As a member of the Cement Masons and Plasterers Union, there are resources available to you

The Member Assistance Program (MAP). MAP provides counseling, coaching and problem‐solving services that are free, convenient, and confidential with a licensed behavioral health provider.

The Member Assistance Program includes:

1 24/7 Service Line by Licensed Counselors and Trained Call Center Staff for immediate assistance

2. Counseling Services for up to 3 visits covered in full by the program every year.

Electrical Workers

As

a Member of the Electrical Workers Union, there are resources available to you through the NECS-IBEW

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided through TELUS Health is a consultative resource for Fund Participants and Dependents for mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, and other life stressors, such as financial wellbeing It is a free-of-charge employee resource program to help you manage personal issues at work or at home.

The Employee Assistance Program includes:

1 Up to three (3) free EAP visits per year through the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program.

a Additionally, after 3 initial EAP visits, TELUS Health can refer you to local providers to continue your care under standard Fund coverage There is no cost and EAP visits are completely confidential.

2 TELUS Health consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

The Health Benefit Plan has partnered with Lyra Health to administer our Members Assistance Program (MAP). Lyra provides free, personalized guidance by licensed professionals on evidence-based treatment for mental health issues

● Participants are eligible for up to 16 free sessions for mental health coaching and/or therapy per individual, per calendar year with a Lyra provider If you need ongoing support, the MAP can refer you to the right resources.

Additional Therapy and Services

In addition to the 16 mental health coaching and/or therapy sessions you have through Lyra, you may access additional therapy and medication management sessions using the Blue Cross Blue Shield BlueCard PPO

Blue Cross Blue Shield BlueCard PPO offers a large network of mental health care and substance use disorder treatment providers, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, residential settings, psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists.

● The St Luke’s Lifewise Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

○ The EAP offers short-term counseling (up to 4 visits) and/or referral and follow-up services for support in areas including family or relationship difficulties, emotional stress, alcohol or drug problems, smoking cessation, and financial or legal concerns. This treatment is covered at 100%.

● Local 533 Peer Support Program

○ Local 533 Peer Support Program is made up of union members who are Pipe Fitters just like you. This program allows YOU an opportunity to talk confidentially with someone who understands firsthand what you might be experiencing, and has received training to deal with these types of situations
