t’s the first issue of LFTD & LVLD for 2018 and we’re pumped to bring you some badass trucks and Jeeps this year! So let’s dive in and see what we have for you in Issue 15… Since SEMA wasn’t too long ago, we have a few incredible builds from the show! BOLT Lock always ensures their show builds are in good hands and work with reputable builders on their product showcase rigs. Doetsch Off-Road handled the Jeep JK “Secured Valor,” while Flippobuilt Motorsports was in charge of the Dodge RAM. Both complemented each other thanks to a unifying patriotic theme, but each made sure to

utilize BOLT’s latest and greatest products in the best ways possible, mixing in a number of other mods for the ultimate product showcase! Your first SEMA build is always special...just ask Maximum Elevation Off-Road, who teamed up with Bodyguard Bumpers to create a stunning Jeep Wrangler that speaks volumes of the shop’s capabilities as well as show off Bodyguard’s new Jeep armor. We’ll definitely be seeing more of them at future SEMA Shows! Calvin Chapleau was the mastermind behind the #MoneyTrap Jeep and now he’s back with his current follow-up rig - RYDinOLDSkool. Calvin was able to turn an OBS F-250 into a stunning modern show queen! While we usually showcase the hottest Jeeps and trucks around, every once in a while we get

something a bit different like Nick Sgheiza’s “Lime Time” Chevy Suburban. It’s not anything like a soccer mom’s traditional ride, but was inspired by one. We’ve also got a maxed-out CanAm Maverick that’s powered by PowerBass, and trust us...you’ll want to update your weekend toy after checking it out! Finally, there’s Willy Suarez’s “Project Quartermill,” which is his follow-up to the highly admired “Project Supremacy.” Check out how Willy was able to overcome the challenges of trying to outdo his first build to create something bigger and better! And to round out this issue we have all the latest product offerings so that you can make 2018 the year you build your dream ride, so enjoy Issue 15!

W

hen choosing a ride to customize, many base it on the type of parts and accessories available and whether or not it’ll be the first to wear the latest and greatest products. This usually means, the newer the ride, the better. Although it’s not rare to want to breathe life into an older model, it’s just not done as often. But the allure of reviving an OBS (a 1992-1996 truck with an “older body style”) was something that always intrigued Calvin Chapleau, the mastermind behind Issue 14’s #MoneyTrapJeep. While the Wrangler was a spontaneous build that happened by chance, his latest 1996 Ford F-250 was a completely thought out project that took months to bring to fruition.

“It took me a while to look for an old school OBS,” he explains. “I wanted something with low miles and in solid shape, which I finally found in British Columbia from some older fella. The truck is more my style and the Jeep was pretty much a last minute thing. I’ve always loved older trucks and had a few throughout the years. They’re just different than the newer ones. One thing I particularly like about them is hearing the doors close - that sound just reminds of a real truck.”

With the hard part out of the way, it was time to build his masterpiece with the help of RYD Motorsports. Like his show-stopping Jeep, the Ford was meant to be showcased like a queen, but be able to function like a road warrior. But his main mission was to build a lifted street truck with a “custom-built frame” that’s never been seen before. “Most of the Jeep build featured bolt-on parts and the truck was pretty much all custom-built from the ground up,” he confirms. Baptizing the F-250 “RYDinOldSkool,” Chapleau and RYD tore it down to its bones, keeping only the truck’s cab and motor to make room for all-new parts and fabricated one-off pieces. However, this wasn’t always the original plan, which was to do a custom 14” 4-link suspension, powder coat the frame and run some 37” tall tires. “That all changed thanks to the guys at RYD, who talked me into going bigger,” he adds. In the end, Calvin went all out and did a full custom frame, powder coated it and went

higher than before, lifting the F-250 up to 20” with massive 40” Fury tires. Like his prior Jeep build, this one was also dressed with a wrap done by ECD Customs’ master wrapper, Chucky, adding the TIS Wheels graphics to showcase the bright red 24x14 TIS Forged F50 wheels. A bumper from a 2010 Ford F-250 really gives the front end a mean grin, while the truck’s red accents pop against the white exterior to give off a clean look which is a preference for Chapleau. Because it wasn’t a newer F-250, Chapleau wasn’t expecting much in terms of admiration when he showcased it at the TIS Wheels display at the 2017 SEMA Show, and was surprised at all the positive feedback. “People really loved what they saw underneath the truck,” he boasts. “They couldn’t believe all the detail that went into the suspension.” With well over a 100K invested in RYDinOldSkool, Chapleau plans on showing off his baby as much as he can, while enjoying its beauty with weekend cruises, soaking in all the attention it gets as he drives by. “The truck is definitely my favorite build so far. I’ve wanted to do something like this since I was a kid and all the hard work and stress was so worth it!”

