EUROPEAN YOUTH PARLIAMENT GREECE
Dear Alumni,
It is our great pleasure to launch the call for trainees for the 1st International Training of EYP Greece! The event will take place in Athens, capital of Greece while the theme of the Training will be on the priority area of EYP Outreach, defined as “Reaching new target groups, such as disadvantaged youth”.
As the community of the European Youth Parliament is growing every day, it is of critical importance to work towards a more inclusive organization that will allow any individual to get actively involved in its activities, regardless of the difficulties that this person might encounter (economic issues, country of origin, minor physical and/or mental disabilities). As a part of EYP’s Long-Term Strategy, this training is of outmost importance both to the community of EYP and to each participant, individually.
We are now looking for 15-20 participants to take part as trainees in our event. The participants are requested to arrive in Athens on Friday, 7th of March, 2014 by late noon while departures are possible on Monday, 10th of March after noon. There is no participation fee for the trainees, however, travel costs to and from Athens must be covered individually. There will not be any additional cost for trainees (accommodation, meals and transport to and from the venues).
If you wish to apply, please fill in the application form attached by 23.59 CET on Sunday, 2nd of February 2014. Each applicant will be informed on the outcome of the selection individually.
