FR La Plastiline® est une marque déposée, créée en 1989. Elle est sous l’entité de la société Clairefontaine Rhodia depuis janvier 2021. Elle est, depuis toujours, fabriquée en France. La Plastiline® est une pâte à modeler de grande précision et non toxique. Elle est sans soufre et prête à l’emploi. Sa précision de reproduction est à 1/10ème de millimètre près. Elle possède une excellente tenue et garde son volume, en effet aucune déformation de la masse n’est à craindre pour la réalisation des modèles. Elle a aussi la particularité de ne jamais sécher à l’air, ce qui permet de l’utiliser autant de fois qu’il est nécessaire.

Plastiline® s’adresse à différents types de clients : - les sculpteurs pour la création de moulages et de modèles permettant ensuite la réalisation de moules - le domaine artistique avec la création de décors de cinéma - l’industrie pour la fabrication de prototypes, de moulage, la circonscription de zone et la prise d’empreintes - les restaurateurs d’objets anciens, le monde de la joaillerie ou encore de l’artisanat - le grand public qui souhaite faire du modelage. Plastiline est disponible en tube d’1kg, 5kg et 10kg en 6 duretés mais aussi en plaque de 750g en 3 duretés.

EN Plastiline® is a registered trademark, created in 1989. It has been attached to the Clairefontaine Rhodia company since January 2021. This modelling clay has always been manufactured in France. Plastiline® is a non-toxic and high-precision modelling clay. It is sulphur-free and ready to use. The accuracy of reproduction is within 1/10th of a millemetre. Plastiline® is renowned for its excellent hold and keeps its volume. The shape of your artwork will not encure any changes. Plastiline® also has the particularity of never drying in the air which allows it to be remodelled as many times as necessary.

Plastiline® is intended for different types of customers: - sculptors for the creation of mouldings and models which can then be used to make moulds - the artistic field with the creation of film sets - industry for prototyping, impression taking, moulding and area circumscription - restorers of antique objects, the world of jewellery and crafts - the general public who wish to do modelling.

Plastiline® is available in 1kg, 5kg and 10kg tubes in 6 hardnesses and also in 750gr sheets in 3 hardnesses.

DE Plastiline® ist eine eingetragene Marke aus dem Jahr 1989. Seit Januar 2021 gehört sie zum Unternehmen Clairefontaine Rhodia. Seit jeher wird es in Frankreich hergestellt. Plastiline® ist eine ungiftige Modelliermasse. ie ist schwefelfrei und gebrauchsfertig. Ihre Präzision bei der Reproduktion ist auf 1/10 mm genau. Sie hat eine exzellente Stabilität und behält ihr Volumen. Bei der Realisierung von Modellen ist keinerlei Deformation der Masse zu befürchten. Eine Besonderheit ist auch, dass Plastilin niemals an der Luft trocknet.

Plastiline® ist erhältlich in einer Rohrverpackung (1kg, 5kg und 10kg) in 6 Härtegraden, aber auch als Block (750g) in 3 Härtegraden.

ES Plastiline® es una marca registrada, creada en 1989. Pertenece a la empresa Clairefontaine Rhodia desde enero del 2021. Es un producto fabricado en Francia desde sus orígenes. Esta plastilina no es tóxica, no contiene azufre y está lista para usar. Permite reproducir figuras con una precisión de 1/10 mm. Tiene una excelente consistencia y mantiene su volumen, por lo que la masa no se deforma al realizar los modelos. Además, nunca se seca al aire.