T

here are many challenges when it comes to building custom trucks and Jeeps. Parts aren’t available on time, unforeseen problems arise and life just gets in the way. But the biggest challenges builders face is outdoing themselves with every project they undertake. The pressure to outdo a showstopping ride can be overwhelming, but the best manage to overcome the odds and challenges to rise to the occasion with something bigger and better, with something even more impressive than the last. Willy Suarez knows the struggle. As the man behind “Project Supremacy” – the Ford F-250 Lariat that amassed a huge social media following and admirers – creating a follow-up build was his motivation for his latest project. Continuing with a Ford F-250 as the base vehicle, Willy named this one “Project Quartermill” for the amount of money he placed into the work and modifications. “It took around four months to build and has about $200K into it,” he confesses. Since this one was meant to outdo “Project Supremacy,” Willy mentions that the F-250 was done with the same idea, but different colors, opting for Metallic Lollipop Red with 24K gold plating. Knowing exactly what he wanted to showcase, Willy’s vision never changed from start to finish and the one mod he knew he needed to showcase was a set of Specialty Forged Wheels wrapped in 40” Fury tires, which really set off the entire truck. Unlike the last build, though, this one sports a custom PMF lift kit, while the Lariat was running coil overs, allowing this one “to ride and drop on the fly,” as Willy puts it. “The AccuAir air ride system that assists the King Off-Road shocks is also one of my highlights,” he adds. For its impeccable looks, the exterior is dressed with Retro Customz headlights, Bodyguard Bumpers, Rigid Industries bumper and undercarriage lighting, with everything in red painted red metallic using 3-stage paint while all hardware was zinc coated and all gold pieces being plated.

Project Quartermill was first showcased to the world at the Lonestar Throwdown last year and just as expected, got an amazing response from the crowd and social media. It has since then taken home many awards at several of the shows that Willy has brought it to. “After the truck was totally built, I was more than satisfied with the outcome and enjoyed seeing something go from being an idea to real life, functioning as it should,” Willy details. “Right now, the truck is mostly used for advertising at shows for Specialty Forged Wheels, but it definitely gets lots of love from me!”

A

s a way to showcase their full line of products, BOLT Locks enlisted two of the industry’s best customizers to create two of the best looking rigs for SEMA 2017. By having Doetsch Off-Road custom outfit a Jeep and Flippobuilt Motorsports design a single cab Dodge RAM 2500, the company was able to demonstrate to consumers how their locks work in a variety of applications.


“We have worked with Dave Doetsch and Damon Flippo for a number of years,” mentions Jason Buckles, Web Marketing Analyst & Developer for BOLT Locks. “Originally in providing product and support for their builds, but recently having worked with them to create these builds for us at SEMA. Both Dave and Damon are known for their attention to detail, as well as creating eye-catching builds. 2017 was the second year in

a row that both Dave and Damon created builds for us to feature at SEMA.” Although the rigs are both owned by the shops, BOLT still gets lots of exposure when they’re shown at local and national events, allowing the company to reach even more consumers on a daily basis. As for as the builds are concerned, according to Jason, they turned out better than ever expected! “When we

first saw concepts of the Jeep build we were ecstatic, and seeing it in person only proved to be that much better. And when the opportunity presented itself to have a matching truck built, it was too good to pass up. From concept to execution we’ve been thoroughly impressed, and both of these builds are a great representation of what we stand for at BOLT Locks.”

Dave Doetsch’s vision for BOLT’s SEMA Jeep for 2016 was such a success, that the company enlisted his creativity once again for their 2017 showcase – a testament to his ability to deliver awe-inspiring customs for show, dirt and everything in between! Obviously, their mission was the same: to demonstrate BOLT’s new innovative products for the year, but Doetsch wanted to make sure that this particular Jeep drew more attention than last year’s Locked and Loaded Jeep did. More than up for the personal challenge, he and his crew started the process by brainstorming how BOLT’s innovative products would transfer into a theme that would personify the Jeep build, because for Doetsch, it’s all about having a central theme and building upon it for a successful build! Owned by the shop, Doetsch decided upon “Secured Valor” as the Jeep’s nickname to complement its American pride theme.

