Although the timing was not perfect due government restrictions, The Purple Parrot has been thriving since the opening and is proving a very popular venue to the local community, with its great location and humourous banter. Food is served throughout the day from breakfast, brunch, lite lunches, an American selection and daily specials. And for those with a sweet tooth there is a good choice of homemade cakes. An excellent Sunday Lunch is served from 1pm – 3.30pm and Afternoon Tea at the Purple Parrot is a must at just 15.95€ pp including a mini bottle of prosecco, both must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. A wide selection of coffees and tea (herbal and fruity) are available as well many different beers and wines. This is the perfect setting to watch the world go by on the large outdoor terrace or in the comfortable quirky interior.
