As the crisp air of fall settles into our beloved town, there’s an unmistakable buzz in the atmosphere—our first-ever Fall Crawl is just around the corner! From October 4th to 12th, Eagle will come alive with vibrant energy, as businesses across town come together to celebrate the season in style. This inaugural Fall Crawl is set to be an exciting new tradition, filled with special events, live music, and unique promotions that capture the essence of our community.

The Crawl kicks off at Spitfire, where you can enjoy live music, National Taco Day taco bar, giveaways from local businesses, and games that set the perfect tone for a week of exploration. Throughout the week, you’ll discover a diverse array of local businesses offering everything from seasonal treats to exciting giveaways. From downtown shops to those a little off the beaten path, every corner of Eagle is participating, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

For example, Donovan James Antiques, a family-owned estate jewelry store featured within and nestled in downtown, is a must-visit during the Crawl. This hidden gem offers a curated selection of exquisite pieces that tell stories of eras past. Dan and Toni, the passionate owners, have built something truly special over the past four years, and visiting their store feels like stepping into a treasure trove of history.

But the Fall Crawl isn’t just about shopping—it’s about experiencing the unique culture that makes Eagle so special. The Eagle Plein Air Festival, celebrating its 10th year, runs alongside the Crawl, bringing together over 80 artists who capture the beauty of our town in real-time, outdoors. It’s a perfect blend of art and community that complements the festive spirit of the season.

As we celebrate the growth and evolution of our local businesses, we also honor the legacy of those who have made a significant impact on the broader business world. Ryan and De Anne Shea, owners of Entrepreneur Magazine, second generationowners moved to Eagle a few years ago. The gratitude and excitement about the opportunity to connect with the larger national publication owners while emphasizing how their support enriches Eagle Magazine and the community it serves.

This fall, as you participate in our first Fall Crawl, I encourage you to not only enjoy the festivities but also to connect with the stories behind each business. Whether it’s discovering a unique piece at Donovan James Antiques, exploring the booths and giveaways at Spitfire, or learning about downtown business entrepreneurs through challenging and good times, there’s a rich tapestry of history, passion, and community to uncover.

I look forward to seeing you all out and about, celebrating the season and the vibrant community we are all so proud to call home.

THE EVOLUTION OF AN EMPIRE

From Binders to a Media Powerhouse

When Ryan Shea reflects on the history of Entrepreneur Magazine, it’s not just a recounting of dates and acquisitions—it’s a family legacy deeply intertwined with the ever-evolving landscape of American business. The magazine’s story began in 1972, founded by a visionary named Chase Revel, who initially focused on creating binders filled with guides on how to start various types of businesses. These how-to manuals quickly gained traction, leading to the creation of a monthly newsletter that eventually morphed into the Entrepreneur Magazine we know today.

“In 1986, my dad acquired the magazine out of bankruptcy,” Ryan recalls. At the time, his father was advertising a franchise he owned and saw the potential in Entrepreneur Magazine, which was on the brink of collapse. “My mom was selling for another publication, Venture Magazine, so publishing was already in our blood.”

Ryan joined the family business during the dot-com boom in the late ‘90s, and after a stint in New York, he returned home just before 9/11 to take over the company’s burgeoning digital operations. By 2006 he was officially named CEO, although he had been steering the ship for some time before that. “My dad was still around, giving me a hard time, but he had mostly stepped back,”

Ryan shares. After his father’s passing about a year ago, Ryan continued to lead the company, navigating it through various challenges and expansions.

Under Ryan’s leadership, Entrepreneur Magazine has diversified into numerous ventures, from online platforms to innovative business tools. Yet, despite the expansion, the core of the magazine—its dedication to providing valuable resources for entrepreneurs—remains unchanged. “After 25 years, you have to branch out and do other things,” Ryan admits, reflecting on how his passion for entrepreneurship has led him to invest in multiple businesses and start new ventures, keeping the spirit of innovation alive.

This entrepreneurial drive is mirrored in the way Ryan and De Anne approach their family life. The Sheas are proud parents of three children, all-natural athletes who are heavily involved in baseball, softball and golf. Their oldest is following his dream, playing D1 at Texas A&M Corpus Christi as pitcher. Their dedication to their children’s sports is as strong as their commitment to business, with much of their family’s travel centered around baseball tournaments. “Our kids have a competitive spirit that really resonates with our entrepreneurial mindset,” De Anne shares. The couple’s love for nurturing their children’s talents has become a cornerstone of their family dynamic, blending seamlessly with the values they uphold in their professional lives.

