A Word From Chris and Angela Payson Owner & Director of Hospitality Your house is much more than brick and stone, wood and four walls. It’s a home. A place where you create your most important memories—and a place you rethink and refresh as you make it your own. Maybe you have dreams of creating extra living space. Or visions of a bigger, brighter kitchen. We believe that with a little imagination—and the right team of experts— you can have the home of your dreams. But for all its promise, home remodeling has a bad rap. It’s an industry that’s known for poor communication, unmet expectations, and an overall sense that this is a transaction, not a transformation. Our decades of experience in design and construction showed us there was a better way, so we built it. We reimagined remodeling by creating a three-stage experience that’s both simple and personal.

“They were tr uly hands-on and personable; we were pleasantly surprised at how much we looked forward to having them in our home during the project.” John & Maggie Phoenixville, PA

We start by listening to what you want and why—then we walk alongside you as we plan, design, and construct your new space. It’s about using our skills as designers and craftsman to guide you through the home remodeling experience simply and seamlessly. We believe remodeling is a big deal, and it should be treated that way. That’s why we make people our first priority, both at our Design Studio and in your home. We care about you and consider what matters most: being informed, being involved, and being treated like family. We put our hearts into every home remodel because we know this isn’t just about laying foundations and knocking down walls. It’s about making you feel uplifted, inspired, and joyful in your own home.

“Chris and the team were just impeccable. They understood what had to be done, they had great ideas, and they delivered great quality work.” Bob & Gail

West Chester, PA

The Reimagined 3-Stage Remodeling Experience Stage 1:

Space Planning Explor ing Which Layout Makes Sense Once the team at COCOON understands your design goals, challenges, and budget, their architectural designers develop a series of three potential layouts for your upgraded space. These layouts represent three different price points within your budget, showing you a range of what’s possible in your space.

Stage 2:

Design Selections Picking The Fun Stuff! From floors and cabinets to light fixtures and paint, they will help you choose the details that will complement your vision. As you walk through your virtual space, you can start to see how your decisions become reality and make any changes before the start of construction on your space.

Stage 3:

Construction Br ing ing Your Vision To Life . The COCOON team will notify the neighbors, pull the permits, and schedule every detail so you will never have to worry or wonder what the next step is. They are prompt, they are precise, and they are always here to answer your questions and anticipate your family’s needs as you watch your new space take shape.
