How many medals did Canada win in the 2022 Paralympic Games? (Answer on page 5) March 24– 30, 2022 Volume 20 Issue 12 My Apologies I am sorry about the ‘nothing to See Here’ article in last week’s edition of The Valley Peak. I stated that Pfizer had been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange but that was false. It is still there. One of their minor Euro stocks applied for delisting and I did not verify my information I hope to grow from that experience. Obviously that information suited my bias towards my narratives so I did not look into it very thoroughly. I did receive a few emails correcting my error and a couple of them were very gentle and understanding. Thanks for that. I am definitely not perfect (and I do have lots of different opinions). Please remember to always do your own research.

Thrifty Lifestyle I don’t throw away perfectly good food in my household. I put it in a container and in the fridge until it goes bad first, then I throw it away.

Seafood Bus Orion’s Seafood Bus will be in town this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, March 26 and 27. The bus has found a new location for

this visit. They will be parked at the Crossroads Esso station. I believe the driver this week will be Orion’s father, Doug. I love the food from that bus. The scallops and prawns are incredible. The smoked salmon is to die for. The crab cakes are delicious. Everything that I have ever bought from the bus has been exceptional.

Super Sunshine I am loving the weather these days. The forecast looks great as well. I am getting very excited. I love open water fishing and so look forward to it. My yard is clear of snow and the garden is almost softening up as it all faces south. Now I am thinking about gardening. I remember last year that I planted some things way too early. Will I learn from that? Not likely.

All I’m saying is that is my dog got three rabies vaxxes in a year and still got rabies, I would have some questions.

Sweet Sounds Watson used to make this ‘purring’ sound whenever I would sit and rub him. It was very soothing for me. Rocky and Drew are similar but with different sounds. More of a moan and groaning thing. It is still just as soothing. They say that dogs really love just hearing our voices say their name. Or a gentle touch. I know that I love the soothing feeling of being with my dogs.

For two years now I have been trying to sort through what is happening to our country and world and I have been trying to warn you of what might be coming up. I have plenty of time to do research as I am on my dialysis machine for hours with my computer in front of me. Whether you want to admit it or not, there are a lot of very informed professionals on the internet. Millions really. Anyway, by no means do I wish harm on anyone. It is the opposite of that. I want everyone to be healthy and happy but it is important that they are informed. We have been coerced into taking an experimental injection with literally zero scientific data to back it up. Just a lot of ‘authorities’ telling us it is safe and effective. They don’t tell us that the animal trials were discontinued because all of the test animals died. That pretty much makes us the test subjects and I am not a fan of that. Everyone should be able to make their own decisions. My vaccination status should not be your concern because, no matter what the media tells you, it does not affect you and your vaccination status. WE all know that but have been convinced otherwise. Myself, I am going to try to stick with my God-given immune system, doing my best to rebuild it since cancer. Obviously it was very weak to allow cancer in and to then undergo chemotherapy but I have worked hard to get it back to where it should be. It makes me feel safe and it is important that everyone feels safe and does whatever it takes to achieve that. I wish everyone good luck and a long life.

Edgy I was arguing with a flat-Earther the other day and she said she would walk to the edge of the Earth to prove me wrong. Eventually she will come around.

Farmacy

A meal without wine is called breakfast.

Always remember that for many years humans were dependent on natural remedies for healthy life and healing. I have to admit that many pharmacy products are very quick acting and helpful and it is often nice to talk to a pharmacist (all our local ones are great) but there are almost always .alternative. medicines. Again, do some research, talk to a naturopath or maybe a holistic nutritionist for a chance for a longer, healthier life.

Watson’s Waddle Bedtime is one of my favourite times. Drew and I (Rocky) put in some hard days of napping, resting, sleeping, laying around and relaxing. Sometimes we go for walks or eat a treat or meal but then we have to relax. So when bedtime comes around we are very excited. Usually Rob will quietly say he is going to bed. For me, that is the signal. I am off the couch and on my way to the bedroom. Rob has a king-size bed and Drew and I get about ¾ of it. We force Rob over to the edge. I usually jump onto the bottom corner while Rob gets dressed in his pajamas. Then he hops up and gives me a bunch of loving. It is my favourite time because Drew is not there yet. After a few minutes we can hear Drew finding his way to the bedroom. I try to get a few more scritches from Rob before Drew gets there because once he is on the bed, I have to share the bonding and love. Drew usually gets up closer to the pillows and tries to block me off from Rob. He is a lot more cuddly than me and will even try to get under the comforter with Rob. He is like a living heating pad. Rob gets up very early and heads to the couch. I will follow him while Drew just stays in bed. Sometimes for hours. Rob sneaks in to cuddle and warm up and let Drew know he is loved but then he rejoins me on the couch. We all love the companionship. Get a dog everyone. You will feel love like never before.

