PERFORMANCE SHOW-ME We started feeding Performance Show-Me on the show cattle at RuAnn Genetics one and a half years ago and are thrilled with the results! Since feeding Show-Me we have noticed increases in aggressiveness at the feed bunk, feed consumption, and fertility. After a week to ten days, the cattle become far more aggressive and, as a result, eat more hay and put on more rib at a faster rate. We have also noticed that by keeping the rumen healthy, we are able to feed a higher level of protein to our show heifers than other people in the industry with similar feeding programs, thus allowing our heifers to grow at a faster rate. The other benefit we have seen is an increase in fertility. Since feeding Show-Me, the vast majority of our show cows settle on the first service, and previous hard breeders have gotten bred back more quickly.
