Death March
eventy years ago on April 9, 1942, the Imperial Japanese Army forced over 70,000 Filipino and American prisoners of war to march from Mariveles, Bataan to San Fernando, Pampanga 88 km. away, then by rail to Capas and finally 13 km. march to Camp O’Donnell. This event has become known in history as the infamous Bataan Death March because only 54,000 reached the camp with almost 10,000 dying along the way and the rest escaping into the wilderness. This was early in the Second World War. Ten hours after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 8, 1941, the Philippines was invaded by the Imperial Army. Initial air raids were followed by Japanese ground forces landing in Manila. The Philippines as a territory of the United States had American and Philippine troops defending it. General Douglas MacArthur was recalled to active duty to lead the defense. The superior forces of Japan caused the defenders to withdraw to Bataan and Corregidor at the entrance to Manila Bay. Four months later, Bataan surrendered in April, 1942 and Corregidor in May. Manila, declared an open city, was already in the hands of the Japanese. The long march was characterized by random vicious physical abuse and murder of helpless prisoners and local civilians who took pity and tried
to help. Many died of starvation because the Japanese were not prepared to capture so many prisoners and food and drink were very scarce - so much so that the prisoners scramble for the filthy roadside water where the carabaos wallowed. Those unable to carry on were either bayoneted or shot on the spot. Japan was in serious violation of the Geneva Conventions on the treatment of victims of war. Witness accounts of survivors include arbitrary beating, bayoneting and even beheading of fallen marchers by Japanese officers practicing their samurai swords from horsebacks. It might be said that Japanese culture then considered a defeated warrior as without honor and need not be treated as human. In the rail cars from Capas to Camp O’Donnell, prisoners were packed like animals causing hundreds to die from heat, disease, starvation and exhaustion. After the war, an Allied military commission judged the whole atrocity as a Japanese war crime. Since the commander of the Japanese invasion forces was Lieutenant General Masaharu Homma, he was put on trial and charged with the responsibility for the death march. The commission held its court in Manila in JanuaryFebruary, 1946. General Homma was judged guilty, sentenced to death and executed just outside of Manila.
During the past year, the daughter of a survivor, California playwright Cecilia Ilano Gaerlan had been giving lectures on the Fall of Bataan and the Bataan Death March to instill an awareness of this atrocity. She was appalled at how little presentday Filipino-Americans know of the tragic events. She has written the novel In Her Mother’s Image based partly on her family’s experiences during World War II. It is available as an e-book or a paperback. “War is Hell.” as General William Tecumseh Sherman said in a speech during the American Civil War in the 1860s. Indeed, every protagonist nation throughout history has committed atrocities and inhuman actions especially when it has the power and means to do so. The Balangiga Massacre in southern Samar by occupying American forces was an example I wrote about some time ago. The destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by atomic bombs is certainly inhuman but justified by the Americans as the only way to end the Second World War, The My Lai Massacre of over 300 unarmed Vietnamese civilians including many women and children by the “Charlie” Company of the first U. S. Battalion in 1968 during the Vietnam War was inhuman. Thirty soldiers were court-martialed but only the platoon leader Lt. William L. Calley was convicted. He was sentenced to life imprisonment but later reduced to ten years and paroled after four years. This event added fuel to the anti-war movement. The massacre of 17 Afghan civilians including many women and children in Kandahar just last month by U. S. staff sergeant Robert Bales was an atrocity. The 38-year-old American soldier is back in the States charged with

seventeen counts of murder. It is said that he had a criminal record before joining the army but some claim that the stresses of war can cause a man to lose his sanity. There are, of course, hundreds of inhuman massacres throughout history: the massacres of native Indians of American settlers and
vice versa, the massacre of Danes in early England, the massacre of Jews in WW II and at other times, the massacre of Armenians by Russians, the massacre of one African tribe of another, etc. To quote George Santayana, those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Why an Immigration Application Can Be Refused If You Forget a Document
I
n all immigration applications, Citizenship and Immigration Canada requires that specific documents be submitted. The documents required depend on the type of application a person is making. If an applicant forgets to put in a required document, Immigration can refuse that person’s application. Last fall, the federal court decided the case of Chowdhury v. the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. In this case, Ms. Chowdhury needed to prove her relationship to family in Canada. When her application was submitted her mother’s birth certificate was missing. This was important as it was needed to show the link between Ms. Chowdhury and her uncle in Canada. In this case, the Immigration Officer refused Ms. Chowdhury’s application even though the officer had a copy of Ms. Chowdhury’s uncle’s Canadian
permanent resident card, affidavit birth certificate and family tree. In arguing her case, Ms. Chowdhury argued that she gave a copy of her mother’s birth certificate to her immigration consultant but that when the consultant submitted the application, the birth certificate was missing. Ms. Chowdhury indicated that this should have made the immigration officer communicate with her that the birth certificate was missing before refusing the application. In this case, the judge found that the immigration officer should have given Ms. Chowdhury an opportunity to provide the missing birth certificate. However, while Ms. Chowdhury was successful in this case, the judge made his finding on the basis that a letter in the immigration application from Ms. Chowdhury’s uncle referenced that a birth certificate was supposed to be included. Because it seemed clear to the