Yet, the Sheas’ commitment to their children’s development doesn’t mean they’ve lost sight of their own passions. Ryan and De Anne have fully embraced the Idaho lifestyle, affectionately referring to their home as “Frankie’s Farm.” Situated amidst the stunning landscapes with views of Bogus Basin, the farm has become a sanctuary for their family, offering both adventure and tranquility. Their farm is a bustling haven, home to alpacas, chickens, and even goats, which De Anne has taken on as her personal project. At one point, they had 16 goats, and De Anne recalls a moment when she miraculously revived a goat that had been declared dead. “The goat slept in my bed all night,” she laughs. “I’ve had my hands in places I would never think,” jokes Ryan. The family also has a few cats and five dogs, adding to the lively atmosphere of Frankie’s Farm.

“It’s about finding what excites you, what keeps you going every day.”

“We love our boating life, having the different lakes and reservoirs all around us,” De Anne says. “Black Canyon is our latest favorite spot, but don’t tell anyone!” In addition to the water adventures, the Shea family relishes the snowy winters, taking their kids snowboarding at nearby Bogus Basin. “Our kids live at Bogus during the winter, so having both the lakes and the mountains just minutes away is another big draw for us,” De Anne adds.

The Sheas’ farm isn’t just about animals; it’s a place where the seasons dictate the rhythm of life. De Anne’s social media stories offer a daily glimpse into farm life, whether it’s dealing with the relentless heat of summer or battling the challenges of Idaho’s winters. “Spring and summer are all about watering and keeping the plants

alive,” she explains. “This year has been brutal with three months of over 100-degree heat, but it’s all part of the charm of living here.”

While Entrepreneur Magazine remains at the forefront of Ryan and De Anne’s professional life, the farm represents a grounding balance, a place where the family can retreat from the pressures of the business world. “It’s about finding what excites you, what keeps you going every day,” Ryan says. For the Sheas, whether it’s running a magazine, developing organic health products, investing in beverages like Roseade, promoting the rapidly growing Oliveda brand, or simple farm life it’s all about staying true to the entrepreneurial spirit that has defined their family’s legacy for nearly four decades.

Discover UNIQUE TREASURES

at Downtown Eagle’s Premier Estate Jewelry Store

Nestled downstairs on the corner of 2nd Avenue, conveniently situated across from Subway, Downtown Eagle boasts a hidden gem: a family-owned and operated estate jewelry haven. Welcome to a place where the allure of antique glamour meets the affordability of vintage chic—a timeless emporium of estate jewelry and antiques.

Having been in Eagle for four years, Dan and Toni have embraced the community and the clients they have come to know in such a short time. “Building relationships with our customers has been one of the most rewarding parts of this business,” Toni shared. “It’s not just about selling jewelry; it’s about connecting with people and being a part of their stories.”

The store offers a curated selection of exquisite pieces that tell stories of eras past. Stepping into the store is like embarking on a journey through time, guided by the discerning eyes and expertise of owners, Dan and Toni.

Dan, with over fifty years of experience steeped in the world of antiques and estate jewelry, carries on a family tradition passed down by his grandmother. His keen eye for craftsmanship and historical significance ensures that every piece in their collection is not just an accessory but a work of art with a tale to tell. “I’ve always been fascinated by the history behind each item,” Dan said. “Connecting unusual pieces with people who truly appreciate them is what makes this work so special.” His passion is evident in the stories he shares, like the time he acquired a 1960s ballerina ring—an intricate piece from

the era of the Russian space race, adorned with diamonds in a pattern resembling a ballerina’s tutu. “It was a showstopper, catching everyone’s attention,” Dan recalled with a smile. “I even traded a strand of pearls for a customer’s vintage car, a color and model I had always admired.”

