PowerChuck P chucks are designed for flexible and universal use. Whether on milling machines, drilling machines, profile or surface grinding machines, as the basis on EDM sinking machines or on the spindles of dividing heads and lathes.

PowerChucks are the basis on the machine table. Fixtures are mounted on ITS pallets. Workpieces are prepared during production time.

EROWA PowerChuck P

The EROWA PowerChuck P palletizing system allows you to clamp palletized workpiece carriers quickly and easily. Whether fixed on the machine table or built into the integrated axis, PowerChuck P chucks are the flexible and precise interface between the machine and the workpiece.

Downtimes are completely eliminated by integrating a consistent clamping system on all machine tools. Automatic loading of the machine by an EROWA handling device increases the proportion of productive hours. Automated and flexible machining process with the PowerChuck P chuck as the interface between the machine and the workpiece.

Vices, gauges and fixtures are mounted on an EROWA ITS pallet for flexible and consistent use. Workpiece carriers can be positioned in the chucks accurately within a few seconds with repeatability of 0.002 mm. The flat design of the palletizing system provides more space for workpieces. PowerChuck P chucks are fully sealed against ingress of cooling water and dirt.