When is Easter?

SPRING IS HERE!

Easter seems to be a different weekend each year. Why is that? The date of Easter (April 17 this year) is determined by the moon and the equinox. Easter is the first Sunday after the Paschal full moon. The Pashal moon is the first full moon after the spring equinox. We just had a full moon days before the equinox so the next one is not until the middle of April.

Canadian Sports Trivia Answer Canada finished third overall in medals in the Paralympics with 25, including 8 gold, 6 silver and 11 bronze. China and Ukraine finished first and second. Congrats to the Canadian athletes.

Escalation of Commitment This is a principal that explains the fact that if you comply with a small thing, you are 82% more likely to comply to a much larger demand. Masks were the small thing, vaccines a larger one and upcoming will be digital identification and guaranteed income. We are well on our way to that New World Order ‘conspiracy’ thing.

I am not afraid to say that I totally disagree with transgender females competing in women’s sports. NOW HIRING!

Studies show that nearly 80% of our hunger pangs are actually triggered by thirst. So a great step towards a healthy lifestyle is to get in the habit of taking a drink of water when you feel hungry. At the same time, our bodies retain fluids because we don’t drink enough. We drink so little water that our bodies think we are in a desert and don’t want to give up any fluids. So have a drink of water and take a little walk. You will be better off for it. I find balancing my fluids is very tricky with dialysis. Take care of your fluids to reduce your risk of kidney failure.

Get Together At this point a lot of the vaccine mandates will be lifted in B.C. on April 8 (thanks Bonnie). Anyways, it will be important for the people to come back together. Many friendships have been strained by the pandemic due to different opinions. We now know that the vaccination does not make a big difference on immunity so it is just as safe to be with anyone, poked or not. So it is time to get around some firepits, have some dinner parties and enjoy your friendships like it was 2019 We need to heal as a community.

What To Do? I know my writing has put some fear and division into the community. Of course that is not my intent and I do hope that everyone I know ended up with a placebo shot. But a good question is, “What can I do to reduce any adverse reactions to the vaccines?” I found a bit of information that might be helpful but obviously, it is not for me to make any promises. Some naturopaths are saying that high doses of vitamins C and D, as well as zinc, quercetin, NAC and omega 3s can help. Some experts have said that pine needle tea helps reduce clotting and has been used as a natural herb remedy for many things for many years. It is best from white pine. The active ingredient is called suramin. Maybe do some research on that?

Where We Were The page 6 photo shows Rocky and Drew hanging out in front of a book exchange cabinet. This one is located along the dirt road between 7 st and 10 st at the west end of Invermere.

Obedient Class

(From page 4) In 1979, a house was worth $58,000 and the average annual income was $17,800. The NHL expanded with 4 WHA teams (Oilers, Jets, Whalers, Nordiques) the first bungee jump happened and ‘Deer Hunter’ won Best Picture.

Masks

Heads Up

Masks do have their places in our society. Many jobs, including surgeons, painters, sand-blasters, grinders or anything releasing tiny particles that might be dad for our health. Also if you are immunocompromised, wearing a mask around others may not be a bad idea. If you are feeling ill, just stay home and away from people. But for the average, healthy person, masks are not a good thing. They reduce your access to oxygen (the single most important element for human survival), they increase your carbon dioxide intake and they trap bacteria and waste products onto your face. Your lungs are an important excretory organ. That is science. Basic biology. On a side note, seeing people in masks reinforces people’s fear.

I am trying to contrive a good April Fool’s joke to play on the readers next week. My imagination is not what it used to be.

The Science The media and politicians like to say ‘the science has changed’ when in reality, the only thing that has changed is the narrative and the politics. You know, political science.

Happy Birthdays It is always nice to see your name in print.

7

Send me your birthday information (or your family or friends’) and I will put it into the database so it comes up automatically when the time comes. I will put it in the weekly ‘Birthdays & Anniversaries’ section.

I am still trying to figure out how a vaccinated person can believe that an unvaccinated person is a danger to them. That really makes it seem like the vaccines are useless for protection. The vaccines and passports have done a great job at developing an obedient and compliant class of people, many of whom would like to eliminate the vaccineresistant people. That turns into a facist, communist government’s dream. A society of obedient, compliant citizens. The great reset or New World Order simplified.
