I was then offered a part time role to use my marketing skills to problem solve and brainstorm new ideas for the website, social media and current events. THE ROLE October 2017 - 2018 Position: Creative Marketing Part of the role was to produce blog posts in an innovative, forward thinking way. So what did I do? Used Instagram Stories to leverage a platform that you can track, repeat and be seen. All images where made in Photoshop and brought into Instagram to place a moving GIF from the keyboard that was relevant to the topic.

THE ROLE May 2017 - July 2018 Position: Creative Direction This was part of a three month placement in Northern Quarter, Manchester with a focus on experiential events for businesses to spark a reaction and positive change. I got to work on live briefs with clients in medical sectors looking to launch a new strategy or create an incentive for staff to participate in.
BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM - ANIMAL HEALTH ACTIVATION PORTUGAL We created an interactive and immersive experience that focused on the importance of networks and utilised the knowledge of the people in the room. The experience included a flash mob orchestra and transported the delegates into the year 2025 where they explored the worlds of four customers in interactive exhibition spaces. Hands on activities took priority over traditional presentation formats, ensuring the focus was on people - learning from one another and sharing passion. 1300% more global leaders feeling part 
of one team and one culture. (The No.1 Conference Objective)

X A R E LT O Xarelto Meeting Strategy Challenge 92 participants where split into teams where they could battle head to head in a number of point based challenges. Challenges where based on a number of themes: The Communication Challenge The Agile Challenge The Logic Challenge The Focus Challenge The Endurance Challenge
Themes and their challenges: Logic - Delegates complete a task based on a relevant stat, progress to a target board where you would aim to hit the sales target. Eg. Throw and aim to +£1m by 2025. Focus - Wall filled with personal customer information and items such as photos, holiday plans, diary etc. Delegates where to solve the clues in a dark room using a UV torch. Agile - Up for a race? Each obsticle in the course was representing a part of the company strategy. Eg. Name 3 of the 6 PFI behaviours, build a jenga wall without it falling. Communication - Set of two word search puzzles on opposite walls with cryptic clues. Endurance - Stay on top! Basketball hoops are set for delegates to aim for each hoop They can’t shoot until they have answered a question correctly.

I N STAG R A M Creative content @emmalouisecarney I treat my Instagram platform as a place to have the ultimate creative freedom to discuss topics I’m passionate about, further developing my graphic design skills using Photoshop and Illustrator as well as drawing by hand. I also use the platform to keep up to date with trends and showcase my love for contemporary art researching experiential enviroments.