Toni, a former OB/Gyn Nurse Practitioner turned Graduate Gemologist certified by the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA), brings a unique perspective to their store. Her passion for gems and dedication to quality shine through in every facet of their collection. Transitioning from healthcare to gemology was a natural step for Toni, who began studying gemology while still working in the medical field. After moving to Idaho, she initially sought to continue her NP career, but the COVID-19 pandemic altered her path. Unable to find nursing positions,

Toni decided to fully dedicate herself to the jewelry business. “I carry the same care I had for my patients into my relationships with customers,” Toni explained. “It’s about seeing them as whole people, not just transactions.”

Adding to the family dynamic is their son, Peter who’s involved in all aspects of the business, and also, replaces watch batteries. His involvement ensures that the family legacy continues and that the business remains a true family affair.

At Downtown Eagle, estate jewelry isn’t just their specialty; it’s their passion. From heirloom diamond rings to vintage southwest Indian jewelry, their diverse selection caters to every taste and budget. Sterling silver treasures adorned with marcasite, labradorite, moonstone, onyx, garnet, and more await discovery, with many items offered at less than market value.

But the store is more than just jewelry. Explore their vast array of furniture, glassware, china, lamps, art, linens, quilts, clocks, and even a dedicated section featuring tools, books, comics, and vinyl records—a nod to the vintage enthusiasts among us. Keep an eye out for tags with red slashes, signaling 50% off select items.

At Downtown Eagle, customer service isn’t just a duty; it’s a pleasure. Dan’s genuine and friendly nature shines through as he eagerly shares stories about the unique period pieces in the store, making every visit an experience to remember. And of course, Carly, their beloved dog, adds an extra touch of charm to this timeless place.

“Our goal is simple: to provide unparalleled value and service while helping you uncover unique

treasures that can be cherished and passed down through generations,” Dan said, encapsulating the spirit of their store.

Downtown Eagle merchants are a close-knit community. “We support each other and send our customers to each other’s stores,” Toni added. “We’ve enjoyed the growth and changes in downtown Eagle as new stores have opened, and we really look forward to the completion of the projects currently under construction.”

Just as an aside, Dan and Toni love buying estate jewelry and cherish the stories that come with them, just as much as they enjoy finding them new homes with people who will appreciate them.

APRIL AND TRAVIS RISTIG’S JOURNEY FROM ADVERSITY TO A THRIVING NATURAL SKINCARE BUSINESS

EM: April and Travis, your journey from losing your jobs in California to starting It’s the Balm Co. in Idaho is truly inspiring. Can you tell us how it all began?

April: It all started during the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband and I both worked for The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA, and they shut down during the pandemic. We both lost our jobs on the same day. It was a huge shock, but after much prayer, we decided to sell our house and move to Texas with our young daughter to start over.

Travis: Shortly after moving, we all became sick with strange symptoms. We had no idea what was happening until our Naturopath suggested testing our home for mold. It turned out we had toxic mold in our HVAC system, and we had been inhaling the spores for months. Our three-year-old daughter, who used to talk non-stop, suddenly began stuttering and then barely talked at all. We knew we had to leave our home immediately.

EM: That must have been terrifying. How did you cope with such a drastic situation?

April: It was overwhelming, but we turned to social media to share our journey. I started talking about our experience with toxic mold and the natural remedies we were using to heal. I became an affiliate for many of these products, which provided us with an income. Eventually, we decided to buy an RV and travel to places in nature to help us recover. Living in the RV was freeing, and our health improved almost immediately.

EM: How did the idea of starting a business come into play during this time?

Travis: While living in the RV, we had a lot of time to reflect on our future. Neither of us wanted to go back to the hotel industry. We did extensive research into natural healing and knew that maintaining a non-toxic environment was important to us. April’s affiliate marketing business was growing, and we noticed that many people were struggling with skin-related issues. That’s when April started making tallow balms in our kitchen, using 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef suet.

April: We sent out samples to my Instagram followers, and the feedback was amazing. In December 2022, we officially launched It’s the Balm Co. with just two products. We made 100 balms, and they sold out quickly. Today, we have 22 products, and during each restock, we produce 1,200 to 1,500 tallow balms, soaps, and deodorants. It’s been an incredible journey.

EM: That’s impressive growth in such a short time. What do you think contributed to your success?

