Hope Interfaith Center hosts 2nd Star Gathering in Mankato The public is invited to attend the Hope Interfaith Center’s Second Annual Star Gathering to help you awaken to your star being roots and qualities to collaborate to bring peace on Earth and goodwill to all.

The Star Gathering will take place June 22-23 at the Hope Interfaith Center, 114 Pohl Road, Mankato, MN. This year’s gathering features six reputable speakers: Rev. Barbara Marx Hubbard (1929-2019) Visionary and futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard, leader in the field of conscious evolution, slipped peacefully from this realm to the next on April 10 following knee surgery. She was 89.

“As the developmental path unfolds and our visions emerge from the mists of evolutionary consciousness," she wrote, "we begin to see that the meaning of our new crises is to activate our new potentials, and that the purpose of our power is to foster within ourselves the emergence of a universal humanity, capable of co-evolution with nature and co-creation with spirit.”

Affirm: ‘I am Presence’ A Monthly Affirmation

BY CHARLOTTE “MAMA” ROSE NO MATTER WHAT WE ARE experiencing there is one thing that we can always do, one choice that we can always make and that is: to be present. We can tune into our own inner-experience to notice the emotions, sensations and thoughts that pass through us and are a part of us. Or, rather that we are a part of.

What if instead of calling the thoughts, emotions and sensations that we experience “our own,” we call ourselves a part of them? What is the source of our thoughts, emotions and sensations? What is the source of the “filter” through which we perceive? What is the source of the perspective that we call “I?” There is but one source of all things, one source that every part of us belongs to and one source that belongs to us: Energy.

Energy is expressed in a myriad of forms including matter, thought and emotion, and as in any closed system all parts of the whole affect the whole. The whole informs the parts and the parts inform the whole. When we choose to be present we are able to include more of our parts in our experience. I invite you to think of this process as deepening the experience rather than it growing larger. In presence we are able to see the moving parts of our lives and how they fit together. We are able to see the relationships between our thoughts, emotions and sensations, and it is in those relationships that we find clarity, answers and direction in the moment. Presence is embodiment, returning to our intuition, healing, becoming mindful and realizing our power to choose. Presence is our point of access to the infinite potential that rests within us — the whole.

It is scientifically accepted that there is no empty space, meaning that there is no

separation between even the smallest of particles. Similarly and following the same “laws” of energy, there also is no empty space between thoughts, emotions or sensations in the body. There is no space between the “parts” of our experience that we perceive as being separate. As soon as we deepen into the “space,” the “relationship” between the parts, we are assuming the position of “movement” itself. The movement, or “dance” between the pieces of our experience, is what we call “time” and ultimately, it cannot be separated into moments. We are the movement of energy, we are the moment, we are time.

Most of us believe that this process of our perspective shifting, of our growth, of time, is linear. However, it hasn’t always been viewed this way and it won’t always be. We are returning to understand time as a spiral, for spin is the fundamental function of energy.

Use this affirmation, “I am presence,” to return to an understanding that supports your creative cycles, the balance of your feminine and masculine energies, the receptive state of rest, ease and relaxation paired perfectly with the guided action of movement, of doing. These words will begin a shift in your way of being. The transition will be swift and drastic in some ways, gentle and forgiving in others and it will restore health and well-being to all areas of your life.

All systems in nature organize to balance. We are nature. When we release beliefs that are based in a limited understanding, such as a linear model of time, then we deepen into a rhythm as old and as supportive as the Earth. Please, do not forget that there is no separation between Earth and your body, Earth and your mind, Earth and your emotions. You are surrounded by support continuously  see PRESENCE on p. 22

Unity Minneapolis presents ‘Mother Wove the Morning’ An all-woman cast will present “Mother Wove the Morning” at 7 p.m. Friday, May 10, and 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Unity Minneapolis, 4000 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley. Tickets are $15 at the door or at unityminneapolis.org.

Sixteen actors play 16 women alive at different times, from 20,000 BC to the present. Each speaks of her life in search of the female face of God. The need for “Mother God” and for feminine power is explored in this play through characters such as a cave woman, an Egyptian princess, a Jew and a Nazi.

“In the beginning, on that primordial day, perhaps Mother wove the morning and Father made the evening…joyfully, together” says Narrator Carol Lynn Pearson during her opening remarks in “Mother Wove the Morning.” The production (originally done by the author as a one-woman show in the 1990s) is still relevant today. Sixteen characters from the beloved land of a Paleolithic ancestress through the office of a modern-day therapist, dramatize women’s stories perhaps never heard before.

A New Phase: Conscious Empowerment A Pleiadian Message

BY CHRISTINE DAY BELOVED ONES, WE GREET YOU. There has been a strong adjustment within the magnetic core of your Earth as the energetic framework of the planet has been totally reformed by the “Awakening of the Dove” in late April. This process heralds in great change for those of you on the path. This is a predestined moment that has been set in place for eons.

You are entering a new phase on Earth of an unfolding of your conscious empowerment of your sacred aspect of Higher Self. This time heralds in a time when you consciously utilize your own multidimensional power to bring forth change within your individual lives and to simultaneously support your human element with a love and compassion.

As you begin a new way of interacting within yourself while engaging within the world of illusion, you will begin to utilize your unique frequency of a higher realm: love. This will generate a natural compassion to your human aspect. Remembering this is a natural returning by you. “You are who you have been waiting for.” There will be an outpouring of this love frequency supporting other human hearts. This is “divine economy” in action.

This unfolding will create a synergistic frequency of love to be formed collectively between all who are on this conscious path.

This network of webbing will extend and build across your Earth plane, and it will build a communion between hearts. The essence of your combined love becomes an interactive connective web that opens a natural doorway of reconnection within the collective conscious state, moving between all of you and extending throughout this resident Universe.

A COLLECTIVE ROLE You each have contracted to be present on Earth at the juncture of this happening to play your part in this collective role. Your presence on Earth is essential as each one of you play a pivotal role of contributing your own unique divine signature frequency to make up this connective web.

As you enter this new phase of consciousness with your unique essence active, a collective, pure force is created through this conscious engagement through your hearts.

As all of your energies flow together, you are deeply supported through the pure synergy of this creation.

on Earth. This webbing works alongside and in conjunction with the flow created by the unified sacred sites that have formed grids across the planet to hold a steady base for the birthing of your unification.

