The Swedish Institute Study Scholarships target highly-qualified students from certain countries. These scholarships will be awarded for master’s studies in Sweden, starting in autumn and covers both living costs and tuition fees.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to non-EU/EEA citizens who are not eligible for support under the Dutch system of study grants and loans. This scholarship provides PhD students and postdoctoral researchers of all ages with an opportunity to conduct research at Swedish universities.

ELIGIBILITY: These scholarships are open to citizens of Turkey. Only PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and senior scientists within the field of social sciences or academic disciplines related to sustainable social development may apply. The Visby Program provides a number of full scholarships for master’s programs in Sweden. The program aims to build an integrated, knowledge-based and research-intense region centered on the Baltic Sea and including the EU Eastern Partnership countries and Russia.

Three full-tuition scholarships are available to Chinese law school graduates offered by three leading Swedish law firms: Gernandt and Danielsson, Mannheimer Swartling, and Vinge.

SWEDISH ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (SAA) SCHOLARSHIP

The Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) has donated a full-tuition scholarship for a student to participate in the Master in International Commercial Arbitration Law program (ICAL program) at Stockholm University for the academic year 2018-2019.

THE INGVAR KAMPRAD SCHOLARSHIP

The Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship was founded in 2001. The aim of the scholarship is to support two students enrolled in the Master’s degree program in Industrial Design.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to students enrolled in the master’s degree program in Industrial Design at Lund University. Linnaeus University’s decision to award scholarships will primarily be based on the students’ academic merits. Usually this is based on the CGPA, but the ranking of the previous university and the students’ proficiency in English will also be considered. Linnaeus University also favors an even distribution of students when it comes to country of origin and gender.

THE SIEVERT LARSSON SCHOLARSHIP

The Sievert Larsson Scholarship Fund (within Friends of Chalmers) offers scholarships annually to Thai students who aim to study on a master’s program at Chalmers University of Technology. The scholarship is your chance to hone your skills with a world class master’s degree from Chalmers.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to citizens of Thailand who are 1st year master’s program applicants with a completed or soon to be completed (during spring semester 2018) Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen) with a minimum grade of 3.0 (CGPA) from a prestigious Thai University. AWARD: Recipients will be awarded full tuition fees (4 semesters/2 year program). Chalmers University of Technology annually allocates funds from the Adlerbert foundation toward scholarships.

LINKÖPING UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

LiU International Scholarships are aimed at supporting international master’s degree students with significant academic potential.

AVANCEZ SCHOLARSHIPS

Chalmers University of Technology will award a number of scholarships funded by the Chalmers Foundation and these are available to all citizens from non-EU/EEA countries who are liable to pay tuition fees for Swedish university education. The exact number of scholarships is yet to be decided by the Chalmers Foundation.

IPOET SCHOLARSHIPS

Chalmers will be offering around 50 IPOET scholarships in 2018, funded by the Swedish Council for Higher Education, to prospective fee-paying students. The scholarships are administered and awarded by Chalmers.

THE VOLVO CAR CORPORATION SCHOLARSHIPS

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to Chinese citizens who are 1st year master’s program applicants at Chalmers University of Technology. AWARD: Recipients will be awarded full tuition fees (4 semesters/2 year program). Recipients are also guaranteed participation in the VESC program (Volvo Engineering Student Concept) which includes: a summer job, master’s thesis project, mentorship and possible employment at VCC (employment is subject to VCC evaluation at graduation). VOLVO GROUP SCHOLARSHIP

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to Chinese citizens who are 1st year master’s program applicants at Chalmers University of Technology. ALFRED OTS SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The purpose of the scholarship fund is to support Estonian citizens to study engineering, architecture, or postgraduate education at Chalmers University of Technology.

JÖNKÖPING UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS

The university offers a limited number of scholarships to students who pay tuition fees and who fulfil the requirements of the scholarship and are assessed to be able to complete their studies adequately.

Each year Halmstad University offers a number of scholarships to qualified students. These scholarships may be granted to students within any field of study at Halmstad University.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to students coming from countries outside of EU/EEA/ Switzerland who are required to pay tuition fees. AWARD: Recipients will be awarded 25% or 50% of their tuition fees and will be deducted directly from their tuition fee.