judge that everyone thought the birth certificate was to be included the judge found that the officer should have given Ms. Chowdhury an opportunity to get that document. However, if there been no reference to the birth certificate in the package, the officer could have been within the law to refuse the application on the basis of missing documentation. Clearly, it is important that all information needed for an immigration application be submitted at the beginning. As well, it is also important that whenever documentation is submitted in an application, it be referenced in the package of materials in the event it gets lost or misplaced by an Immigration Officer. Panahon ng Paghihintáy at Pag-aálinlángan
(Reflecting Poetically on Some Recent Past)
I
n 2005, when I was doing mostly nothing but take care of my late maternal grandfather virtually day in and day out, I relied heavily on my literary pen to keep my sanity. One of the literary endeavors that I engaged in was embark on writing at least a dozen of short verses or a poem a day. I was able to meet that goal for more than a year! So, you can imagine the vast number of poems that I was able to compile out of those poetically prolific moments. These poems inevitably reflected my predisposition and state of mind and emotions during those early years in this newfound home of mine— Canada. Here is the 55th of those dozen verses that I wrote in December 2005, which clearly illustrates the season in the place where I was during that time and my reaction to it. Each of the stanzas that comprise the entire dozen strictly follows a pattern of 8-8-8, or three eight-syllabled lines.
The 55th of a Dozen Verses Kahit masíkat ang araw Ay ubod pa rin ng lamig; Sagad-butó—aking ginaw.
Lahat nga ba'y may dahilan? Di ako naniniwala. Lahat nga ba'y may hangganan? H'wag ka nang magpaliwanag, Hindi na kailangan 'yan. Isa ka rin namang bihag. Paulit-ulit ang búhay. Inip na inip na ako. Hanggang kaylan maghihintay? The Last Leaf Reflecting now on the meanings of each of the verses above gives me a feeling of satisfaction—as if every question that I asked had eventually been answered. They say that the fun in living is in the journey itself and not the destination, and what a journey that I have gone through! Life goes on and on…thus, my journey simply continues.
Madalas nakatunganga; Tanghali lagi ang gising; 'la naman kasing magawa.