At this time of ongoing quickening throughout this month, there will be a series of energetic happenings. These depend on your conscious engagement within your path to set in motion a further reset on your planet. The reset comes about as you, individually, build a momentum of engagement through the simple action of letting go — by taking moments of being engaged within your heart, while using the conscious breath.

This conscious action by you creates a deeper reconnection within the newly opened elements of your sacred heart. As you claim moments within your heart, you shift and you are repositioned dimensionally, aligned naturally to the higher realm of Self.

Remember, your heart is a natural multidimensional tool. You are a multidimensional being.

Your heart cells have been encrypted through the pure frequency of love, which arose at the time of the “Awakening of the Dove.” This is the design to initiate your reconnections. The higher elements of God consciousness, which now freely exist for you to access, have become interwoven within you — and they have become part of Earth’s new frequency. These higher elements allow the collective consciousness that flows throughout the Universe to interact within your planet and your heart’s cells.

You have a natural and vast love potential that has been awakened on another level.

A pathway has activated in order for you to realign to your higher realm home. Your heart’s flow has expanded within this path energetically for you to realign.

Through this shift within your heart and throughout the planet, there is the added complexity of a building intensity within your own 3rd-dimensional lives creating change. Nothing is going to appear to work in the same way as it has before. There is a greater disparity between Truth and the illusion of your world. You can no longer merely go along with that which is not Truth.

Your heart cells yearn for only that which is authentic, for that which contains Truth and love.

So you will find a breaking down of your previous living rhythm. You are being compelled to change as everything falls away in your outer life — and an inner shedding of old thought patterns and belief systems is simultaneously taking place. A lot of your relationships and partnerships that are not based on Truth are breaking down. There appears to be an element of chaos within your world.

Know that through this change within your heart, feelings of confusion and inner conflict within the ego mind can arise. The mind will not accept or understand this process.

LOVE CONNECTION Through each moment of experiencing life, you need this connection to the love. You may not be able to identify this as it is unfolding.

Be aware that your entire energetic profile has been altered as your heart cells have undergone this encryption process.

This yearning within your heart is designed to lead and anchor you deeper on your path of natural realignment by accessing a higher realm of love frequency of Self. The action of your deeper reconnection is being radiated towards you. Your higher realm consciousness is able to transmit directly into your heart, illuminating your path for you, linking you back to this natural flow.

The central magnetic core of your planet is pulsing, like a constant heartbeat, infusing the higher elements of pure God consciousness essence throughout your Earth plane.

This pulsing light interacts directly within your heart cells, expanding your capacity to hold a greater frequency of your own light essence from the higher realms.

Change is here through this powerful reconstruction of Earth. Your physical systems have the capacity to move through a full reconfiguration to carry all of your higher frequency light.

The letting go energy is a component of creating great transformation within your environment of day-to-day life. Through this letting go frequency that has been released within the planet, you can liberate yourself from the old burdens of fear and struggle related to that which has been held and perpetrated by the ego mind. As you make conscious realignments within your heart, you connect naturally to the letting go energy, which activates a shedding of density within the cells of your body and your energetic field. Some of this density has been held within your energy for lifetimes. There will be a release of all old concepts and old belief systems that are not of Truth.

This is your time to consciously choose to let go and move, repositioning to Truth.

This shifting of your alignments will bring newness, a lightness of spirit within you, enabling you to see, sense or feel yourself from a different viewpoint so that you will move into moments of clarity and being able to actively and consciously open to receiving in your life.

ness to the physical position on your chest. Use the conscious breath (breathing in and out of the mouth). Bring that breath within the space of your heart that you are holding. This is the beginning of reclaiming your heart, which is the sacred entry point that will access this higher path to you.

Simply “Be,” holding your heart, not seeking anything in particular but opening up to this doorway of Self. Do not assess what is happening or not happening with your mind. Let go of any expectations. Rather, bring in a state of curiosity to just open up the doorway of this space of your heart. Let go as you consciously choose the path, choosing the way of your heart.

There is no wrong way of opening up to this process. This is simply a conscious step to choose a pathway of reconnection to your multidimensional heart. Just five minutes a day.

HEART RECONNECTION You deserve, by divine right, to make your way back to this aspect of yourself. The way has been made clear and each one of you has energetic support to make this journey to completion. All that is necessary is your own heart’s desire to return.

As a multidimensional being, you have a powerful aspect of creativity, the ability to create your heart’s desire. You will discover as you make inroads of reconnection within your heart that the energy that you encounter can be harnessed to bring you that which supports you now in your life.

Take the time to nourish yourself with the light from the sun’s rays.

The sun reflects the pure light of your being to you. It will enhance your heart connection as you consciously open to the brilliance of the sun. Nature is also a natural reflector of your light, aligning you deeper within your heart as you open your awareness within the magic of nature. This magic is a natural extension of you, a natural extension of your heart. The energy of the wind also supports you in a deeper union within your heart and the water element carries the essence of reflected magic of Self.

Everything of nature is holding a mirror for you to open up and experience a deeper sense of that which you are: love. You are not separate from nature. You are a natural extended aspect of this life force, which runs through these forces. You are being called and beckoned by the flow of light that is fully alive all around you right now.

The Earth holds you. Hold your heart and lie on the Earth and feel yourself being aligned to the natural rhythmic heart beat flow and let your heart open to the Universal pulse. Each time you choose to open up in this manner, you choose reconnection to Self.

We, the Pleiadians, alongside the Spiritual realms and other members of the Galactic community are holding a strong container around Earth to support a natural, ongoing process of change that you can initiate between you. We hold this until you can anchor this by your collective intentions of action. Ultimately, this will occur as you reassume your power through the transformation of your hearts.

We witness you within the light. We salute your courage as you move forward within your journey of your sacred heart. You are not alone, and you can ask for support at any moment and it will be given. Keep letting go. Witness all the drama, but do not participate.

The month begins with Venus and Mercury in fiery Aries which can bring inflammation on one side, enthusiasm on the other. We can get feisty as Mercury squares Saturn and Pluto in the first few days of the month, but this can help us define our challenge.

