The EROWA Compact workholding system is ideal for clamping small electrodes and workpieces. The EROWA ITS Compact Combi chucks complement the product range and allow consistent clamping of three systems in one chuck. Whether on the machine table or in the tool quill, EROWA ITS Compact Combi chucks can be used anywhere.

In the EROWA ITS Compact Combi chuck, Compact electrode holders can be clamped for small electrodes as well as workpiece carriers of the ITS system for larger electrodes, whatever is needed. This makes the Compact clamping system extremely flexible and universal in electrode manufacturing.

EROWA ITS Compact Combi tooling system

ITS compact Combi chucks have the same mounting hole pattern as conventional EROWA ITS chucks and can be seamlessly integrated into the existing ITS system. The system includes a complete range of chucks, electrode holders, electrode changers and accessories.

Manually operated Compact Combi chuck: The chip guard mounted to the electrode holder ensures precise clamping.

The Compact ITS adapter is used to make Compact electrode holders compatible with regular EROWA ITS chucks. The electrode holder is manually clamped quickly and precisely in the adapter. Compact electrode blanks: They can be accommodated in the Compact holder without any pre-processing. This eliminates the preparation costs for setting up and cutting the electrode blanks.

Easy and convenient: Electrodes are attached directly to the Compact standard holder and can be used immediately. Automatic loading of the EDM machines significantly boosts their efficiency.
