We were asked to enhance the existing internal layout of the Dubai South HQ building to fit the modern and rapidly improving pace of Dubai. Which was achieved by mixing what we thought represented life, greenery, and natural lighting. The existing spaciousness feeling of the atrium was maintained by adapting to the most advanced lighting and acoustic tools.

With an open budget, we were asked to revamp the existing Zinostenska Bank into the first seven stars luxury hotel in the heart of the old city of Prague.

We tried to use the lightest structures for the new extensions to be built while making sure it fits the space and doesn’t block any view or conflict with the old architecture.

The rooftop was designed in order to give a panoramic view of the beautiful skyline of Prague while keeping the option to modify it into a covered space during the winter season.

The newly made atrium will have platforms that can move in order to suit the hosted event as shown in the sections.