Plastiline® es un producto adecuado para distintos tipos de clientes: - escultores: para crear moldeados y modelos que permitan la posterior realización de moldes - artistas: para crear decorados para el cine - empresas: para realizar prototipos y moldes, tomar huellas digitales, y delimitar contornos - restauradores de objetos antiguos, joyeros o artesanos - público general: para todos aquellos que quieran crear fi guras con Plastiline®. Plastiline® permite crear diseños y modelos o tomar huellas digitales con precisión. Es posible hacer retoques y modificaciones en los modelos durante su realización, así como añadir o quitar plastilina sin que se note. A partir de un modelo creado con Plastiline® se puede realizar una obra definitiva con resina.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION

FR La Plastiline® se travaille en l’état, ramollie ou liquide grâce à ses duretés multiples et à sa composition chimique. La Plastiline® souple est facilement travaillable aux doigts ou à l’outil usuel du sculpteur et peut-être utilisée pour le travail préliminaire de mise en forme. La Plastiline® dure nécessite l’utilisation d’ébauchoirs, de mirettes et de couteaux de forme. La montée en dureté permet un travail de minutie et d’expression du détail. Pour être ramollie, la Plastiline® peut-être plongée au bain-marie à une température comprise entre 30°C et 40°C. La Plastiline® peut aussi être travaillée à l’état liquide, soit au bain-marie soit au four ou dans un récipient sur une source de chaleur (se référer au point de fusion indiqué sur le produit). Il convient, lors de la mise à l’état liquide, de bien homogénéiser la Plastiline® de façon à réincorporer les huiles qui lors du réchauffement ont tendance à venir en surface. Il est nécessaire de remuer la Plastiline® à l’aide d’un instrument propre. Plusieurs Plastiline® peuvent être utilisées sur un même modèle. La Plastiline® peut être peinte avec des peintures acryliques et être recouverte d’une couche de gomme laque préalablement diluée dans de l’alcool. Il est aussi possible de lisser la Plastiline® à l’aide d’un pinceau trempé dans de l’essence de térébentine.

La Plastiline® ne subit pas d’affaissement, se tient au phénomène exothermique. La Plastiline® a la particularité d’être légèrement grasse, ce qui lui permet d’être moulée avec tous les matériaux de moulage (plâtre, résines, alginate…) sans qu’un agent de démoulage ne soit nécessaire. Polyuréthanes : la compatibilité est totale. Silicones : Plastiline® est totalement compatible avec les élastomères qui durcissent par polycondensation et polyaddition. Polyester, Epoxy : Ces résines peuvent être utilisées avec la Plastiline® à condition de tester au préalable la compatibilité.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

EN Plastiline® can be used as is, softened or liquid due to its multiple hardnesses and chemical composition. Soft Plastiline® is easily workable with fingers or the sculptor's usual tool and can be used for preliminary modeling work. Hard Plastiline® requires the use of roughing tools, chisels and shaping knives. The increase in hardness allows a meticulous and detailed oriented work. To be soften, Plastiline® can be immersed in a water bath at a temperature of between 30°C and 40°C. Plastiline® can also be used in a liquid state, either in a water bath or in an oven or in a container on a heat source (refer to the melting point indicated on the product). When liquified, Plastiline® should be homogenized in order to reincorporate the oils which tend to come to the surface when heated. It is necessary to stir the Plastiline® with a clean instrument. Several Plastiline® can be used on the same model. Plastiline® can be painted with acrylic paints and covered with a layer of shellac, diluted in alcohol beforehand. It is also possible to smoothen the Plastiline® with a brush dipped in turpentine. Plastiline® doesn't sag, stands in the exothermic phenomenon. Plastiline® has the characteristic to be slightly oily, which allows it to be molded with all casting materials (plaster, resins, alginate, …) with no release agent needed. Polyurethanes : compatibility is total. Silicones : Plastiline® is fully compatible with elastomers which harden by poly-condensation. For the other (hardening poly-addition), It is possible to meet rare phenomena if inhibition (contact us). Polyester, Epoxy : these resins may be used with Plastiline® provided to a pre-test to compatibility.

ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE

DE Dank seiner unterschiedlichen Härtegrade und seiner chemischen Komposition kann Plastiline® in seiner ursprünglichen Form, aufgeweicht oder flüssig verwendet werden. Das weiche Plastiline® kann leicht mit dem Fingern oder mit einem gängigen Modellierwerkzeug bearbeitet und für die ersten formgebenden Arbeitsschritte verwendet werden. Für das harte Plastiline® ist ein Modellierstab, Formmesser oder eine Modellierschlinge nötig. Ein hoher Härtegrad ermöglicht eine sehr genaue Arbeit und die Ausarbeitung feiner Details. Um das Plastiline® aufzuweichen, kann dieses in einem Wasserbad bei 30-40° C erwärmt werden. Das Plastiline® kann auch im flüssigen Zustand bearbeitet werden, entweder in einem Wasserbad, im Ofen oder in einem anderen Wärmebehälter (hierbei den in den technischen Daten angegebenen Schmelzpunkt beachten). Das Plastiline® beim Schmelzen am besten gut homogenisieren, um die Öle, die dazu neigen, beim Erhitzen an die Oberfläche zu gelangen, wieder unterzumischen. Das Plastiline® mit einem sauberen Werkzeug umrühren. Es können unterschiedliche Härtegrade des Plastilins für ein Modell verwendet werden. Das Plastiline® kann mit Acrylfarben bemalt und mit einer zuvor in Alkohol verdünnten Schellackschicht beschichtet werden. Es ist auch möglich, das Plastiline® mit einem in Terpentin eingetauchten Pinsel zu glätten.

Plastiline® gibt nicht nach und ist standhaft gegenüber exothermen Reaktionen. Plastiline® hat die Besonderheit, leicht fettig zu sein, wodurch es mit allen Formmaterialien (Gips, Harze, Alginat ...) geformt werden kann, ohne dass ein Trennmittel benötigt wird. Polyurethane: Vollständige Kompatibilität. Silikone: Plastiline® ist kompatibel mit Elastomeren, die durch Polykondensation und Polyaddition aushärten. Polyester, Epoxid: Diese Harze können mit Plastiline® verwendet werden, sofern die Kompatibilität vorher getestet wurde.

CONSEJOS DE USO

ES Plastiline® se trabaja en su estado original, reblandecida o líquida gracias a sus distintas durezas y a su composición química. Reblandecida resulta fácil de trabajar con los dedos o con una herramienta de escultor y puede utilizarse para dar forma a un trabajo. Cuando está dura requiere el uso de desbastadores, vaciadores y talladores. Al incrementar la dureza, puede realizarse un trabajo más minucioso y detallista. Plastiline® puede reblandecerse al baño maría a una temperatura de entre 30 y 40 °C. Plastiline® también puede trabajarse en estado líquido, ya sea fundida al baño maría, en el horno o en un recipiente calentado encima de una fuente de calor (consultar el punto de fusión indicado en el producto). Durante la licuación, es recomendable mezclar la plastilina para repartir bien los aceites que con el calentamiento tienden a subir a la superficie. La plastilina debe removerse con un utensilio limpio. Es posible utilizar distintos productos Plastiline® en un mismo modelo. Plastiline® puede pintarse con pintura acrílica y recubrirse con una capa de laca previamente diluida en alcohol. También es posible aplicarle esencia de trementina con un pincel.

Plastiline® no se deforma y resiste las reacciones exotérmicas. Plastiline® tiene la particularidad de ser un producto ligeramente graso, lo que permite moldearlo con cualquier material de moldeado (yeso, resinas, alginate, etc.) sin necesidad de usar ningún agente de liberación. Poliuretano: Plastiline® es totalmente compatible con el poliuretano. Silicona: Plastiline® es totalmente compatible con los elastómeros que se endurecen por policondensación y poliadición. Poliéster y epoxi: estas resinas pueden utilizarse con Plastiline®. siempre que se compruebe antes su compatibilidad con el producto.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING

NL Plastiline® kan worden bewerkt in oorspronkelijke, geweekte of vloeibare vorm, dankzij de verschillende hardheden en chemische samenstelling. Zachte Plastiline® kan men gemakkelijk bewerken met de vingers of met het gebruikelijke beeldhouwersgereedschap en is geschikt voor plastische vormgeving. Harde Plastiline® vereist het gebruik van gereedschap, beitels en vormmessen. De toename in hardheid maakt het mogelijk om nauwgezet te werken met veel aandacht voor details. Om Plastiline® zachter te maken, volstaat het om het onder te dompelen in een waterbad met een temperatuur tussen 30°C en 40°C. Plastiline® kan ook in vloeibare vorm worden bewerkt, hetzij in een waterbad, hetzij in een oven of in een recipiënt op een warmtebron (raadpleeg het smeltpunt dat op het product is aangegeven). Wanneer Plastiline® vloeibaar is gemaakt, moet het worden gehomogeniseerd om de oliën die de neiging hebben naar de oppervlakte te komen bij verhitting, weer op te nemen. Gebruik proper gereedschap om in de Plastiline® te roeren. Er kunnen meerdere soorten Plastiline® door elkaar worden gebruikt bij het maken van een vorm. Plastiline® kan men beschilderen met acrylverf en afwerken met een laag schellak, vooraf verdund in alcohol. Het is ook mogelijk Plastiline® glad te maken met een kwast gedrenkt in terpentijn.

Plastiline® zakt niet in en is bestand tegen exotherme reacties. Plastiline® heeft de eigenschap lichtjes olieachtig te zijn, waardoor het met alle gietmaterialen (gips, hars, alginaat...) kan worden gegoten zonder dat een lossingsmiddel nodig is. Polyurethanen: volledige compatibiliteit. Siliconen: Plastiline® is volledig compatibel met elastomeren die uitharden door polycondensatie en polyadditie. Polyester, epoxy: Deze harsen kunnen met Plastiline® worden gebruikt op voorwaarde dat de compatibiliteit vooraf wordt getest.

ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO

IT Plastiline® puo' essere utilizzata nella sua forma originaria oppure resa piu' morbida o in forma liquida, grazie alle molteplici gradazioni di durezza disponibili e alla particolare composizione chimica. La Plastiline® morbida e facilmente lavorabile con le dita o con un normale utensile da scultura e viene generalmente utilizzata per la preparazione del modello. La Plastiline® dura richiede invece l'uso di utensili a ilati come ad esempio un coltello per modelli o uno scalpello. Piu' alto il grado di durezza, maggiore sarà la precisione nella realizzazione di dettagli o di particolari. Per rendere Plastiline® più morbida basterà immergerla a bagnomaria in acqua calda (temperatura variabile fra i 30°C e i 40°C. Plastiline® puo' essere utilizzata anche allo stato liquido, che si ottiene con immersione a bagno maria in acqua calda, in forno o posizionando il recipiente contenente la pasta su di una fonte di calore (indicazione delle temperature sulla confezione). Avere cura di mescolare Plastiline® una volta raggiunto lo stato liquido in modo da permettere agli olii che col calore tendono a salire in superficie, di amalgamarsi alla pasta. Lavorare sempre Plastiline® con un utensile pulito. Plastiline® di durezze di erenti possono essere usate contemporaneamente sullo stesso modello. Plastiline® si puo' dipingere con colori acrilici e proteggere con una passata di gommalacca diluita con una soluzione alcolica. Per rendere la superficie piu' lucida basterà passarla con un pennello imbevuto di trementina.

Plastiline® è indeformabile e resistente alle reazione exotermiche. Plastiline® ha la caratteristica di essere leggermente oleosa, che ne consente lo stampaggio con tutti i materiali da colata (gesso, resine, alginato, …) senza bisogno di distaccanti. Poliuretani: la compatibilità è totale. Siliconi: Plastiline® è totalmente compatibile con gli elastomeri che induriscono per policondensazione e poliaddizione. Poliestere, Epossidico: queste resine possono essere utilizzate con Plastiline® si consiglia comunque di effetturare un test di compatibilità.
