Intending to bring luxurious French desserts to Hyderabad and to learn every intricate detail of this enticing subject, she took a gap year after 12th grade. She pursued a diploma de patisserie from Le cordon bleu, London during that period and successfully graduated with a diploma de patisserie. The logo is a representation of her journey - the bottom Eiffel Tower representing her passion for a French pastry and the top Big Ben representing her time spent in London to learn the skill. Mon âme meaning my soul was founded by me on my return. Quality and flavour are two aspects that are her priorities while developing any recipe for her clients.