The mood switches on the New Moon in earthy Taurus May 4 at 5:45 p.m. CDT, as it calms down and becomes fecund. May 4-6 is the most fertile planting time of the year; plant seeds, seedlings and ideas. Get the whole garden seeded over the waxing moon May 4-18. We slow down and grow more patient as Mercury enters Taurus May 6. May 7-9 could challenge our upbeat mood with questions around security and potential loss as the Sun and Mercury opposes Pluto and Saturn retrogrades; work together.

Spring fever kicks May 14-15 as Venus conjuncts Jupiter and enters Taurus, calling our thoughts to romance and earthy sensuality. Mars then enters self-protective Cancer and can nudge us towards defensiveness, both as a country and a person. Our passions are stirred under a Full Scorpio Moon on May 18 and as Venus conjuncts Uranus. Ingenuity and camaraderie come to the forefront May 19-21 as the Sun and Mercury enter Gemini.

Aries (Mar. 21-Apr. 19)…Make healthy and thoughtful changes in your material surroundings and finances; correct imbalances rather than add to them. Watch for competitive tension around May 5. Express affection mid-May as Venus sextiles Mars. Get ready to put a good change into motion around May 21-22, then start a new conversation.

Taurus (Apr. 20-May 20)…Your identity may be in metamorphosis, slowly over the next eight years with Uranus in Taurus, triggered by events and considerations that begin now. It may be as simple as a change in hair or as complex as a shift of professional identity. Change can bring a new freedom.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)…Stay flexible through a tense first week, but look squarely at the problem. Your perception of the world may be challenged this month; ask healthy questions and expand your perception around May 8 and enjoy new stability after May 18, and a new ease after May 21.

The Deep Truth of Creativity

BY JEFF LEISAWITZ HEY THERE, OLD FRIEND! I know it’s been forever since I’ve written. And I stink at social media. Sorry. I hope you know that you’re often in my thoughts and heart.

The other day I found myself tripping back to that one really magical night in high school.

You remember. We were sitting in the parking lot in your crappy convertible on some random Friday eating pizza.

It was so warm and alive that night. The sky was open.

We just talked and talked.

Dreamed and dreamed. We wanted to make music, write poetry, tell our stories, change the world. I hope you’ve done that in whatever ways are true to you. I’ve seen so many of our old friends drop their passion, forget their purpose.

It happened to me, too. I’m not sure what went south, but one day a few years ago I woke up feeling like I was not being true. Not being expressed. I looked in the mirror and didn’t see the love and joy and beauty and truth that we used see in each other. It disappeared so slowly. Where did our hearts go?

I know, I know. It’s hard.

Life happens. Money, kids, heartbreak — all kinds of stuff coming in from left field.

Sometimes it just feels like a non-stop battle. I get it. As our old friend John Lennon said,

“Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.”

I’ve been thinking about this in a big way. For decades, really.

As you might suspect, I have a spiritual perspective on the whole thing. Since I know how much you always used to love it when I’d get cranked up and start riffing, I thought I’d drop some of my ideas here. I’m just getting this intuitive hit that maybe some of this stuff can help you in this moment. Cool?

Ya know how I always wanted to sell out Madison Square Garden, top the New York Times Bestseller list, smash some box office records? I don’t anymore. Well, I kind of do. But not for the same reasons.

I didn’t really know it at the time. Or even until just a few years ago. But so much of that desire was ego driven. Wanting (or needing) to be the best, the most popular. Showing the world that I was smarter, more talented. And where did that all come from? Family. Duh. I’m not gonna blame my mom or whatever, although it’s always a popular thing to do. You can hang around and blame people or The Man or whoever you like all day long, but at some point ya just have to move forward. The Edge spoke with Dr. Mathews from his home office to learn more about the experience that so dramatically changed his life and his purpose for being.

For those who aren’t familiar with you, let’s start at the beginning of the story, your near

death experience. Can you share with us briefly the highlights of what happened in August 1992?

I was on my last day of vacation at my mother-in-law’s bay house in Orange Beach, Alabama. It was a very hot and humid day and I had been given the task of cleaning the yard up. About three quarters of the way finished with this task I overheated and I quit sweating and I got nauseated. I knew I was in trouble. My family had gone to the beach for one last swim while I was cleaning the place up and I made it back inside the bay house.

I was headed for the bed and I got as far as the back of the couch and I passed out and luckily fell over the couch onto the cushions.

Immediately I was going into a tunnel and I was pretty freaked out initially. I thought I was dying and a little voice told me I would be just fine, so I was along for the ride. A tunnel came into my tunnel kind of like the onramp on the freeway, and every time that happened I felt more positive, and after the sixth tunnel came into my tunnel I was in this reality. I had a telepathic consciousness of knowing and I was surrounded by 57 androgynes (our Holy expression in perfect masculine and feminine wholeness and harmony) and inside this circle where I was at were 13 crystal light beings and they were made of living colors that were translucent and they had heads and floating torsos, but no legs. They were levitating and there was

this activity going on and I was very tuned into that.

My greatest sense of awareness was how I made the beings in my presence feel, and they were the same way about me. It was the most intimate experience I’ve ever had and very loving. I was just checking these beings out. There was this activity going on and this being that was kind of in charge of the activity was levitating right in front of me, but turned sideways. I was admiring its turquoise and pink jaw bone, and about the time I thought, “How beautiful!” it turned and looked me right in the eyes and it zapped me with this light from its eyes into mine and it awakened me to my sacred path.

Right after that happened I was put back in the tunnel and away I went. As I was approaching the Earth, the voice of the Holiness of Life told me that all of us were put on this Earth to learn to trust in our inner holiness, that that’s the real purpose of our existence on this planet and whether you’re doing that or not doesn’t matter what you say. It’s the feelings that you possess that really tell your truth. If you’re always doing worry, anxiety, fear, being critical, cynical and doubtful, you’re demonstrating that you do not trust in your inner holiness, that you’re trying to figure out and do life yourself, and that’s really the kiss of death.

Self is the fractured soul vessel that’s only 10 percent conscious and has no knowing.

It’s responsible for the old saying that humans use only 10 percent of their brain.

The human way of life is to have a belief consciousness, which is a programming of your outer authority about the subjects in life you have no knowing of, and belief consciousness is governed by our negative ego body that actually had a positive purpose in our original holy order in an ancient world that was on this Earth.

Everyone I’ve ever checked has a 700-million-year recording inscripted into the crystal lattice of their Holy Spirit about this ancient world. We have lived a life continuum of 700 million years. We had a knowing consciousness, and all the aspects of our being were integrated with that — and it gives you eternal life. Through a series of mishaps, we demonstrated that we lack understanding and we were starting to break things.

