Presentation Dear Teacher, We all know that reading is a wonderful way to encourage interest in learning a foreign language, especially when we use short and enjoyable texts -such as stories, that engage children to use their imagination. This big book, offers you and your students, five short, interesting and fun to read stories, which at the same time, give you great opportunities for everyone in your class to reflect and exchange points of view on values as children increase vocabulary and knowledge of the language in an easy and enjoyable way. You will also find in this big book, a wonderful tool to keep students developing and improving communicative skills, as they progress at their own pace. Each story in this big book, has been written and designed with lots of imagination and caring for second graders and are in direct correlation with specific units in the Activity book. You will find this correlation in the Table of contents in this big book and at the bottom of even pages in every story which will facilitate the sequence in which you are to combine the Facts Big Book and this one. So let’s start our journey through imagination as you and your students walk along each one of the stories throughout this school year. Have fun! The Author.
