free to enter. They also offer a Limited-Edition Silver-Plated Ticket that costs AED 250. As you visit this multicultural theme park, you are to witness 26 international pavilions, adventure rides, street food stands from different countries, variants of cultural shows, museums, and many more. One of the park’s main attractions is the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! This American museum franchise will amuse you with indifferent displays and fantastic collections. You can witness the pre-historic artifacts to contemporary inventions. The Fantasy Island is a must for kids, and Carnival rides are something that your friends and family can enjoy. Never forget
Reminders during the visit The village has a vast landscape of 17,200,000 square feet area. So, it is nearly impossible to visit it in one tour. Another fact is, weekends have massive visitors and to avoid long queues it is better to buy your ticket online. As you enter the village, it is essential to get a map with you and check the timings of the events. Most likely, Fridays are intended for concerts, that is why you must book your ticket ahead of time. It is also a standard to dress modestly and avoid showing so much skin in public. And unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Global Village. Before visiting the place, these are just basic reminders for everyone to avoid hassles and inconveniences. If you cannot visit the Global Village until this last month of May, let us wait for October this year, and I think that will be a fantastic opening again.