It was determined by the High Councils of the Nine Clusters, which was our celestial home at that time, that we needed to acquire understanding to go with our knowing. That Is Holy O, and this planet had 87 life forms on it. The captain of that planet was Yahweh, the God of the Old Testament, and He is the God of Belief. Belief is in the Old Testament over 2,000 times.

In order to go to this school of understanding, you have to check your knowing in at the door and consent to have components of your trinity disassembled into their parts and pieces, and from there you get to find your way back home, having one lesson after the next. If you learn your lesson, you acquire understanding and you harvest that understanding, and then if you combine that understanding with a willingness to live the parable of being a Christed being: • That means you do not try to figure it out and do it yourself when problems arise into your life, but you actually surrender your issues to your inner holiness to be dealt with as you must, and yield to its will in your life.

• When the whispering voice and the gut-knowing tell you what to do, you’ve got to obey it.

• Thirdly, show up in your day without apprehension and having to figure out what’s around the corner and simply take your next step in trusting your inner holiness.

Those three things will open the door to miracles to come into your life, and when you’re in that posture you’re allowing the holiness of life to show, tell and lead you — and you’re willing to accept what it tells you.

When people are in belief they don’t realize it, but they’re actually telling the Holy Order what it’s allowed to be or they’re not going to accept it.

That’s started me on this path. I was a chiropractor on vacation when this happened to me. Two days back in my chiropractic office — through the same method that I had always derived information from the patient’s body on what treatment to do that day, kinesiology, muscle testing procedure — I discovered that I could connect with people’s inner holiness, as long as I allowed the inner holiness to show, tell and lead me. The inner holiness of the person being worked on is the author of the work. I’m simply the servant that supplies my gift to do the will of people’s inner holiness.

Did you have to go to the hospital or anything after the experience?

No, I didn’t. I woke up maybe 15 or 20 minutes later and I just kind of came back to, “Like wow, man! What just happened to me!”

It was the most vivid thing in my mind ever, you know? It was a knowing experience and it radically changed my life.

First, it kind of ruined my chiropractic business, because I was totally compelled to do this. It was a knowing. It wasn’t anything that I could doubt.

So, you went back to your chiropractic life and you found things changed when you were with a client.

They sure did, and even though it always worked and healed their problem, that wasn’t enough. It started violating people’s beliefs — and that’s the end of the road for some relationships. I quickly ran out of clients here in Arkansas and I started traveling to do this new work. I found that just the opposite happened when I got out of Arkansas.

People who have known you all your life, they do not accept this kind of a thing, but people who know you just for this, it’s not a problem, so I thrived out of state. I would have gone broke staying here in Arkansas. At the time I had two children and a wife and a home and all of that. I had to make a living, so I started going to Texas one weekend a month, and within a year and a half I was going there six times a year and staying two weeks and doing Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas. Then I started adding other states and now I do New Orleans twice a year, Minneapolis/St. Paul twice a year, Indianapolis twice a year, and the New Mexico area around Albuquerque and Santa Fe a couple of times a year.

It really took off on me and now I have a full schedule all the time. When I’m at home in Arkansas I do phone sessions. My wife or my oldest son act as my surrogate. I can work on people using their labeling. They just surrogate for that person and it works just as well as being in person with somebody.

As a result of your experiences, do you receive wisdom about what’s happening regarding the raising of vibrations on Earth and the ascension process? Where are we with this process at this point?

The full moon eclipse of September of 2015 started a six-year exodus of the downfall world off of the planet, and this September will be four years into that. That will be going on through 2021. I’ve also been told that our current president, Trump, became president for the purpose of being the catalyst to purge the downfall world. That’s the actual swamp that’s being drained. He’s like pure downfall world, but that’s what it takes.

It’s like watching somebody throw up and everybody starts gagging. They blame him, but it’s actually their stuff that’s coming up to come out. That’s the unpleasantness of the world around us right now, but if you have an understanding of why it’s that way, it makes it much easier to tolerate.

So as the purge continues, the infrastructure for the new Holy O (the perfected expression of life, expressed simultaneously as a geometric shape, the circle, a number zero and the letter) Earth is being laid, and it is very advanced, and incredible things are happening and are going to continue to happen.

The Armageddon event is scheduled as a

dual event in 2022 and belief consciousness is going to be the end of the world, for belief consciousness and things that have enshrouded themselves in belief will have to come to terms with that, and knowing consciousness. This is when there’s going to be a redistribution of all the people on the Earth into eight different civilizations that the Earth has in its holy order, and all of them will be free of the downfall world and everyone will be put in the perfect environment for their continued ascension.

Right now the world is all mixed up. It’s like we’ve got twelfth graders and first graders in the same class and that doesn’t work well for either one of them, so there’s lots of wonderful things that are being constructed right now. There is now a Christ matrix grid that’s in the center of the Earth up the South Pole and we now have a crystal lattice to connect people to to connect them to the Christ matrix grid. This involves the Giza pyramid, the Sphinx, the 999 lay line and the South Pole, and our Holy O Royal Correlator, which is a seven-element mechanism that reconnects us to our inner divinity.

Humans aren’t connected to their inner divinity and that’s why they have free will or free choice. They can choose anything they want, regardless of it being hurtful or destructive to themselves or others. Whereas, if you’re connected to your divinity, you will always choose that which glorifies your holy order, benefits all people, and brings loving feelings into life. That’s divine rule and divine choice. That’s the direction things are going.

Would you say that during the near death experience you were just given the seeds of what would grow into what you’re doing now? You indicated in the YouTube video that your gift has developed over the years of walking your sacred path.

Exactly! When I had my near death experience I started down the yellow brick road, and I have to live the parable of Christ Consciousness to get to the next step. It’s always like that. I have to hang by the seat of my pants, out on a limb, demonstrating my trust in the Holy Order — and then the next step is given. I just had another experience on my trip to Texas last month and I now have six new paths of information that have been placed into me, so the ascension is going to continue for quite some time now.

So, you’re downloading new information all of the time?

That’s right, and it’s just been an incredible thing. The wild thing about it is I would have never guessed the next step on any of these next steps before they happened. I’m always surprised.

