This seminar will deepen the participant’s understanding of the dynamics of remote teams, will sensitize them to the challenges in leading such teams and will equip them with the tools and techniques needed to lead these teams effectively.

Seminar content

> review of the remote work environment (e.g. technologies, trends, challenges, advantages, etc.)

> dynamics of remote teams (e.g. competencies & capabilities, attitudes, morale, etc.)

> leadership skills for a virtual environment (e.g. building trust, managing performance, influencing, delegating, onboarding, etc.)

> effective communication (e.g., best practices, overcoming barriers, feedback culture, etc.)

> Self-Manage in the Home-Office (e.g. Challenges & opportunities, Smart Goals, Action-Priority Matrix, Time Wasters and interference, work-life balance, dealing with change and disruption, resilience, etc.)

The target group

The seminar is especially targeted to any professionals in a leadership position (i.e. team leaders, managers, company owners, etc.) who must lead and inspire their team remotely through this time of uncertainty.
