Since the beginning of 2020 we have had to spend a lot of time at home, and most of it we have spent it working or studying, sometimes with the luck of sharing the space with family and friends, and I bet that, for most of us, cooking has become a very important part of our lives. However, with so many days down the line, sometimes it is hard to think about new recipes to cook. With the aim to innovate and try new flavours, to explore beyond our borders and to keep growing and learning about the cultures that surround us, we have created The Menu of the 17th National Session of EYP Sweden. With the help of the participants of the session, here we offer you a trip around Europe through the taste of our favourite traditional dishes.
Thanks to all of those who have participated and to Ceren Küçük and Anouck Guillot for the drawings. It’s like we can almost taste the food!