This process works for anyone. When I do a healing on a person, it’s a demonstration of the parable of Christ Consciousness. I say a little prayer. We surrender the person’s

issues, problems and concerns to their inner holiness, and then it starts speaking to their needs. It is definitely a demonstration of living the parable. What I’m doing is trying to get people to do that on their own. Whenever you have problems in life, you’re at a fork in the road. The human thing to do is to try to figure it out and fix it yourself, but the Christed being surrenders it to the higher power and you get a much different outcome, depending on which way you go with that.

For those people who don’t have direct access to your Holy Divine Healing, what they can do for themselves to begin to know their inner holiness?

A good thing, Tim, is that there are 177 million light workers on the planet right now, and all of our gifts are snowflakes. There are no two that are alike, but they’re all beautiful — and the source is all the same. These light workers are scattered up and down the paradigm ladder to help people take the next step, and they’re all very precious and very valid in what they’re doing, and I’m honored to be a part of that team and blessed that I get to work on the cutting edge of higher consciousness.

I had a being come into my morphic field in January and introduce themselves as The Christ of Knowing. His name is Victory, and Victory is who connects us to the Christ matrix grid. Once you’re reconnected to that grid, that’s the point of no return to the human downfall world. The crystal lattice to allow this to happen is now being constructed as we continue our ascension process, and everyone can have this experience. It doesn’t matter who you are, what race, gender, religion, or any of that stuff.

You have to be a human being.

That’s it. Victory gave me an ascension ladder and it explains things very well. At the bottom of that ladder are beings of unbelief. These are people in the first and second paradigm, and that’s death, destruction, killing, war, robbing, stealing, cheating and lying.

Those people are mainly locked up in jail or headed that way and they’re not capable of a knowing consciousness initially. They have to be indoctrinated into a belief consciousness, programming from an authority outside of them of a higher power, a god-being, with the savior you go through.

This will bring those people out of the first and second paradigm into the third paradigm, which can make people viable to live in society with others and not be a threat to other people. When you’re in belief consciousness, you’re having your experiences in the school of understanding — and if you learn your lessons, you acquire understanding.

You combine understanding with living the parable of being a Christed being and that will take you to the genesis of knowing, which comes from the holiness of life that beats your heart. That’s the first stage of knowing. Above

that is absolute knowing, Christ knowing and cosmic knowing. Goddess knowing is at the top. We haven’t known that since the ancient world before we became human. That’s the part of us that has 276 activities of higher consciousness, like telepathy, teleporting, and those sorts of activities that we get to do once we become whole and integrated once again.

You’re going to be presenting the workshop, “Return to Innocence.” Tell us a little bit about that and what people will experience.

There is a form of interference of our being known as carry-ons, like you carry your luggage on the plane. You don’t get out of this stuff by dying. You bring it back into your next incarnation, and these things are distortions of your holy expression, and the one of your soul body is a fractal deviation of your genetic code that you can get from genomes or through medical procedures like organ transplants, blood transfusions, immunizations. This stuff gets on your DNA and becomes a competing factor of expression, and it’s never good. It always leads to a lot of health problems and stuff of that nature.

The next ones are called microcosmic aberrations of your electromagnetic field, and these are belief syndromes that are very deep into your unconscious and subconscious. In fact, your adult rational mind of today will not be in agreement with any of it. It comes from lineage patterns and past lives of Western consciousness. These things are triggered by your life experience. When they go off, that’s the moment you start doing something like a disease process or you get triggered to react in a certain way that once the smoke has cleared, you’re going, “What the heck was I thinking? That’s not the way I feel about this subject.” Those are very detrimental to us.

There is another one that is a holographic aberration of your pulse, and this is disconnected to your divinity. When we were created initially, we had nine pulses, but when a tenth of this oniverse was chopped off to make the universe, we went from nine to one pulse, and we went from a being of a 100 percent brain function that had knowing to a human being with 10 percent brain function with no knowing at all and a belief consciousness.

That’s what happened to our trinity of our wholeness — our soul, spirit, and presence — and each one of those has its own story of what happened at the downfall to dumb us down for this school of understanding.

What happens during a group healing?

Group healings are when we take this information and all the upgrades and give it to humanity and everyone on the planet is stewing in frequencies of higher consciousness, whether they realize it or not. It’s pretty obvious that the world is changing and consciousness is on the rise.

That’s our contribution to humanity. A lot of other light workers do similar things, but that’s what the group healings are about.

Where are you at personally with this whole process?

I’m pretty convinced at this point that the fountain of youth is knowing consciousness.

Probably 35 percent of our being will not function in belief, and those parts of us vegetate as we get older. This is really the source behind why we grow old, get sick and die.

I’m very hopeful that when people reintegrate into knowing it’s going to make them healthier and give them a longer life. Whether or not it will take them back to that perfect state that we knew before the downfall world, when we were holy beings of the Holy O, I’m not ready to say that yet because we have a lot to overcome.

We did not have a carbon-based DNA when we were holy beings of the Holy O. We had a crystal light body. That was our genetic expression. Our crystal light body was in a trinity of wholeness with the land and water grids, and we had an eternal life expression.

When the emerald crystal was disconnected from the Earth grid when Atlantis sank, our crystal light body and the land and water grids all separated and our crystal light body devolved and became carbon-based DNA and the land and water grids went into conflict. This is why man’s educated brain is always at odds with the laws of nature and tries to control and dominate nature, which is a fool’s game, really.

Has a carbon-based being ever gone through this type of ascension process before?

I do not know, so that’s a mystery for me also.

I’m just going to show up every day and keep doing what I’m doing. We’re headed in that direction, so I’m hopeful that it will culminate into that someday. I haven’t seen it happen yet, so I’m not saying it’s going to.

People are healing up and they’re becoming more conscious and aware and overcoming a lot of their issues. All human dilemmas can be healed at a higher consciousness. The key is to elevate consciousness, which will allow you to create a bigger picture of life. Then all of a sudden you see things in a new light of higher consciousness, have a moment of truth and get free. That happens left and right with this stuff. BY ERIC J. CHRISTOPHER UNTIL THE AGE OF 7, children spend most of their time in the alpha/ theta brainwave cycles, which is the state people are in during hypnosis or meditation. This means children’s subconscious minds are easily programmable. Thus, if we experience hurtful situations early in life, varying degrees of unworthy programs can take root, or beliefs of “not good enough.” These beliefs unconsciously repeat as we make choices later in our adult life.

