HERE WE GO AGAIN... The NCAA just released the results of their pre-season football rankings. Again, as usual, the BIG 10 teams are vastly overrated, with 8 among the top 25. The conference has had only two teams even make the playoffs since its inception five years ago!

Seldom addressed but important just the same, is bone structure. A Purdue study determined that mammals with bigger, stronger bones produce more muscle. When I analyze my Angus, bigger knees relate to bigger bones, more muscle and a prime grade. In dairy, bone structure relates to strength, and we know its importance!