“The result plays off of the durability and trusted protection of BOLT Locks through the symbolization of the American Flag,” he describes, adding that this Jeep marks his fifth year working with BOLT for various builds, and his second creating their SEMA-booth JK. And the theme for the Jeep plays off of the durability and trusted protection that customers expect of BOLT Locks products. “BOLT Locks were designed to protect valuables while withstanding the elements and demanding off-road environments. These locks can take a beating while securing what is precious. That’s how I came up with the idea of using a tattered flag as the theme. The flag represents freedom and sacrifice and, no matter how frayed the flag may get, it’s still a symbol of freedom and protection. BOLT Locks are the same, in a sense. No matter how much wear and tear the locks go through, they still work.”

Just as every Doetsch Jeep that drives out of his Arizona-based shop, the JK needed to have the looks and the power to conquer the terrain, so he needed to use functional products that could easily make it a daily driver and weekend warrior, but also stop people in their tracks when being showcased to the public. Since they’re veterans in the industry, they know what products work and don’t work for their builds, continuing to support companies who have proven track records – both on the show floor and in action.

“We were able to combine brand-new products like Edelbrock’s Supercharger for the 2015+ Jeep JK, AMP Research’s new Xtreme Powersteps and still incorporated trusted favorites like accessories from Rugged Ridge, which have been on the market for years, but are still a favorite in our book.” To really grab your attention, the tattered American flag vinyl wrap that runs along each side of the Jeep makes you want to stand up and salute the Jeep, which is exactly the kind of reaction he wanted from viewers. And the patriotic theme runs deep on this Jeep, with even the smallest details following the theme like the red, white and blue bezels around each of the KC HiLites LED lights. But it’s the Edlebrock eForce Supercharger that Doetsch is most excited about! “It adds nearly 100 rear wheel horsepower [at the wheel] to the Jeep, allowing it to effortlessly turn the large 38” Toyo Open Country tires,” he confirms. “What’s different is that after 2015, the ability to work seamlessly with the Jeep’s internal computer became more difficult. Edelbrock is one of the few supercharger companies that ‘cracked the code’ and offers a solution for a late-model Jeep Wragler.” Other notable mods on Secured Valor include: a 6” TeraFlex long arm suspension, 20” GRID OffRoad wheels painted in a complementary color

scheme to match the red, white and blue build, and Bushwacker fender flares smoothed and powder coated white so that the vinyl wrap runs seamlessly into the fender creating a 3D effect. Thanks to the attention to detail and the superior build, Secured Valor was a top 40 finalist in the SEMA Battle of the Builders competition and finished in the top 10 for the Transamerican “Life Is Better Off-Road” award. And because it was based on Doetsch Off-Road’s Freedom Edition package, he’s been getting non-stop requests for other Jeeps like it! Since its debut, it’s made the show circuit and will ultimately end up featured at the BarrettJackson Auto Auction in Scottsdale, AZ. “We love the automotive aftermarket because all of the manufacturers are always pushing the envelope and raising the bar,” Doetsch mentions. “It seems that every year, the current build somehow outshines the last. Not because it’s necessarily better, but because it’s different and/ or used a product that didn’t even exist when the last build was completed. We can’t thank BOLT Lock enough for their support over the years. We are always trying to find creative ways to showcase their product and they have never let us down in supplying items for us to consider and use.”

In the past four years Flippobuilt Motorsports has been in business, their creations have caught the attention of numerous household names in the industry, including BOLT Locks. As one of the company’s go-to shops for product showcase rigs, brothers Damon and Justin Flippo chose a 2017 Dodge RAM 2500 Tradesman and transformed it into a shop truck with style! Since BOLT already had the patriotic theme locked down for the Jeep build with Doetsch Off-Road, the brothers figured the Dodge would stand out even more amongst the competition if it complemented the Wrangler.

