The building is located on the most prominent luxury shopping street in Prague, Parizska Street 25, in the heart of the old historical city centre.

It attracts the most sophisticated customers; be it for luxury retail and F&B or private living on of the most sought-after addresses in the city.

The building is surrounded by two small squaresone formed by the Faculty of Law facing the river and the other by the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel.

The main facades provide prominent views facing NE and NW thus allowing maximum use of glass without the negative impacts of solar glare and heat gains.

The architectural materials of the residential scheme were kept to a limited few finishes - white rendered facade walls and curved terrace profiles, glass balustrades, windows and metal tube cladding.

The tube cladding was used both for privacy reasons as well as o reduce the amount of glazing on the sides of the building facing neighbouring plots with dense built-up structures.

Furthermore, the tubular cladding set in front of the south-facing facade helps shade the solid walls and keep the space between them naturally ventilated keeping the building cooler.

Southern facing glazed facade of Building B achieved the shading of the glazed walls via projecting balcony slabs that are blocking the high-positioned sun during peak hours of the day.
