Early Voting Offered

Vote By Mail Our country works best when everyone exercises the most important right of citizenship: the right to vote. For that reason, the process of voting should be as simple, convenient, and fair as possible. Across the country, an increasing number of cities, counties and states are making it easier for citizens to vote without standing in long lines or using potentially flawed electronic voting equipment. Cobb County Board of Elections has embraced this trend. Any Cobb County voter may request a Vote-by-Mail ballot. No “reason” is required. The Cobb County Board of Elections’ website www.cobbelections.org reviews the required steps to vote by mail.

If you are going to be out of town during this primary election or want to avoid standing in long lines on Election Day, Cobb Board of Elections offers early voting--no reason required. Registered voters can vote early from April 28 to May 16 at two convenient locations to East Cobb residents: > Cobb Board of Elections Main Office, 736 Whitlock Avenue in Marietta 30064: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm or Saturday, May 10: 9am-4pm. > East Cobb Government Service Center, 4400 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, 30068: Monday - Friday: 9am-7pm and Saturday, May 10, 9am-4pm.