I decided to use a patriotic theme for this build. With BOLT Lock focusing on American-made products, I thought it was a really cool idea to keep in line with an American theme” – Damon Flippo “I decided to use a patriotic theme for this build. With not many single cab long bed Dodge diesels being built, the Flippo brothers were on a mission to make it unlike any other show/shop truck around! Working with brands and manufactures they know and trust, the Ram features an 8” McGaughys Premium Suspension, delete’s and tuning by Pure Addiction Diesel Performance and a tuning pack from Gorilla Diesel Performance (GDP). Rounding out the performance additions is a 5” Magnaflow exhaust.

Flippo used four KC HiLites LED pods and an sPOD light control system, Cole Carter Fabrication donated a custom grille and ICI stepped in and offered the front and rear bumpers. AMP tires, measuring 40x15.50R24 , are fitted on 24x12 Cali wheels and combine to create a stand out look, according to Damon. The shop also incorporated Gen-Y 2” Class IV, 10K, 5” drop Offset Hitch and Versa-Ball and Serrated Hitch Step. A Bushwacker

Ram Pocket-style fender flare and AMP Research POWERSTEPs are also included on the rig, rounding out its bold exterior. And since it was a BOLT Locks showcase build, the Flippo brothers used their Receiver Locks to secure the Gen-Y hitch, padlocks, cable locks and the Extang Encore that incorporates BOLT Lock into their design. “We created a beast!” Damon exclaims, mentioning that it wasn’t built to be a pavement

queen and can really withstand just about any terrain it sees. “It might look simple compared to our other full, crazy builds, but it was still impactful. It definitely stands up to the other Dodges and Fords we’ve built over the years.

hen you work in the industry, offroading not only becomes your job but your passion. Daniel Stewart of Signature Performance Tire & Wheel / SoCal Custom wheels has worked in the off-road industry since 2002, starting out at 4WheelParts and now runs his own shop. With his quad his favorite weekend toy, it was his wife, Jessica, who finally convinced him to get a side-by-side UTV that would soon turn out like no other!


Like many other gearheads, the thought of stock is not even an option and thanks to his many connects in the industry, Daniel was able to build the ultimate dirty trotting toy (that really belongs to his wife). “My last two trucks were show vehicles,” he casually mentions. “I had one win best paint and cover of Truckin’ Magazine, and the one prior was on the cover of Street Trucks and got another feature in Truckin’ Magazine. Since I own Signature Performance Tire & Wheel in Costa Mesa, CA, it’s what I do for a living. My wife has also worked at K&N Engineering for the past 11 years. So we are both heavily active in the aftermarket auto parts world.” The vision for the Can-Am Maverick was to create something extremely functional, but with the best products around. Since Daniel usually rides in Barstow, Glamis and Pismo Beach and prefers night rides, the best lighting was a definite must. He chose to go with Rigid Industries products. “We have the new 40” Adapt lights with GPS on the windshield and a 10” Adapt light on the front DragonFire Racing Bumper,” he explains. “ We also added their new Side Shooter lights and a custom cage. To be seen at night we partnered with 5150 Whips for the rear whips, along with Oracle for a complete rock light under the car kit and halo LED kit.” For doors, he went with Dragon Fire Racing ones and the wrap is custom designed by himself and printed and installed by Proline Wraps. “Not only was the outside wrapped but the extra mile was taken and the underside of the roof is wrapped along with the inside of the doors,” he mentions.

For safety, Simpson Seats built one-off seats for the Can-Am, with diamond stitched centers, ostrich leather on the outers and orange stitching all throughout the inside, along with the addition of their 4-point harness. A Dragon Fire quick release suede steering wheel round out the interior additions. Because the Stewarts always go hardcore on their off-roading trips, the Can-Am’s performance needed to be better than average and now it is thanks to a K&N intake, upgraded clutch and carbon belt and a new Empire exhaust that not only gets it running better, but also provides Daniel with that “bitchin’ sound” he loves! To make sure it handles right, the side-by-side is running 30” Fuel Gripper tires on 15x7 Fuel Anza Wheels with custom painted beadlock rings to match the cage.

Daniel’s favorite upgrade is the addition of the PowerBass sound system. W

hen great minds come together, magic happens, especially when it comes to building Jeeps, which was exactly the case for Maximum Elevation Off-Road (MEO) and Bodyguard. The two came together for a project to showcase a new line of Jeep bumpers, rock sliders, fenders and fender liners. Since Bodyguard Bumpers are known for their A2 and A2L series bumpers for trucks, the idea was to bring the same style and concept of their popular truck bumpers to the Jeep off-road market. Maximum Elevation Off-Road had just sold their cosmos blue “mascot” Jeep and was in the market for a new build to represent the shop’s capabilities and they jumped on board when Bodyguard approached them about a collaboration. A plan was put together to build a Jeep that could perform well off-road, display well at vendor shows, and become the ultimate weekend warrior.

