A book fair, offering free books for people for all ages, will be held at Ellyn Honey’s Little Free Library (LFL) on Saturday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The LFL is located at Honey Spas, 3226 Morgantown Road, Mohnton. In the event of rain, the book fair will be held on Saturday, June 18. In addition to a wide variety of books to choose from, the first LFL book fair will also feature a safety presentation by the Robeson Township Police Department. “We will have all kinds of books: bestsellers, children’s books and books for young adults,” said Ellyn. “Like the Little Free Library, there is no fee, and books are not for sale; they are always a gift. We are looking forward to letting the community know who we are, what we are and where we are.” During the book fair, tables of books will be set up outdoors, and book donations will be welcome. Most of the collection has been donated by those who use the LFL. “There is one room in our office that is dedicated to Ellyn’s books,” said

Ellyn’s husband, Tim. “People will stop in with 10 boxes at a time. We clean them and stamp them and put them out. I am amazed how many books go through the library. It means there is clearly a need.” A stuffed bookworm, named Mr, Wiggles, is the LFL mascot.
