Local Community Update
Making 2010 Count! ‘2010’ has been spoken about a lot in recent times. Apart from the third millennium entering its teens, many are looking forward to the Football World Cup that will be played in South Africa in the Summer of 2010. After the disappointment of England not playing in Euro 2008, many a football fan in England sees 2010 as a real possibility for England to re! live the experience of 1966.

Senior Citizens’ Activity Fourth Thursday of every month at 12.15—2.15pm. Soup and sandwiches, with tea/coffee and biscuits, Good company and conversation. A chance to look at a favourite hymn and see how it came to be written.

English Language Classes In case you or someone you know may want to start learning English, you are welcome to contact Gerry about availability of spaces in our existing classes. Week of Prayer for Christian Unity The Churches Together in North Harrow (CTiNH) will be taking part in the week of prayer for Christian unity that will run from 18!25 January 2010. You are welcome to join others in these meetings everyday at 12noon. Elmfield At A Glance Elmfield Church meets every Sunday at 10.30 am ! 12.00 noon. During this service we normally celebrate Communion and the children go out for their separate activities in God’z Zone. We also have an evening service on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month at 6.30 pm. Refreshments are served at 6.00 pm.
An action packed club for First school students on Fridays from 5.15 – 6.30pm.
We host various other activities each week including the following: Kid’z Zone on Fridays from 5.15 — 6.30 pm. For children in Reception— Year 3. We have spaces so do come and join us. In the Zone on Mondays from 6.30 — 8.00 pm. For children in Year 4—Year 7. We have spaces so do come and join us. Reloaded on Tuesdays from 7.30— 9.00 pm. For High School ages.
An exciting club for Middle school age on Mondays from 6.30 – 8.00pm.
