Edumed Trust

Edumed was established to among other things address social concerns, relief of poverty and distress of people who are residents of Kenya and elsewhere. Edumed raises funds from ordinary individuals who give part of their monthly income to the trust (www.edumedtrust.org) The Trust also organizes other activities to raise funds such as an Annual Dinner, Annual campaigns and The Cake Festival which was first held in 2009 and was the first event of its kind in Kenya that seeks to showcase a wide variety of cakes and desserts that are available in the Kenyan market by home-based, professional and industrial bakers. The Cake Festival is a unique fundraising event where home/amateur & professional bakers congregate to serve as much cake as guests can possibly eat for a cause, as they also showcase and market their skills.