As souls, we challenge ourselves to awaken out of these false beliefs.

One of the most valuable and important things you can do as a person and a soul is to become aware of, release and heal your mental and emotional baggage. When you heal limiting thoughts, feelings and beliefs, your ego body/mind system becomes a clearer vessel for the brilliance of your soul self to shine through. That itself raises the consciousness of the planet.

As you awaken to your true self, you no longer are governed by the subconscious limiting beliefs that hold you back.

When you incarnated here, you did something quite brave that some souls would never feel comfortable doing. You voluntarily forgot that you were a divine being of love and incarnated into a dense dimension where nearly everyone forgot the same thing. Thus, the trauma of separation began from the interconnecting love of your soul home, and you started the habit of searching for love and validation outside of you, forgetting that you are a source of it.

According to Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., a stem cell biologist and author of The Biology of Belief, “95 percent of our lives are lived based on our subconscious beliefs.” He goes on to say that the mind finds a way to turn our subconscious beliefs into reality. For instance, if you believe you are unworthy of love, you will unconsciously show up in life in a way that reflects that, and then you tend to attract people, situations and events into your life that reflect that belief.

Light Frequencies support Us

BY ANNETTE RUGOLO WE HAVE ALL ACCUMULATED emotional and mental baggage throughout our lifetime. And if you feel some of this baggage is especially heavy and overwhelming, it is because you have carried some of it with you from previous incarnations.

Some of this energy you carry may not even be yours. I have met quite a few empaths over the years that absorb other people’s energy and then continue to carry it around with them for years afterwards.

You have also inherited emotional and mental energy from your parents and society.

You will, at certain points along the way, realize that you are responding to a situation just like your mom or dad. This is what I call inherited programs. As a baby and young child, you were a sponge that absorbed the energetic patterns of those around you. If they continually responded a certain way to an event, you may at some point realize you have taken on this pattern or belief. When a similar event happens in your life, your own response is the same as your parents.

In my own family, there was a pattern of giving the “silent treatment” whenever there was an argument. This example was either created or continued by my grandparents who, at a particular point in their marriage, didn’t speak to each other for more than three years! When I learned about this, I was determined to change the pattern for myself and my own family.

How can we clear and release this baggage we carry with us?

My own journey has brought me to a powerful method of accessing Light Frequencies to release the energy I carried in my emotional and mental fields and the steps are easy and effective.

The process begins with imagining a ball of white light 3 feet above your head. As soon as you consciously connect with this light, you are able to shift your awareness and your vibration, allowing you to stay above your emotional and mental bodies.

When you connect with this ball of white light, also known as your Quantum Point, you consciously connect with your Higher Self, as well as consciously gaining access to Universal energy. I began using this method 18 years ago and have been connecting and working with what is known as Quantum Colors ever since. Anyone can access these colors when connecting with their Quantum Point.

Each of these Quantum Colors holds

a high vibration along with a quality. For instance, the color rose holds the quality of unconditional love, yellow the vibration of wisdom and violet, forgiveness. When you learn how to access them and bring them into your heart, they transform lower vibrating energies into higher vibrational frequencies. You can begin using this technique to clear the emotional and mental patterns that you have either created, absorbed or inherited.

The beautiful and powerful part of this technique is that once you access and bring light frequencies into your energy field, they continue to work for you for 24 hours.

This meditation can be done in just three minutes, allowing you to carry on with your day while the colors do the heavy lifting.

Here are the steps when you are ready to try this technique: 1. Close your eyes and bring your awareness three feet above your head. You may feel or see a ball of white light. This is your access point to the Quantum Field.

2. From this level, ask what color (light frequency) you need to release the emotional baggage that is ready to clear. Trust whatever you see, hear or feel.

3. From your Quantum Point, bring the color down through the top of your head and into your heart.

4. Your physical and energetic heart receive the light and circulate it to your cells and your aura field, filling you with a high-vibrational energy that clears and uplifts the lower vibrations held in your emotional and mental bodies.

5. When you’re done filling yourself with light, bring your awareness back to your Quantum Point and practice moving into your day from there. This allows you to more easily see where you are going and to receive what is being sent to you from the Universe.

Baggage Claim Spirit Leaves

BY JANET MICHELE RED FEATHER I ONCE HAD A VERY gentle, funny, creative and intelligent friend who was emotionally labile.

My lovely friend told me she’d been seeing a therapist weekly to help battle disturbing, negative thoughts. Onerous ideas would enter her mind, burrow in, and never let go. The poor girl might, for instance, get a notion someone was upset with her. Even though the disturbing thought had in no way been validated, once implanted, the wild seed would not shake loose. Thought became focus, focus led to obsession, obsession bloomed into panic, and panic produced a state of constant anxiety.

When the “talking cure” ceased working, the girl’s shrink tendered a prescription, directing, “These pills will help you eliminate distracting thoughts.”

That was a brilliant move by this seasoned caretaker of the mind. It’s possible the magic pill did involve some subtle chemical adjustment that warded off the neurological chain that produces obsessive thought; more likely, it was a placebo whose imagined purpose, once implanted in my suggestible friend’s brain, took up residence there. With the new medicine, my friend’s entire aspect changed: the distracting thought pill transformed the lens through which she viewed her life. She went from grief to relief within days.

So here’s the lesson: we can do this on our own. In the old energy, we would label a condition, seek treatment for a cluster of symptoms, and thereafter use the syndrome as a kind of protective calling card. I’ve learned through experience that a more lasting “remedy” is one that restores autonomy and authority over our mental and emotional well-being. That tool is free will.

Wayne Dyer said it best: “When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.” Every thought, every belief, every idea — every representation we make internally about the world and others becomes the reality through which we move. We can’t alter our emotional chemistry, but what we can do is make a conscious choice to change the labels, the way we fix an idea in these busy minds of ours.

Change your mind, and you change your world.

I’m not exemplary in this area; in truth, I’ve been a master at baggage-toting. What I have learned to do over the years, though, is to embrace the free will that is our legacy from the Creator, Grandfather, Great Spirit, the Atman — whatever name we give the Source that willed us into existence with only words. We have that same potential in microcosm: we are constantly declaring and creating.

