Hosting your special occasion at Pirates’ Cove will be a memorable experience for all of your guests. Various opportunities to host parties and groups are available.
Open Hours Parties Offered during our open to the public hours of operation.
Shared Park Parties Offered during times the park is open to only booked parties and guests.
Whole Park Rentals Reserve the entire park for your group.
All parties will have access to rides. All parties are invited to bring in their own decorations for their party area and outside catering is welcomed. Pirates’ Cove Staff is available to support you as a concierge to you and your guests.Parties are typically three hours in length. Visit pg. 7, or our website for more information on pricing.

Field Trips, daycares, Summer Camps, or groups with 20 or more children are welcome to to make a group reservation during the week, 10am-1pm. Group rates receive a resident discount at $10 / child. Visit our website at elkgroveparks.org for more details and to initiate booking.

Get one-on-one professional instruction in Piano, Guitar, Drums, or Voice! Expand your musical education and let your creativity soar with Elk Grove Park District's AMAZING music teaching staff. Our instructors will help foster a love for music, learn and strengthen skills, and help students progress towards their musical goals. Check online or call the Pavilion Front Desk for available time slots!
Piano Students may be required to purchase lesson books. Guitar Students are required to bring their own instrument. Drums Students are required to bring their own drum sticks. Vocal Students may be required to provide their own vocal music or accompaniment.

Music & Movement
This class is designed to get your little ones moving to the music. Through singing, dancing and playing hand instruments your child will learn rhythm and movement while developing their gross and fine motor skills.

Grade School Days Off
School Days Off is a program held during the school year for children grades K-5 when School District 59 has a scheduled day off due to a holiday, break, or an institute day. Children should wear comfortable clothing and bring a sack lunch with a drink to all activities. All participants are expected to be in attendance by 9am. Participants can choose either a full day or school day option, depending on their needs. Age 5-11yrs
ACES Club is an after-school bussed program for students in District 54 from Link, Nerge and Stevenson schools. This program takes place at the Al Hattendorf Center, 225 Elk Grove Blvd., at the Early Childhood Center. ACES Club is available for children K-6 who will be coordinated into age appropriate play and learning groups. ACES Club follows School District 54’s calendar and schedules dismissals. ACES Club is available from 2 to 5 days from school dismissal and will run through 5:30 pm. This program includes transportation from the appropriate school to our facility space where children can feel secure, learn, and grow
The program will provide age appropriate play, recreational learning experiences, in addition to quiet space for relaxation and academic support. It is our goal to offer a nurturing extended day environment, in which we promote problem solving skills, social interaction, independence, self-esteem, and creativity. ACES Club payments are billed August through May as this program bills for actual days of attendance. You may choose your patterned schedule for this class at the time of registration. Registration for this class must be done in person at the Hattendorf or Pavilion Customer Service Offices. Please find the registration form at elkgroveparks.org/ACES.

Kids’ Club Before and After School Program operates out of Byrd, Clearmont, Ridge*, Rupley, and Salt Creek. The Before School program begins at 7am and runs until the start of school. Our After School program begins at school dismissal and will run until 6pm. Our activities will include age-appropriate play, arts & crafts, and homework time.
Note: There is no AM Kids’ Club program at Ridge School.
2022-2023 Rates
• In order to receive these rates, you must be registered based on a weekly patterned schedule through the duration of the school year.
• Any changes to the weekly patterned schedule will require a $10 administrative fee.
• This option requires the use of Electronic Fund Transfers and monthly payments will be due on the 15th of every month after the initial enrollment.
• Registration for this program must be done in person at the Hattendorf or Pavilion Customer Service Offices.
* A minimum of 5 participants must be registered to guarantee programming.
• Scans must be purchased 2 business days prior to use. This is to ensure that the appropriate paperwork is available onsite for the safety and security of all children.
• Scans are only to be used by the family that purchased them.
• One scan is deducted for each child on each visit (AM and PM are considered two separate visits).
• Parents must call the Kids’ Club site and school office prior to each visit.
KIDS CLUB- RIDGE INTERSESSION
Ridge Intersession at the Pavilion is a program held during Ridge’s Fall intersession for children grades K-5. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring two snacks, sack lunch with a drink to all activities.