“We wanted to put together a Jeep that could conquer the most difficult trails, look good while doing it, and drive home comfortably after a day of hard work on the trail,” mentions Collin Hadley, owner and president of MEO. “The shop is a small off-road and truck accessory center in Paris, Texas known for our functional but somewhat practical style of builds in NE Texas and SE Oklahoma. Although this is not our first build of this caliber, this is our first build to market and display on a national scale, such as SEMA.” Going for a classic, yet tough look, the color scheme of the white with bronze was something different than the shop has done before, with Collin mentioning past shop builds always seemed to come out blue. “We wanted to incorporate some sort of metallic bronze given it’s gaining popularity when it comes to wheels. It’s dark enough to appear brown but when the sun shines, the true metallic really sparkles and gives it that show look. The combination of white, black and bronze fit the idea well and turned out exactly how we imagined.”

Knowing the Jeep was going to be shown on a national level at events, advertising and editorial features, Collin knew it needed to represent only the best brands in the industry. With Bodyguard Bumpers already providing all-new armor, everything else added needed to match the exterior. “It was cool knowing that our Jeep was one-of-a-kind and there were very few Jeeps in the country that had the new Bodyguard RX Series Jeep line on it,” he says. Cutting it super close to the SEMA deadline, Collin and his crew did not have a lot of room for error so every aspect had to be thorough. “I generally have build ideas already schemed in my head long before the build takes place, so I’ve had plenty of time to nip and tuck the design. The original design process incorporated a Hemi V8 swap that we ran out of time for and did not get installed, but it’s still in the works in the near future.”

Although the main highlights are the new RX Series exterior mods, other additions include an Evo Manufacturing suspension, Ultimate Dana 60 axles, American Force Beadlock wheels and Roadwire leather interior. Technically, the Jeep doesn’t have an official nickname, it’s jokingly mentioned as “Dirty Dana” since one of the key parts of the project was the Dana axles. “Jay Ryan, the MEO manager, is the one who first called it that,” Collin explains. “The day the axles were delivered and opened up to ooh and ahh over, he jokingly mentioned how the SEMA Jeep is going to be dirty with those Dana axles, referring to it as ‘Dirty Dana,’ and from that point it just kind of stuck in the shop.” For the shop’s first big SEMA creation, they were under a lot of pressure to make a standout ride that would help put the shop on the industry’s radar, and they’ve definitely accomplished that. In fact, while most usually head straight to the Convention Center to set up for the biggest show of the year, the MEO team took the Jeep (with its doors and top off) to hit the infamous Las Vegas strip for some cruising instead.

“People were astonished that we were actually driving the Jeep around before the show and enjoying it,” Collin explains. “It was rewarding seeing all the cameras flashing and hearing people yelling, ‘Hey man, awesome Jeep, thumbs up.’” The week after SEMA, they took it out to Starwood Motors’ annual “Wheelin for the Warriors” off-road event in Bridgeport, TX, to see how the Jeep held up on the trails, which was better than Collin ever expected. “ I was coming down a steep, off camber decent that a lot of other Jeeps in front of me almost rolled on, the MEO Jeep crawled right down and didn’t skip a beat. sk any customizer about their mission and nine times out of 10 you’ll get back something along the lines of “being different.” The customization world is all about letting your own personality and preferences shine through your creation, but how do you truly stand out from the pack? For Nick Sgheiza of Salinas, CA, it’s building a 1994 Chevy Suburban and turning it into something you don’t normally see at shows, meets or events. Here, Nick gives us the rundown on why he chose such and old school SUV and how he transformed it into something that is anything but ordinary! How long have you owned the Suburban? It’s a 1994 Chevy Suburban that I’ve actually owned for almost 18 years. I was a young kid who would always see the Suburban driving around lifted on 35s, which were huge back then. It was the biggest Suburban around town back then and it still is to this day. I would always tell everyone that one day I would be driving that thing and when the opportunity presented itself it became mine. This was way back in November 2000, and I bought it from a guy who worked at my uncle’s fabrication shop.