In writing this article, I had to face myself and the fact that I have been a consummate

over-packer. I’ve been truly expert at cramming all kinds of undesirable goodies into my mental and emotional rollaboard. Past wrongs, insults, traumas, humiliations, abandonments, separations, exclusions and bullyings all have been neatly compacted, air-sealed, folded and brought on board in my life. Why carry such calamitous cargo? I guess I felt vindicated in this way. I’m the good guy, they’re the bad guys: a simple division, Harry Potter style, but it spoke to the part of us that divides the world into right and wrong and wants everyone to take sides.

Cedric Red Feather has helped me with this immensely by repeating as a mantra: “Divide the world into good and evil and you have judgments.” Judgments only create more division, more separation. The Mandan Prophet Lone Man tried to teach the people hundreds of years ago: “There is no good and evil, only wisdom and ignorance.”

I realize that, on the road to enlightenment, we humans will face a few shadow moments on the journey. If we look deeply within, we will discover it is we who keep ourselves in darkness.

By releasing baggage, we remove blockages to the light.

Send that baggage where all flight cargo mysteriously goes — to the Island of Lost Luggage. Leave it there permanently; don’t reclaim it. We don’t need it anymore. Eventually, we will feel only love and compassion for people and situations that “wronged” us. the law of attraction, based on the physics of vibration frequency. It is designed for us to work out and heal the limiting beliefs that are not true for us from the vantage point of our souls.

Science now knows that trauma and the subtle energies of negative beliefs are stored in the body. Thus, the most effective means of releasing baggage are body-centered approaches. I use a method called The Emotional Healing technique, which releases the stuck energy of thoughts/feelings/beliefs/fears from the body and subconscious mind that are based in the past. It is done while you are fully anchored in the security, wisdom and clarity of your higher soul self.

Some other effective healing methods include Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and a powerful new technique called Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy (QNRT), which recently facilitated some significant healing and changes in my life. QNRT is a science-based technique that releases trauma and limiting subconscious beliefs from the body and nervous system, even those you had forgotten about and didn’t realize were negatively affecting you. QNRT combines muscle kinesiology and a cold laser to locate and heal traumas that are stored in the body and brain.

Neither the practitioner nor the client choose the issue to work on. Rather, the body’s wisdom presents the stored mental/emotional block that’s ready to be released.

Although I thought I had already cleared and healed most of my past issues, QNRT revealed some hidden pockets of particularly shaming moments that I had internalized, about getting spanked as a young boy. My adult mind did not think these past events had impacted me, but after I released the shame surrounding several of these embarrassing events, among others, I began receiving comments from my wife and family that I was noticeably more loving, attentive and heart-centered.

I could even feel it myself. As I reflect on this, it makes sense because shame can be defined as the “fear of being unlovable.” If part of me felt unlovable, the shame — which I didn’t even realize was there — unconsciously blocked my ability to fully express love to others. Another benefit of this therapy was that I was able to speak in front of groups with more confidence, passion and ease, coming from my heart and less from my head. In fact, my wife Maggie saw such changes in me, and also in herself from her own QNRT sessions, that it inspired her to become certified as a QNRT practitioner.

As the consciousness level increases on the planet, as well within ourselves, it raises to the surface our own negative, limiting beliefs to be liberated from our body/ mind system — that which is incongruent with our soul self. Fortunately, many effective healing modalities are coming to light along with the consciousness expansion.

Live as Heart Consciousness

BY RAHJTA REN PERHAPS ONE OF THE first aspects to be embraced within clearing mental and emotional “baggage” is an expressed commitment for enjoying balanced and vibrant health. Whether an inner promise or shared resolutions with people most meaningful to us, the endeavor will take flight as an intent ranging from soft and subtle thought, to perhaps an impassioned declaration.

As we choose the light of life’s teachings as seeing interconnectedness of all circumstances and conditions within our path and why they exist, then there is a fruit to be had — a celebration of oneself as ease, inner quiet and understanding.

Our behavior as expression is generated from within two mechanisms: memory and creative flow.

Our “baggage” is memory-based as ever-increasing complex systems of stored information. This content resides biochemically and structurally as the physical body, the subtle emotional body and then into even more subtle realms where neuroscience and spirituality are intertwining, defining non-local memory.

Alternatively, creative flow is experiencing the infinite moment where insight, intuition and creative impulse are accessed within the “subtle energy realm” of the heart.

As this “flow,” we nurture and expand our emotional intelligence, embracing thought as a creative process. Becoming this living artistry, we realize that the thinker — you / I — is in control of that which is being thought, and reflectively felt as emotion.

Whether you choose a soft, slow pace or a deep dive, which can include analysis and understandings of causation and symptoms, here are heart-centered ideas for a practice of clearing mental and emotional baggage: • Awareness of Ruminating — By consistently drawing on images of the past, we recreate the circumstances as an emanating energetic vibratory pattern. This energy is in conflict with clearing the baggage.

We cannot simultaneously rumi-

nate and clear. As thoughts come up, allow them without resistance. A metaphor for this is weight training.

We go to the gym or fitness club and engage in resistance exercises. It is resistance that builds our muscle.

With mental and emotional baggage, we want the opposite — the less we resist our undesired thoughts and emotions, the less effect and control they possess. They have nothing to push up against.

• Forgiveness — A powerful practice sourcing heart, forgiveness can free us from the web we weave as mental and emotional baggage. As we come forth with inner strength and courage to be vulnerable, there is a preciousness, a soft nurturing that guides and speaks its subtle and loving communication from within.

Immersing into a heart-centered lightness of being, we can trek even deeper into forgiveness of oneself.

This is a jewel, as it can function as a gift of release from the devastating mechanisms of shame. Forgiveness is an eloquent surrender, yet an empowering pathway within healing.

• From Blame to Learning— As we learn from situations rather than blaming, we expand into infinite possibilities in terms of growing relationships and evolving beyond circumstances and conditions. We focus on possibilities of how we can engage, share, interact intelligently, creatively, emotionally and pragmatically for boundless healthy abundance as outcomes.

• Heart Consciousness — To reside within our heart brings forth understanding and knowing. As we ease our mental activity, we can “listen into” gentle teachings within this boundless expanse of heart consciousness.The physical region of our heart possesses a non-physical domain. This is experienced as a soft simultaneous focus on the point just slightly above and between your eyebrows as well as the area of your heart. This process stimulates heartbrain coherence and is access to a non-physical luminous “textural” infinity.

