ANYONE WHO IS NOT FEELING WELL OR WHO IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS SHOULD STAY HOME. THE PERSON IS NOT FEELING WELL
Stay home.
THE PERSON TESTS POSITIVE OR IS SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19 This process applies when anyone at a JE Dunn jobsite or office:
Seek medical care if necessary.
Tests Positive for COVID-19.
RETURN TO WORK:
Has a test result pending for COVID-19 due to illness.*
No signs of illness or fever, without using fever-reducing medicine, for 24 hours. OR
When doctor says it’s ok to return to work.
OR
OR
Is ill and self-isolates due to their illness. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE APPLY, FOLLOW POSITIVE/SUSPECTED COVID-19 CASE GUIDANCE IMMEDIATELY
* An individual who takes a COVID-19 test only as a precaution or for screening purposes is not a Suspected case.

If ANY person TESTS POSITIVE or IS SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19 This process applies when the person: • Tests Positive for COVID-19 OR • Has a test result pending for COVID-19 due to illness or potential exposure OR • Is ill and self-isolates due to their illness.
PREPARE AND SUBMIT INCIDENT NOTIFICATION FORM ON CONNECT
Ask ill person to leave immediately.
Determine Facts.
• When was ill person last in the office or on the jobsite? • When did ill person start feeling symptoms? • What is the Contact Tracing Date?
Contact Tracing Date = 48 hours before ill person felt symptoms (or tested positive if no symptoms)
A Close Contact is anyone who came within six feet of an affected individual for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period during the Contact Tracing Period (48 hours before symptom onset or a positive test).
Identify Close Contacts. Identify all individuals (JE Dunn employees and others) that had Close Contact with the ill person starting on the Contact Tracing Date.

Clean and Disinfect.
• If less than 24 hours have passed, clean and disinfect the space • If more than 24 hours have passed, cleaning is enough • If more than 3 days have passed, no additional cleaning (beyond routine cleaning) is needed.
Paths to Return to Work for Close Contacts (Includes Residential Close Contacts)
WHO DOES NOT NEED TO QUARANTINE If you have been boosted, completed the Pfizer/ Moderna vaccine series in the last 5 months, completed the J&J vaccine within the last 2 months, or had confirmed COVID-19 within the last 90 days... Then, you may return to work. • Wear a well-fitting mask around others for 10 days • Test on day 5 If you develop symptoms, get a test and stay home.
WHO SHOULD QUARANTINE If you completed the Pfizer/Moderna vaccine series over 5 months ago and are not boosted, completed the J&J vaccine over 2 months ago and are not boosted, or are unvaccinated... • Stay home for 5 days; after that continue to wear a well-fitting mask around others for 5 additional days • If you cannot quarantine, you must wear a wellfitting mask for 10 days • Test on day 5

WHEN AN INDIVIDUAL with COVID-19 (Positive or Suspected) CAN RETURN TO WORK This process applies when anyone at a JE Dunn jobsite or office: • Tests Positive for COVID-19 OR • Has a test result pending for COVID-19 due to illness OR • Is ill and self-isolates due to their illness.