I
supporters fall short of something more important—they limit their adoration with their screams and excitement, failing to realize that the best and ultimate way to pay respects to and show appreciation for these artists is to get copies of their music and listen to these contemplatively. A true music enthusiast should be excited not because of the artists themselves but primarily because of the music itself—the very reason these creative individuals have Focusing on the Musical become important cultural icons in the first place. Accomplishments Many music fans go gaga every time they see their idols and icons, Bong Espiritu and the rest of grabbing the rare opportunity having Philippine Violators Many regard Philippine their autographs or taking pictures of themselves with the artists. Sadly Violators as one of the pioneers though, many of these so-called and most enduring purveyors of n the previous issue, I listed the musical activities that I and my former band Half Life Half Death had engaged in during our vacation in the Philippines, including the venues where we performed and the bands that we played with like The Camerawalls, Color It Red, Philippine Violators, and The Youth. Now, I’m showing my appreciation for and gratitude to these bands by profiling each of them.
Philippine Punk music. Formed in 1984 with lead vocalist Charlie “Bong” Espiritu as one of the founding members, the band released its debut album in 1987, Philippine Violators at Large!, and followed this up with State of Confusion (1991), Third Offense (1994), and Balanse (1997). With Espiritu as current members of the band are Richard Espiritu (guitars), Glen Reconose (bass), and Gerald Reconose (drums). Recommended songs are “School Violence,” “Sikat Na si Pedro,” and “Lahat sa Tropa.” The Youth During the boom of Alternative Rock in the Philippines in the 1990s, The Youth was one of the genre’s forerunners. It eventually became one of the most popular ’90s-active Philippine bands especially with its novelty-leaning songs like “Multo sa Paningin (Multong Bakla),” “Mukha ng Pera,” “Basura,” and “Tao Po.” Alfred “Dodong” Cruz (vocals/ guitars) and Joseph Carrasco (drums) formed The Youth in 1989 with some friends but had eventually established it as a trio with the addition of Robert Javier on bass. They released three full-length albums: The Youth (1990), Album na Walang Pamagat (1994), and the final, Tao Po, in 1997; and then they disbanded. Cruz pursued a solo career, releasing a solo album, Eksperimento, in 2001. Other
notable songs include “Supernova Scum,” “Takbo,” “Kapag Nagunaw ang Mundo,” and “Magulo Buhay ng Tao.” After a long disbandment, The Youth is active again although no news yet of an album of new materials. More so, the original trio is now a quartet with the addition of Dhan Almoquira on second guitars and vocals. Cooky Chua and the rest of Color It Red Formed in 1989, Color It Red catapulted to commercial popularity via their single “Paglisan,” a powerful ballad of loss and longing included in the band’s debut album, Hand Painted Sky (1994). Fronted by Catherine “Cooky” Chua, the band is currently comprised by Barbi Cristi-Paraguya (acoustic rhythm guitar), Bopip Paraguya (bass; formerly of the Philippine Thrash band Discant X), Edwin “Kwachi” Vergara (electric guitar; formerly of the Philippine Goth Rock band Mere Mercy), Jayvee Torres (drums; formerly of the Philippine New Wave band Ethnic Faces), and Ariel Policarpio (lead guitar; also formerly of Ethnic Faces). Color It Red has four albums to its credit: Hand Painted Sky (1994), Fool's Circle (1997), Pop Fiction (2001), and Color It Red (2005). Aside from regular gigs at various venues in Metro Manila, the band is working on an album of new materials. For more information about Color It Red and to support the making of the new album, check out the band’s profile on http://www.artisteconnect.com. Vin Dancel and Jason Caballa— Twisted Halo and Peryodiko Dancel was the vocalist while Caballa was the guitar player of the Philippine bands Twisted Halo and Peryodiko. Currently Caballa is the guitarist of the band Pedicab. Twisted Halo released an album in 2004, entitled In Loving Memory of the Fearless Exploits of the Bolo Brigade; while Peryodiko a self-

Clementine Castro and the rest of The Camerawalls Formed by Clementine Castro (chief songwriter, vocalist, rhythm guitarist) in 2008 after the split of his former band Orange and Lemons, The Camerawalls is the current flag bearer of Philippine New Wave and Indie Pop music. Aside from covering classic songs by British bands like The Smiths, The Ocean Blue, The Church, and The Lightning Seeds, they also dish out their own brand of rondalla-flavored music. To date, the band has released two albums: the full-length debut, Pocket Guide to the Otherworld (2008), and the EP Bread and Circuses (2010). Recommended songs are “Clinically Dead for 16 Hours” and “Ignore My Weakness, Don't Ignore Me.” With Castro as current members of the band are Law Santiago (bass), Bach Rudica (drums), and George Carillo (electric guitars). For more information, check out the band’s official website: http:// thecamerawalls.com. Final Note Our vacation in the Philippines was really an adventure. We made the most out of our one-month stay there, spending time not only with our respective families, close relatives, and bestfriends but also with fellow artists to enjoy and keep updated with the music scene in the Philippines. We visited diverse places—from the oldest parts of Metro Manila (Quiapo, Intramuros, Tutuban, Divisoria, Baclaran, and Binondo) to the latest posh commercial complex and malls (Glorietta and Rockwell in Makati, Bonifacio High Street in Taguig, and Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna)—not only to have fun but more so to experience our homecountry culturally after having been gone for almost a decade. It was really worth the trip!

Katrina Halili rumored feuding anew against Marian Rivera
E
xpectant mother actress Katrina Halili is reportedly on a warpath anew against fellow Kapuso Marian Rivera. Recently Katrina went on Twitter to vent her sentiments with a co-star who is seemingly insecure of her and also hinted at having had an issue with the said co-star five years ago. This led to the speculation that she was referring to Marian, with
whom she was said to have a dispute while doing their teleserye “Marimar” some five years ago. Currently the two are working together in the GMA-7 primetime series “My Beloved.” Marian was apparently surprised at the issue. She said Katrina’s alleged ill feeling towards her could be due to her co-star’s pregnancy. Katrina is 17 weeks pregnant with her first child with singer Kris Lawrence,