Travis: Our background in hospitality played a huge role. We’ve always worked together—first at Morton’s The Steakhouse, then at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Starting a business together felt natural. Customer service and fast shipping are priorities for us, and that’s something we learned from our years in hospitality. Initially, shipping was a big challenge because the volume quickly became too much for us to handle alone. We were fortunate to have our parents help us pack orders, but as the business grew, we hired two employees to assist during restock weeks. This has been crucial in keeping up with demand.

April: Another key factor is our commitment to quality. The healing benefits of our tallow balms come from the fact that our cows are grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning they’re never given any grain. We source our fats from independent, local family farmers who practice regenerative, sustainable, and humane farming. Our tallow is pure, with no additives or preservatives, which sets our products apart.

EM: Looking back, how do you feel about the path that led you here?

April: Honestly, if someone had told us five years ago that we’d be running a skincare company, we would have laughed. But now, I can see how everything we went through led us here. Our business philosophy is deeply rooted in our hospitality background—customer service is everything. Many of our customers are dealing with health issues, and we’re able to share our healing journey with them, offering hope. We’ve connected with so many amazing people through this business, and those connections have been such a blessing.

Travis: We don’t take anything for granted. Losing everything during the pandemic was devastating, but it also brought us closer to God and each other. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve others through our products, and we’re committed to giving back as much as possible. Helping others heal and providing hope is what drives us every day.

Crafting Compassion and Art Amidst Challenges

ENSO BOARDS

Summer Przybyla, a resident of Eagle, has turned her personal struggles into a creative force through her venture, Enso Boards. Her artistic journey began as a form of therapy during her battle with cancer and has grown into a heartfelt expression of love and remembrance.

One poignant example of her work is a snowboard dedicated to Riley McCollum, a fallen Marine who was deeply connected to Summer’s son. “Riley and my son were in boot camp together,” Summer explains. “They helped each other, and Riley was one of the 13 who lost their lives in Afghanistan.” The snowboard, adorned with a painted photo of Riley and 13 stars representing the fallen, was given to Riley’s mother on the anniversary of his passing. “I just wanted to do something for his wife and child, especially since the parents often get forgotten,” Summer adds, her voice filled with empathy.

Summer’s craftsmanship extends beyond memorials. Her boards are not just artistic creations but meaningful gifts. She recently completed her first paddleboard, which she plans to donate to a charity event for cancer. “I’m hoping to either be a part of the event or donate the board,” she says. “It’s all about finding a way to make a difference, especially for someone who might have special needs.”

The process of creating these boards is labor-intensive, involving layers of paint, detailing, and glossing. Yet, Summer invests her time without seeking financial gain,

finding fulfillment in the act of giving. “It costs about $300 to make a board,” she notes. “But it’s worth every penny to see it bring joy and support to someone in need.”

Summer’s artistic journey started as a means to cope with the grief and stress from her cancer diagnosis. “After my mom passed away and then my dad, I was diagnosed with cancer,” she recalls. “I was devastated, but I needed to find a way to stay positive.” Her solution was to channel her emotions into painting, a skill she had always been passionate about, thanks to her grandmother’s influence. “My grandma had an art studio, and that’s where my love for art began,” Summer shares.

Despite the challenges she faced, including financial constraints and personal loss, Summer has dedicated herself to her craft. Her work has not only provided a creative outlet but also a way to connect with others through her art. “I haven’t made any money from this,” she admits, “but it feeds my soul. Seeing how these boards impact others make every moment worthwhile.”

Summer’s Enso Boards are more than just painted surfaces—they are symbols of hope, remembrance, and compassion. Each board she creates carries a piece of her heart and serves as a reminder of the power of art to heal and inspire.

Discover CASCADIA TEAMAKER

A Local Gem in Eagle

At Cascadia Teamaker, the passion lies in creating unique tea blends that spotlight internationally grown tea and high-quality local ingredients harvested from the beautiful Cascadia region. Owner Mesquite Cervino emphasizes, “Our blends, artwork, and packaging were crafted purposefully, using ingredients grown on land we lease right here in Eagle, Idaho.”

HANDCRAFTED BLENDS FROM EAGLE

Cascadia Teamaker currently cultivates and dries a variety of ingredients, including chamomile, culinary lavender, and Moroccan mint. Cervino shares, “Our slower-growing crops, such as roses and Douglas-fir, are a year or two from yielding a harvest. We can’t wait to offer 100% Cascadia-grown tea blends!” These locally sourced ingredients are used exclusively for in-state sales at retail locations, including a few select spots like the Hyde Park Street Fair and Franz Witte in Eagle. Out-of-state sales and wholesale operations are handled through CT Wholesale LLC, reaching businesses nationwide.

