Elsass Fonden er en privat fond, som arbejder for at øge livskvaliteten for mennesker med cerebral parese (CP) og deres pårørende. Det sker over en bred kam: fra forskning, formidling af viden, udvikling af aktivitetstilbud til direkte støtte til projekter, foreninger og den enkelte.