Pharmacy graduate Janine Mari Tugonon, last year’s Binibining Pilipinas first runner-up, finally clinched the prestigious title as she bested other contestants during the Binibining Pilipinas 2012 Grand Coronation Night held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Saturday. The 22-year old Tugonon admitted she is already feeling the pressure of following the footsteps of Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj, and Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up Shamcey Supsup. She also believes that most people even want her to better the achievement of her predecessors. Aside from Tugonon, the other winners were Binibining Pilipinas–
Tourism, Katrina Jayne Dimaranan; Binibining Pilipinas–International, Nicole Schmitz; First runner-up, Elaine Kay Moll ; and Second runner-up, Annalie Forbes. Dimaranan also won the special award Binibining Talent, while
Schmitz grabbed the Best in National Costume and the Nestlé Fitnesse Best in Swimsuit. The Grand Coronation Night was hosted by actors Xian Lim, Iza Calzado, Venus Raj and Georgina Wilson.
Andi Eigenmann sees no early resolution of her rift with her baby’s dad
A
ndi Eigenmann is willing to forgive her ex-boyfriend Albie Casiño if the time comes that he finally asks for pardon. Saying she had left all feeling of resentment in the past, she’s even open for her daughter, Adrianna Gabrielle, whom she fondly calls Baby Ellie, to meet her father. However it appears that the rift between the estranged couple will not be resolved anytime soon as the two reportedly gave each other the cold shoulder during a recent chance encounter. Albie apparently has not apologized to Andi after their
much=publicized break-up. The young actor also remains evasive about his paternal responsibility to the latter’s daughter. The 21-year-old actress has now moved on from the botch relationship after giving birth to Ellie in November 2011. She said he has a better disposition now as she maintains focus on her daughter as well as her career. She will stage her showbiz comeback via the Kapamilya network with a drama series co-starring Iza Calzado, Gabby Concepcion, and Jake Cuenca.

Or, in Simple Words Giving is a choice, so is giving back. Either is not a moral obligation. The real concept of giving is the transfer of something without an expectation begins the moment she expects of reciprocity—and receiving the something in return and when the gift without feeling obligated to recipients feel obligated to give give something in return. (On the True Meaning of Gift-Giving)
M
I am not a Santa Claus— someone who tends to bring gifts to everyone every time there is an occasion or a get-together. I always believe that if the invitation has been really extended with good intentions, then my presence should be enough. And I am not a “gift spectre” either [a wordplay on “gift expecter”)—someone who expects gifts during every possible occasion. Whenever we get invited to parties or get-togethers, I am not compelled to bring food or gifts. I will bring something only if I like to, if I'm in the mood, or if I happen to have extra money around the time of the occasion. I don't condone or encourage people who host parties to expect presents from their invitees aside from their presence. In the same manner that I don't encourage people to feel compelled to bring something every time I invite them to a party I’m hosting or they get to be invited by friends or acquaintances to parties. Their presence—not their presents—should be enough. In fact, if they could not attend for whatever reason, they should not feel guilty about it—and the host should not take it against those who failed to attend. Just give the host a heads-up that you couldn’t attend the party. If I want something for myself or my family, I buy it with my own money and hard work; I don't expect to receive these as gifts. People should not expect too much gifts from others. They should buy themselves their needs or whatever they like. That’s the reason we should be working—to be able to provide for ourselves and our own families. I don’t mean to be grumpy or greedy; I’m not even promoting greediness; I’m just trying to put the concept of gift-giving in the correct perspective, because I abhor the way gift-giving has become a sort of a moral obligation in many societies. To me, giving will always remain a choice—a prerogative. On the other hand, I am not belittling generosity—if someone loves giving gifts, then it’s her choice; but the hypocrisy

