Safety. Everyone. Everywhere. All the Time.
Our safety philosophy, though simple, has new meaning after the events of 2020. What the pandemic proved is that our philosophy means more than securing a jobsite and a low incident rate. It means adapting procedures and protocols at the drop of a hat to enhance safety, but it also extends to overall health. It’s about taking measures to maintain mental health, to protect the safety of not just our employees but their families as well, and to empower our people to make safe choices in every aspect of their lives. We’re proud of our safety philosophy and performance, especially in the face of the challenges the year brought, and our sights are set on continuing the momentum as we strive for zero.
