There are lots of reasons to go to the 45 Annual Fireman’s Fundraiser Ball this Saturday, October 22 at the Invermere Hall. Firstly, it raises funds for the Invermere Fire/Rescue Team for equipment and training. These folks are important. It is also a great night out for anyone. The meal is always fantastic, the balloon popping prizes are fun and there is a huge variety of silent auction items to interest everyone. Get your tickets now from any Fire/Rescue member, at the Fire Hall or at Konig Meat & Sausage Company.

Bombshell Brigade Burlesque The Horsethief Creek Pub is hosting a Halloween Burlesque Extravaganza on Friday, October 28. The ‘Bombshell Brigade’ will be entertaining the crowd with their fabulous performances. The doors open at 9 pm with DJ Molly F putting down the beat and emcee Miss Gigi will be leading the show. The performers are very talented singers and dancers, mixing comedy with sexiness for great entertainment. It will be a great evening. Don’t miss it.