When did you decide to start building it up or was that your plan from the beginning? I’ve always wanted a fully custom show rig and it’s been in my head since I was a kid. After I finally purchased it the customization started and as the custom truck scene has been evolving over the years so has my Suburban. It’s constantly being upgraded. I built the truck because I wanted to be different. A lot of people build trucks and smaller SUVs but there aren’t too many guys out there building Suburbans. It’s a real challenge to build a truck like this one because of the sheer size of the vehicle. Also, there was just something bad ass about taking mama’s grocery-getter and putting it on 40s!

What served as the inspiration for your Suburban, and how long was the total build process? Growing up my mom drove a 1995 Suburban and I had a good memories riding around in it. During the whole time I was building mine she would just laugh and say, “You better put ladders on it.” I thought it would be pretty cool to have a mom rig that was fully custom and rolling on 40s and 22x14s. When I was young, up to this day, I’d check out different magazines to admire all these custom trucks and SUVs that people have created and used them as inspiration to help build mine. The total build process has taken quite some time but the last push to get it to where it is right now took about a year and a half. As with any other custom truck enthusiast, it has been one of my goals to have my truck featured in a magazine.

What’s your favorite modification and why? I really like the 22x14s as it changed the overall stance when I added them. I also really like the flames. When I was growing up, my father and brothers would always go to car shows looking at hot rods. The traditional hot rod flames really make a vehicle stand out, especially when it is on the side of a big black Suburban. Is it a daily driver? No, it’s not a daily driver. Although, I do drive it to every car show I go to and it will make trips to Pismo Beach so it does see a little off-road action, but not much. Do you have any advice for people building up a truck like yours? Actually I do. It’s a great experience but definitely be careful what you wish for! I thought it was a really cool idea to build a Suburban because, as I’ve mentioned, you don’t see many custom ones out there. By the time I got to doing the interior upgrades it was then I realized that it was three times the size of a normal vehicle, but it was too late. [Laughs] The entire interior was redone from the original tan to all black. Any future projects in the works? My father, brothers and I are building a fully custom chopped ‘34 Ford 2-door sedan on bags and 22s. I also just picked up a 2013 Jeep JK that I plan on building as a hybrid between fully custom show vehicle while still being an off-road rig. THE AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN ELEMENT THAT PULLS IT ALL TOGETHER BY PATRIC FRANSKO

I

f you’re are reading this article, it’s clear that you appreciate good vehicle design. It’s hard to place your finger right on what makes one car a show-stopping ride and another one that misses the mark. The fact is that we all know that right look when we see it. Sometimes it’s the color, sometimes it’s the stance, while other times it can be the wheels or just a combination of all of the above. However, there is one common denominator that all great cars share. If you get this right, it just makes the entire package that much stronger. If you get this wrong, the entire project seems a little off. What are we talking about? Choosing the proper window tint, of course! Hitting the mark with the tint you’ve installed is imperative to the overall look you are trying to create. You should already know that window tint is not an afterthought from this article in LFTD & LVLD, but now we want to explain how the right film depends on a variety of things you should 140

consider before making a choice on what you’ll have installed. The first thing we’d like to discuss is the darkness of the tint that you choose. Depending on the type of car you are installing the film on, the level of darkness can make or break the look. Fortunately, with the advanced heat rejecting technology in DUB iR window film, you can choose whatever darkness suits the vehicle and still get the performance you desire. That being said, a lighter tint tends to look better on older more classic cars where a darker film looks better on more modern designs. There are certainly exceptions to this rule and your preferences may differ. In addition, you should take the window tint laws in your area into account when choosing a film. The second thing you should consider is whether you want a uniform appearance on the windows or not. Some cars look great when all the windows are a uniform level of

darkness. It makes the car look tied together in a cohesive way and, depending on the darkness chosen, blocks visual distraction from interior components when viewing the car. In other cars, you may want the interior to be visible through the windows as it may be part of the overall design element of the car. By going too dark with the windows you may actually lose some of the design interest of a particular vehicle. You probably never gave that much thought to the window tint you specified on your vehicle before reading this piece, but it was written to help you step back, consider the overall vehicle design you are aiming for and choose a window tint that complements that vision. It can make a big difference in the final look of the vehicle, so time should be spent to give this design element the thought it deserves. It has the potential to pull the project together or cause an otherwise great design to fall flat!
