Ingredients
For the dough: -Five and a half glasses of flour -Two glasses of hot water -Two teaspoons of salt To open the dough: -A glass of flour
For the filling: -Three tablespoons of butter -Three tablespoons of margarine
For the covering: -A glass of water -A tablespoon of butter -Two teaspoons of salt -Two cups of crushed pistachio
Recipe 1/2 • Mix the flour,two glasses of hot water and two teaspoons of salt mix it.Knead it until it gets the consistency of an earlobe. Cut the dough to 7-8 pieces. Then open it with flour. • For its filling melt butter and margarine together and spread on the doughs.Roll the doughs. Move the dough in its axis and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Open them as wide as a plate with the rolling pin.
Recipe 2/2 • For its covering, melt the butter then add water and salt. To prevent it from freezing wait it on the oven with low heat. Fry the doughs’ both sides with a teflon pan. Put it on a service plate and put on the boiling mixture of water and butter.Garnish some pistachio on it.And then serve it while it is hot.