MEET MESQUITE CERVINO: THE HEART BEHIND CASCADIA TEAMAKER

Mesquite Cervino, the owner of Cascadia Teamaker, brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the business. “I am an autistic woman,” Cervino explains. “Cascadia Teamaker is a compilation of my strengths: creating flavor profiles, technical experience in growing quality crops, and my artistic abilities.”

Cervino’s passion for tea has led her to several tea farms in Oregon and Taiwan as an agricultural student ambassador. With degrees in horticulture and agriculture, and experience in using drones for plant healthcare, Cervino has primarily worked in growing edible and ornamental crops. For the past five years, she has dedicated herself to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) within the nurser industry. “To me, better crops mean healthier plants, and better tea!” she states.

EMBRACING NEURODIVERSITY

Cascadia Teamaker values inclusion and acceptance, especially for neurodivergent individuals. Cervino believes that “self-advocacy by and from autistic people is the best way for the neurotypical majority to learn about autism.” After graduating from college, Cervino struggled to navigate middle-level management and understand workplace social hierarchies, a challenge often referred to as the “double empathy problem.”

“My hope is that my business can lead to better connections, communication, and demonstrate the critical need for neurodiversity within our community,” Cervino adds.

EXPERIENCE THE QUALITY

Cascadia Teamaker offers unique and thoughtful tea creations, reflecting the dedication and passion of its owner. The current selection includes blends like the Horticulture Blend, Mao Feng and Moroccan Mint, and Fir Forest Chia, perfect for the fall season. “I hope you find our tea to be ‘quali-tea,’ and I appreciate the opportunity to bring you our unique and thoughtful creations,” Cervino concludes.

THE PERSONAL STORY OF DR. MATTHEW AMERO

Cottonwood Creek Dentals Newest Dentist

Stepping into Cottonwood Creek Dental, there’s a new face eager to meet the Eagle community—Dr. Matthew Amero. But make no mistake, Dr. Amero is more than just a dentist. He’s a dedicated professional with a passion for compassionate care, a devoted family man, and a survivor with a remarkable story.

Raised in Southern California’s Placentia/Yorba Linda area, Dr. Amero was shaped by his blue-collar upbringing, where faith, respect, and hard work were the cornerstones of life. His parents, a teacher and an electric company worker, instilled these values in him, leading him to excel academically and athletically at UCSD. It was there that he discovered his passion for helping others, first as an undergraduate teaching assistant and later through an unexpected internship that introduced him to the world of dentistry.

It was during this pivotal internship that Dr. Amero met Dr. Lockwood, a dentist who saw potential in him. This encounter sparked a realization in Dr. Amero: dentistry was the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and the ability to be actively involved in his family’s life—a balance he had always dreamed of.

After earning his degree from UCSF, Dr. Amero returned to Southern California, but his heart always yearned for the close-knit feel of a smaller town. Eagle, with its tightknit community and welcoming atmosphere, reminded him of the place he grew up 30-40 years ago. “We have some family and countless friends who live in the area, and every time my wife and I visited, we were amazed by how kind and welcoming everyone is here,” Dr. Amero shared. “Being rooted in the community is so important both personally and professionally.”

Dr. Amero’s philosophy of patient care is simple yet profound: listen, show compassion, and treat every patient as if they were family. With over 23 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a conservative approach to dentistry, ensuring his patients receive the best care possible while feeling genuinely cared for.

“I want my patients to feel that they are being treated with the same love and care as a family member or close friend,” Dr. Amero emphasized.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Amero’s life revolves around his family. With a 6-year-old son who loves sports and a 9-yearold daughter passionate about dance and art, he is deeply involved in their activities. Whether it’s playing catch with his son, coaching baseball, or participating in a memorable Top Gun-themed dance at his daughter’s dance studio, Dr. Amero cherishes every moment with his children.

His wife, a former Sonographer and Fit for Mom instructor, is also eager to continue her involvement in family-centered programs and help out at their kids’ school. As a family,

they are looking forward to getting involved in youth sports, church, and other community organizations, all while establishing new friendships in Eagle.