• Loving Kindness Meditation — As our “baggage” stimulates images of people with whom we

are negatively entangled, there emerges opportunity for directing loving kindness to them. Either silently or spoken out loud, we authentically and soulfully share words for their well-being and ultimate happiness. You will be tapping into depths of courage and inner strength and emotional maturity in exercising this process.

Within these practices, there is neuroplasticity — the ability of your brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience. THE BONDS FROM OUR unresolved inner conflicts restrict us far more than limitations from any situation or physical handicap or financial lack.

Our fears about our unlovableness may have (unconsciously) led us to construct defenses against intimacy. Our attempts to appear intellectual hope to impress others. We realize they don’t quite obliterate the vulnerability that bubbles in the depth of our hearts, but maybe no one will notice. We really don’t want that insecurity seen.

Not intimacy! No, just look at the parts of me which my mind likes — my wit, my figure, my snappy repartee. And that’s all I will look at, too.

We pretend the sea of shadowy roiling lurching feelings doesn’t really exist or isn’t really so bad or is really a thyroid problem. Certainly work and TV and drinking and socializing distract us. After all, everyone has something to complain about, right? Life’s not perfect for anyone, so we stop our grousing and act “practical” and grown up and try to fit in.

But at such a price.

The controller we have developed to silence our inner world woes also limits our aliveness and spontaneity and creativity and pretty soon we say, “I’m going through the motions and I look appropriate, but I don’t feel completely alive.” And we’re not. Grabbing that aliveness means committing to complete intimacy inside — being willing to feel every tiny little insignificant decades-old wince, being as passive as the sand on the shore when the waves of hurt or anger or fear wash over

us. Freedom is not fighting them, not judging them, not trying to control, not evaluating, not even reacting. It’s freedom to say, “Yes, thank you.

I accept this moment.”

The controller whom we constructed to keep us safe has instead kept us dead. And mid-life is the time to embrace life and to experience — anything at all, really. Just experience it deeply and loudly and celebrate the opportunity to experience. Feeling anything at all has come to be such a gift.

And when we attend to our feelings — watching them and experiencing them — we don’t act them out. We have funded such a reserve of strength inside ourselves that we use our best judgment about healing our wounds by being good parents to ourselves. Holding our hurt children not silencing them. Giving them the care they need so they don’t need to look to others or to addictions. Being present to ourselves deeply and compassionately and wisely.

In mid-life we can be unwavering in our presence to our inner worlds. We are available and attentive and we are not attached to outcomes.

We relinquish all restricting controls and we say, “I am here.”

We are free because anything that happens, anything at all, is okay. We practice acceptance and our practice is more important that what it is we are accepting. Our freedom is internal. with no separation between it and you.

Choose to access it.

This linear model of time has allowed a mentality of lack to flourish.

Many of us choose participating in lackbased systems, such as our model of currency and trade, our governmental structure and our calendar, without realizing that we have the choice to experience life abundantly. I invite you to remember that you are whole, free and capable of choosing presence. In presence you have the tools you need to shift toward actualizing the potential that the one energy has to support and guide you toward experiencing love, joy and freedom. All that we need in order to heal ourselves on all scales is to remember that we are the ones who choose what we are building and that our choice is here, now.

“I am presence.” When you say it aloud or in your mind you will notice that your immediate inclination is to filter it through your existing beliefs.

There will be opposition to this statement. That’s okay. This simple affirmation will start to make changes in your belief structure, which will affect you on all levels of your being, creating restoration. As you remember your wholeness, find your emotional compass and remember your power to choose. You will simultaneously create a chain reaction through every interaction you have with another thought, animal, vegetable or mineral. Change is always happening, time is always now, so allow your heart to direct you by choosing presence. It is presence that allows us to feel and be the movement of our experience. It is presence that allows us to be free.

You may look back at my columns from December 2018 through now to find additional support in making this shift. You are always welcome to read just one affirmation or to use them together to deepen your understanding of the content. Please continue this conversation in your own circles and reach out to me with questions and comments. It is through connection that we find empowerment. a

But dealing with it is our responsibility.

Recently I had an epiphany. I understood the deep truth of creativity.

At its best, creativity is a powerful way for us to be seen, expressed and healed.

We’re so often unseen in this world. It’s so easy to feel anonymous out there in the city or on the freeway. Or in the endless stream of the online news feed. Even with our co-workers and acquaintances, it feels like they don’t see us. Or particularly care.

And when it steps in to the close people, the family and friends, lovers and confidants, I don’t know about you, but I often feel misunderstood or not fully known. Creativity offers a new way to be seen.

To be expressed is simply to move from the potential to the actual. The dancer who knows all the moves but sits on the sidelines when the music plays is not being expressed. As soon as she shakes it under the disco lights, she becomes her potential.

This is always shifting, always dynamic. In the moment. Cool, right?

So how does creativity heal us? Just like when you used to scream your punk rock song about breaking up with the Moonbeam Girl or painting those heartbreaking portraits of your dad when he was going through the divorce, any authentic creative work is a catharsis. Every artist who has the courage to dig in deep knows and understands this. It frees our hearts. It opens us up and allows us to let go. We knew that on some level way back when we were kids.

When we’re seen, expressed and healed through our creativity, we then give our gifts to the world. That’s big. And powerful. But it gets bigger.

When we give our creative gifts to the world — whether it’s selling out Madison Square Garden or slipping a love note to the one person who matters — we become the gift. We become the gift because we show the world that it’s possible to be seen, expressed and healed.

This is huge. I believe it’s our blessing and challenge as artists, creators and humans.

It’s a big thing. It is one way that we can be of service. One way we can contribute.

So get this…a few months ago I woke up on Valentine’s day. Alone. Yeah, that sucked.

As I lay in bed thinking about the day ahead, I wrote a short poem in my mind. After brushing my teeth (and slugging my coffee), I put the pen to the paper. I snapped a quick photo and uploaded it to Instagram (see above).

The reaction was astonishing. The simple truth that love connects us all resonated in a big way.

I don’t know about you, old friend. It’s been forever since we’ve spoken. But I have a feeling that you’re on the same page even now. I hope that this little note stirs up the truth and beauty in you once again. Inspires you to create in any way that you choose.

Because you truly are a gift to this world.
