I enjoyed attending the Midwest Fall National Show in West Union, IA in August. Always something new to learn when visiting. Glen Longhorn passed along what he learned from a Mennonite friend of his. The artery on a cow’s inside hind leg is an indicator of how much blood it can pump to the udder to make milk. The bigger the better!
