The EROWA Wire EDM workholding system makes wire EDM machines far more flexible and productive. The range includes system components for beginners, for experienced manufacturers and for “top end“ users. Downtime can be virtually eliminated, the machines can work round the clock.

EROWA flat chucks on the machine table form a flexible interface to the workpiece carriers. The EROWA Wire EDM workholding system is suitable for single-part palletizing or multiple-part palletizing in a clamping frame as needed.

With sophisticated combinations of vises, clamping elements and clamping beams, you can clamp all conceivable workpieces. The repeating accuracy of the EROWA Wire EDM workholding system allows presetting outside the machine and safe automated loading. Running jobs can be interrupted for express jobs and resumed later.

Multiple workpieces can be fixed in the clamping frame in different ways.

Depending on the machining power

Special mounting for cylindrical parts. Mounted to the pendulum holder, the workpiece is adjustable in three axes.

EDM electrode holders can also be integrated quickly and accurately in the EROWA Wire EDM workholding system without problems. The low height of the workholding system allows plenty of space for workpieces. Loading robots for greater autonomy of the machine during night and weekend hours.
