Slidemaster SR1™ to Slidemaster SR3™ secruity sliding gates feature various security upgrades to the standard Slidemaster™ gate. All the gates are accredited to LPS 1175 and Secured by Design.

• Bi-folding speed gates The Speedmaster™ offers the same high level of quality as the company’s swing and sliding gate ranges, but also has the fastest opening and closing cycle in the company’s product range.

• Temporary gates FenceSafe is a range of temporary swing gates and sliding gates. Products in the range offer the fastest opening and closing cycles within the company’s product portfolio.

• Turnstiles Temporary or permanent turnstiles are available in a range of options including single or double turnstiles, and bicycle access.

High-security fencing and roadblocker

Zaun manufactures swing gates and sliding gates for factory entrances, airports, and military and public buildings, as well as sites that are short of space and require frequent access.

All gates are manufactured to specific customer specifications, allowing special features or dimensions to be easily accommodated.

They can incorporate various lock options, selfclosing systems, spiked or serrated toppings, and electric fencing.

• Swing gates Swing gates are made from strong rectangular hollow section, and are available with mesh or vertical bar infill to match the fence-line.

Heavy-duty (twin-wire) meshes have every vertical and horizontal wire fully welded inside the frame to add to the structure of the gate leaf.

Swing gates can be specified with internal, external or electric closing systems, and slide locks, mortise locks or combination locks.

Adjustable hinges, slam plates and rugged drop bolts (on double-leaf gates) are supplied.

Swing gates are also fitted with special slide latches to avoid finger trapping injuries.

Swing gates rated to LPCB 1175 SR1 and SR2 security standards are available.

• Sliding gates Sliding gates can be supplied up to 10m wide as manual or automated systems with infill to match the fence-line. They are cantilevered so require no ground track, avoiding maintenance issues.

Supplied ready to fix, they are easy to install, and smooth and quiet to operate. Gates conform to BS EN 13241.

Diamond automated sliding gates are supplied ready to fix, are easy to install and are smooth and quiet running. These advanced gates conform to BS EN 13241 and come with a flashing warning light, passage lighting and security strip.

• Access control Products are suitable for motorisation and electronic control. Systems tested to PAS 68 standards can be supplied to meet hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) risk.

AUTOPA manufactures height restrictors and swing gates to help control vehicular access to car parks, commercial and industrial sites.

• Height restrictors AUTOPA Height Restrictors are designed for use on industrial, commercial and public realm sites to prevent high-sided vehicles such as HGVs or caravans from accessing areas. They provide a practical and durable method of access control.

AUTOPA Height Restrictors have a standard height clearance of 2.05m, with other heights available to order. Single spans are available up to 7.0m.

Swing gates can be added to height restrictors to further secure areas outside operating hours.

• Swing gates AUTOPA Swing Gates are an easy-to-use, costeffective and durable solution for securing site entrances and car parks outside operating hours.

Swing gates are available in a range of widths and are ready to use immediately once installed.

Safety features incorporated as standard include a self-latching catch post, short leading edge beam and a low bottom edge. These features reduce the chance of a gate swinging open unexpectedly and decrease the risk of injury should it do so.

Gates can be locked in both open and closed positions with a padlock – a second catch post is required to secure the gate in the open position.

Swing gates can be supplied separately or with height restrictors.

• Roadblockers Commander is a deep-mount roadblocker tested to the highest standards. It is the only security barrier PAS 68 tested to stop a 30 tonne truck travelling at 80kph (50mph) with zero penetration – the unit remained fully operational after the crash test.

Viper is a shallow-mount roadblocker which, due to its ingenious design, only requires an excavation depth of 400mm. Viper has also been crash tested to both PAS 68 and ASTM standards to halt a 7.5 tonne truck @ 80kph (50mph).

• Automatic bollard/blocker Raptor is a shallow-mounted bollard that can have hydraulic, electro mechanical or manual operation. Tested to PAS 68 and ASTM standards, Raptor stopped a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 80kph (50mph) and operated afterwards.

• Surface-mounted sliding bollards The Matador range is available with either three, four or six bollards and comes with a variety of operations. The HT3-Electro Mechanical Matador has been IWA crash tested to halt an 18 tonner (7.2 tonne) N3C vehicle @ 64kph (40mph). The HT3-EM Matador continued to operate after impact.

• High-security bollards Evo has a unique design that allows it to be installed at a depth only slightly greater than the height of the actual bollard itself, with no loss of protection.

Mantis is a high-security shallow-mounted static bollard manufactured from sectioned mild steel, with the option of stainless steel covers. The Mantis 64 is PAS 68 rated to stop a 7.5 tonne truck at 64kph; Mantis 80 is IWA rated to stop a 7.2 tonne truck travelling at 80kph both as a single unit and in an arrayed configuration.

