Improve your strength, flexibility and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses specifically adapted for seniors at any level of health and fitness. Incorporate breathing techniques, gradual stretching and relaxation in this class. Yoga reduces stress, improves circulation and builds community connections. It also positively addresses chronic health conditions.
