• 2 Potatoes • 1 egg • 1 cup grated cheese • ½ cup Maida • spring onions • Salt, pepper
Method:
Step 1: Peel and grate the potatoes. Step 2: Add the potatoes to ice-cold water, transfer them into a cloth and squeeze the extra water. Step 3: To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix. Step 4: In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Step 5: Add the mixture with a spoon and press gently to get a nice patty shape. Step 6: Cook both sides till crispy. Step 7: Serve with your choice of dip!
Baked Chicken Breasts
We always tend to think healthy food options are time-consuming but this recipe is a mouth-watering yet healthy rescue for your dinner! Your dinner was never this easy.
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup melted butter, • 1 teaspoon salt, • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a baking dish. Step 2: Stir 1/4 cup melted butter and salt together in a bowl. Step 3: Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Brush butter mixture onto the chicken until thoroughly coated, pouring any extra over the chicken. Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Step 5: And you’re ready to relish!
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
There are so many times we’re craving some fancy food but those savings and time say a clear “No”. But we’ve got you this delish savory that will take you to the classic Italian restaurant in no time!
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounces) package linguine pasta 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 2 shallots, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional) 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pinch kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 1 lemon, juiced 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; cook linguine in boiling water until nearly tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain. Step 2: Melt 2 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil in a Pan over medium heat. Cook and stir shallots, garlic, and red pepper flakes in the hot butter and oil until shallots are translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Season shrimp with kosher salt and black pepper; add to the pan and cook until pink, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove shrimp from the pan and keep warm. Step 3: Pour lemon juice into the pan and bring to a boil while scraping the browned bits of food off of the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the pan, stir 2 tablespoons olive oil into butter mixture, and bring to a simmer. Toss linguine, shrimp, and parsley in the butter mixture until coated; season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon olive oil to serve.

Ingredients:
• 2 cupsWheat Flour, • Elaichi powder, • ¼ cup jaggery, • ½ cup water • 3 tablespoons oil
Method:
Step 1: Add water to hardened jaggery and melt. Step 2: Add wheat flour, elaichi powder, and warm oil. Step 3: Add the warm jaggery water and mix it into a fine paste. Step 4: Set it aside for 5minutes. Step 5: Heat the pan and drop little balls into the hot oil carefully. Step 6: Once they turn brownish. They’re ready to serve!

Prep Time: 12 hours Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes Total Time: 13 hours 30 minutes Course: Dessert Cuisine: Andhra, South Indian.
Ingredients: • 600 grams Rice • 300 grams Jaggery • 40 to 50 ml water • ½ tsp. cardamom powder • 1to 2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional) • ¼ cup ghee • Oil for deep-frying
Method: Soaking & Grinding Soak the rice overnight. Rinse for 2 to 3 times and strain out the water. Leave the rice on the strainer for around 10 to 15 minutes. Grind the rice in batches into very fine flour and keep aside. Making Jaggery Syrup Put jaggery in a deep pan and add 40 to 50 ml water so the jaggery melts very fast. Boil until the syrup starts bubbling. When the syrup starts to bubble, take a small spoonful of syrup and put it in a small cup of water. f the syrup doesn’t dissolve or if it turns into a ball when pressed with fingers then the syrup is ready. Add ghee, cardamom powder, and mix well. Turn off the flame and keep it aside. Making the Dough Add the rice flour little by little through the sieve to the jaggery Syrup. Keep stirring and keep adding the rice flour until the dough turns hard like chapatti dough. Deep-frying. Heat oil for deep-frying on medium flame. Take an Arise sized lid with a plastic sheet placed on it. Grease your fingers and the plastic sheet with ghee. Take a fistful of dough and make it into a round ball. Pat it into a round flat shape until it covers the lid size. You need to dip each dough ball in sesame seeds before patting if you want sesame seed Ariselu. Drop it into oil carefully and wait until the Arise floats to the top. Fry for a minute and flip it over to the other side. Fry until it turns to a nice golden brown color. Take out the Arise from oil and press it hard with two turner spoons until all the excess oil comes out.
Grandma's Coconut Barfi

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Coconut - grated heaped • 1 cup Sugar • 1 Cardamom powdered • 5 Cashews • 1 tsp. Ghee
Method:
1. Take a pan and fry cashews till golden brown and set aside. Keep a tray ready greased. Heat coconut and sugar together. Mix well. 2. Continue heating with constant stirring in medium flame. The sugar will melt and form a thick liquid. Continue this until the mixture starts leaving the pan and forms a foamy whitish bubbles while stirring. Color should not change. Add cashews, cardamom lastly. 3. Pour immediately to the greased tray and level it with a greased butter paper/ aluminium foil to give it a smooth finish. Cut into pieces while it is still warm.
Mango Kheer

Ingredients:
• Ripe mango- 1 cup pulp • Full cream milk- 1 liter • Ripe mango – ½ cup finely chopped • Rice grains – 1 tablespoon • Sugar – ½ cup • Cardamom powder – ¼ tablespoon • Khowa/mawa – 250 grams • Chopped cashews – 7 • Chopped almonds – 7 • Chopped pistachios - 7
Method:
1. Take full cream milk; let it boil on medium heat for a while. 2. Meanwhile, soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Discard the water and blend rice to a coarse paste. 3. Add the rice paste to the milk and keep stirring to avoid formation of lumps. 4. Boil the milk till the rice gets cooked completely. 5. Add sugar. Mix well. 6. Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder. 7. When the mixture reaches the desired kheer-like consistency turn off the flame and let it cool down completely. 8. In a mixture jar, add mango pulp and khowa. Blend it.
You may add a little milk to adjust the consistency. 9. Add this mixture to the kheer and mix well. 10. Add finely chopped mango pieces to the kheer. 11. Garnish with chopped nuts and some more mango pieces and serve.

Ingredients -
• Chicken boneless 1kg • Hung Curd 1 cup • Onion 3 • Garlic 6 pieces • Ginger 1 • Green Chilies 2 to 3 • Ghee 4 to 5 tablespoons • White pepper 2 teaspoons • Homemade Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon • Salt to taste • A pinch of red chili powder • Kasoori Methi 1 1/2 teaspoons • Knob of Butter • Fresh Cream 1/2 cup • Saffron/ Zafaran a pinch mixed in warm 1/3 cup milk
Method -
1. Grind the onions along with green chilies, ginger & garlic to a smooth paste. 2. In a deep pan add ghee, once it's nice & hot add the ground onion paste and fry on low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes till the time its nice pink & soft. 3. Once the onions are soft then add the cubed chicken along with salt, garam masala, pinch of red chili powder and white pepper. Fry this for another 5 to 6 minutes till the chicken changes color and it's not raw. 4. Later add the hung curd & Kasoori methi and let it bubble up till like 5 more minutes. 5. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and then remove the lid and add the milk with saffron. 6. In the end add the cream & butter and allow it to boil on low flame without the lid and the garnish with coriander leaves if you want to add fried kaju and a drizzle of cream & serve with naan or zeera rice.