Sparta fixed bollards provide flexible security for a range of sites and are PAS 68 crash tested to two different levels.

• Remote monitoring and control Hydra is a remote control and monitoring system which provides centralised security control for automated bollards and blockers through a simple, secure and streamlined interface. The system enables multiple roadblockers, barriers and bollards to be monitored and controlled securely via smartphones, tablets and computers.

AUTOPA Stealth Parking Posts – galvanised steel

AUTOPA patented the first parking post in 1959 and has been manufacturing them in the UK ever since. AUTOPA parking posts provide a simple and cost-effective way to secure individual parking spaces from unauthorised users.

All parking post are lockable in the up and down positions. There are three locking options for the Hinged Parking Post and the Stealth Parking Post: 1. Randomly keyed – posts have different locks.

2. Identically keyed – posts are keyed to the same key number.

3. Master Suited – posts are randomly keyed, but can be unlocked using a master key.

• AUTOPA Hinged Parking Post The AUTOPA Hinged Parking Post was patented in 1959, and 60 years on, is one of the preferred choices for protecting individual parking spaces throughout Britain.

The reliable design guarantees parking spaces will be available when required; the reflective, highvisibility band ensures parking posts are seen.

It is available in a galvanised, galvanised and coated, or stainless steel finish.

• AUTOPA Stealth Parking Post The Stealth Parking Post has all the benefits of the original Hinged Parking Post but with the further advantage of a fully flush to ground level socket.

When lowered, the post disappears into its integrated socket and is covered by the integral lid. It is available in a galvanised, galvanised and coated, or stainless steel finish.

• AUTOPA TOPLOK Parking Post TOPLOK is the padlockable variant of the original Hinged Parking Post. Round and square designs are available. TOPLOK parking posts can be supplied in a galvanised, galvanised and coated, or stainless steel (round only) finish.

• Sprung Boundary Post The Sprung Boundary Post is designed to mark the edges of car parking spaces. The base has a spring that enables it to absorb low speed impacts, deflect up to 30 degrees from vertical and return to its original position. It is available in a galvanised or galvanised and coated finish.

AUTOPA telescopic posts and automatic bollards are used to control vehicular access to sites.

• RetractaPost RetractaPost is a range of manually-operated retractable and telescopic posts, suitable for commercial and residential use.

Posts are manufactured from galvanised mild steel or stainless steel in a wide range of round or square tube sizes.

Two locking options are available: the original RetractaPost is locked using a separate padlock, and the RetractaPost GL uses a high-security 7 pin integrated lock to secure the posts.

To minimise trip risk, RetractaPost is lowered into its integrated socket when not in use.

All RetractaPosts are manually operated with liftassist available on larger bollards to help users safely raise and lower the posts.

• Automatic bollards The AUTOPA Automatic Bollard is designed for commercial and residential projects where aesthetics are important and the objective is to control vehicular access without impeding pedestrians. Automatic bollards are available in stainless or mild steel in diameters of 127 or 275mm and heights of 600 or 800mm. To ensure that vehicles cannot pass between bollards AUTOPA recommends that they are spaced no more than 1.2m apart.

The bollards can be customised further with the addition of optional features such as LED lights, RAL colour-coating and traffic lights.

AUTOPA bollards are used around pedestrian precincts, pavements, play and parking areas, as part of traffic calming measures and as a deterrent to ram-raiders. • Galvanised mild steel posts and bollards AUTOPA mild steel bollards are suitable for a wide range of applications. All are galvanised as standard to ensure longevity and can be coated to any standard RAL or BS colour.

Outside diameters range from 48 to 406mm, with the most popular diameters held in stock for short lead times.

• Stainless steel posts and bollards AUTOPA stainless steel bollards are suitable for contemporary, high-quality applications. They are manufactured in grade 304 and grade 316 stainless steel. Outside diameters range from 60 to 204mm.

• Ornamental bollards Attractive, robust and long-lasting, AUTOPA’s GFC ornamental bollards combine the strength of steel with the design benefits of cast iron.

They are made from mild steel tube with decorative cast iron rings and caps.

Ornamental bollards are galvanised or galvanised and coated to any standard BS or RAL colour.

Other options include the addition of eyelets, hooks and chains.

• Reinforced bollards AUTOPA reinforced bollards are designed to protect perimeters on busy commercial and retail sites. All have a strong galvanised mild steel core over which an external sleeve is fitted. The addition of the core strengthens the bollard, increasing its resistance to ram-raiders, a quality that is amplified when the core is filled with concrete. Sleeves are available in galvanised mild steel, stainless steel and hardwearing MDPE. Available ragged only for ground fixing.

• Illuminated bollards AUTOPA GFC 9000i illuminated bollards are manufactured from galvanised steel and stainless steel. Both variants are fitted with a low-energy LED corn lamp which provides site owners with a clear, bright light.