But there’s more to Dr. Amero than meets the eye.

In 2019, during what should have been an ordinary night out watching the World Series, he experienced a life-changing event—a cardiac arrest caused by ventricular fibrillation. Miraculously, two off-duty law enforcement officers and a third individual with EMT training were nearby, performing CPR for over eight minutes until paramedics arrived. Dr. Amero survived without any cognitive or physical deficits, a testament to his strong Christian faith and the quick actions of those first responders. “I am a true miracle,” he reflects, expressing eternal gratitude for the help he received.

Looking ahead, Dr. Amero is excited about the growth opportunities at Cottonwood Creek Dental. With plans to become certified in Botox Therapy, sleep dentistry, implant placement, and to continue his passion for sports dentistry, he envisions contributing to the practice’s expansion and success. “I am honored to join the dental family here and appreciate everyone entrusting me to take care of them over the next few decades,” he said.

As Dr. Amero and his family settle into Eagle, they look forward to becoming a close part of the community.

“Because of you and this wonderful community, I believe the best is yet to come for me and my family. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.”

So, whether you’re in need of dental care or just want to say hello, Cottonwood Creek Dental’s doors are open, and Dr. Amero is ready to welcome you with a smile.

EMBRACING FAITH AND HEALTH

AT Chicken Delite

A Mediterranean Haven in the Valley

In the heart of the valley, Chicken Delight stands out as a beacon of health, faith, and community. Owned by longtime friends Jose and Maro, this unique eatery offers a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine, infused with Christian values and a commitment to nourishing both body and soul.

Jose, a California native, moved to Idaho in 2016, bringing a vision shaped by years of success in the private security industry, where he provided protection for high-profile clients. However, his passion extended beyond his professional life. A devout Christian, fitness enthusiast, and boxing coach at Marin Boxing in Meridian, Jose saw a gap in Idaho’s dining scene—there were no healthy rotisserie options reminiscent of the Mediterranean cuisine he loved in California.

“I’ve always been a fan of Mediterranean food,” Jose recalls. “Every time I went back to California, I’d visit the restaurants where Maro worked. I’d tell him, ‘We need something like this in Idaho—a place where people can enjoy healthy, delicious food that’s good for the body and the spirit.’”

Maro, an accomplished chef with years of experience managing family-owned Mediterranean and Greek restaurants, was initially hesitant to leave California. But the area’s strong Christian community and the chance to create something meaningful convinced him to join Jose in this new venture. “The food we prepare here is about more than just taste—it’s about health

and family,” Maro explains. “We make everything from scratch, using fresh, daily cut ingredients. It’s about keeping it simple and delicious, just like home.”

At Chicken Delite, the day starts early, with co-owner and head chef Maro taking charge in the kitchen. “Maro is the man behind the magic,” says Jose. “He’s all about making sure everything is perfect, from the seasoning to the sauces. The Alfredo? It’s the best Alfredo I’ve ever had. We’re not touching that recipe; it’s a keeper.”

Maro’s commitment to the restaurant is evident in his dedication. “He’s not just a chef; he’s a co-owner and part of the soul of this place,” Jose explains. Their partnership is built on deep mutual respect and a shared vision. “I brought Maro here from California because I knew his talent was something special,” Jose shares. “He lives right across the street, so he’s always around, making sure everything is perfect.”

The restaurant’s offerings reflect the team’s commitment to freshness and quality. “Everything is made from scratch,” says Maro. “The garlic mashed potatoes are simple but packed with flavor. It’s a balance—nothing too heavy, just clean, fresh ingredients.”

Despite their success, both Jose and Maro acknowledge the challenge of attracting more customers. “We have great food and a solid social media presence, but we need more people to walk in and try it for themselves,” Jose admits. “Once people try our food, they keep coming back. We’ve got loyal locals now, but we want to reach more people.”

The Mediterranean offerings, like the moist, grapeinfused rice, have become a favorite among customers. “It’s all about that unique, fresh flavor,” Maro says. “As you get older, your body craves that freshness— veggies, hummus, and the like.”

As the valley continues to discover this gem, it’s clear that Chicken Delite offers something truly special—a place where healthy eating meets spiritual nourishment, and where the community can come together over meals that are both good for the body and the soul.