Tarnishing a Legacy
oubtlessly Manny Pacquiao will go down in history as, at the least, the most popular Filipino of his era or, at most, the most popular Filipino of all time. A plethora of facts would support such a claim. To cite a few: his long list of local and international endorsements, having been on the covers of the world-renowned magazines Time and Sports Illustrated, a
boxing pay-per-view king, his endorsement of U.S. Senator Harry Reid and meeting with President Barack Obama, and his contribution to his country. American ring announcer Michael Buffer summed it well when he said that Manny Pacquiao was “the fighting pride of the Philippines.” His magnificent achievements in the boxing ring earned him all these accolades.
Manny Pacquiao’s legacy is secured in boxing history; however, the moment he entered an uncharted territory—politics— every else seemed to have been tarnished. I have always believed that Pacquiao should have not entered the political ring—where principled men can turn soft on their principles, where honorable men can end up honoring themselves, where loyalty comes with a price, where “service to others” can turn into “service for oneself,” where political ties and family ties can be more important than societal ties, where electoral promises can turn into a “pie in the sky,” where a good leader is a “sheep among wolves,” and ultimately, where a “pride of the Philippines” can turn into an “enemy of the people.” While Pacquiao adamantly argues that politics is a way for him to reach out to his fellow
Filipinos, it is not the better way to reach out to his fellows (whether in the concluding years of his boxing career or in his postboxing career) and not the better way to preserve his boxing legacy. There are better ways for Pacquiao to reach out to his fellow Filipinos and, at the same time, preserve his boxing legacy. He can choose to be a Philippine ambassador, or a founder of a charitable institution, or founder of a scholarship program. A good role model would be the retired National Basketball Association (NBA) star player Vlade Divac who has gained international attention even after his stellar basketball career. He was the founder of The Group Seven Children’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to assisting children who have been displaced and impoverished due to the breakup of a nation. His philanthropic work has
April 20 - May 5, 2012
earned Divac widespread recognition, including the NBA’s Citizenship Award, Sporting News “Good Guys” Award, the “Good Samaritan” Award from International Orthodox Christian Charities, and a Medal of Merit from the Serbian Unity Congress. Divac also serves as a “Goodwill Ambassador” of United Nations and has participated in the NBA's “Basketball Without Borders” initiative (www.prweb.com). Perhaps, it is through any of these ways (ambassador, founder of charitable institution, or founder of a scholarship program) in which Pacquiao’s achievements off the boxing ring can be as impressive as his achievements in the boxing ring and where his legacy as “the Pride of the Philippines” could be well-preserved in history. Perhaps, it’s not too late to convince “The Pride of the Philippines” to reassess his achievements and retrace his path to success.

W
innipeg, April 16, 2012 — To meet Canada’s labour market needs more quickly, highly-skilled temporary foreign workers could soon transition to permanent residence faster than before, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced today. “Thousands of highly-skilled foreign nationals are working successfully in Canada on a temporary basis,” said Minister Kenney. “Expediting their transition to permanent residence would help Canada retain bright and talented people who already have Canadian work experience and the ability to communicate in English or French. In many cases, they already have a job lined up. Such newcomers are set for success.” To make Canada’s immigration system more flexible and even more responsive to our labour market needs, Citizenship and Immigration Canada intends to reduce the work experience requirement for eligible temporary foreign workers applying to stay permanently. One major benefit of the change would be to make it easier for skilled tradespersons working in Canada to transition to permanent residence as their work is often project-based and can be seasonal. Currently, to be eligible to apply, applicants under the
temporary foreign worker stream of the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) must have acquired 24 months of full-time work experience within the last 36 months. Under the proposed regulatory changes, the requirement would be reduced to 12 months of experience. The announcement is the latest in a series Minister Kenney has made about transforming Canada’s economic immigration program into a fast and flexible system focused on jobs, growth, and prosperity. Launched in 2008, the CEC offers a pathway to permanent residence – and eventually Canadian citizenship – for international students and temporary foreign workers with highly-skilled Canadian work experience. The CEC aims to support the economic success of immigrants by selecting
those who are most likely to succeed in Canada’s labour market. In 2011, a record number of people were admitted to Canada under the CEC. According to preliminary admissions data, 6,022 immigrants were welcomed under the CEC last year, a significant increase in admissions of more than 50 % from 2010. In 2012, 7,000 permanent residents are expected to be admitted through the CEC – more than ever before. “The CEC is a key part of our plan for the future of immigration in Canada, and so it is gratifying to see the dramatic growth in the program since its inception,” said Minister Kenney. Further details about the proposed changes to the Canadian Experience Class will be announced later in 2012.

To mark the occasion, his closest friends launched the book “Ito ang Pilipino: A tribute to Joseph Estrada” in time for the 75th birthday of the former president. Estrada entered politics in 1967 when he was elected Mayor of San Juan, where he served for 17 years. In 1987, he was elected to the Senate. In 1992, he won as Vice President under the administration of former President Fidel V. Ramos. Six years later, he was sworn in as President on June 30, 1998 at the historic Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan. He was convicted of plunder in 2007 but was pardoned by his successor, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

His life may not have been funny at times, but Erap continues to be a source of enjoyment and inspiration for his friends. E
Perez Title Fight
ric Perez is a fighter we’ve featured here on the Filipino Journal. Last fight, he finished off Tony Bibby via rear naked choke, and that got him to the next level in his fight career. A title shot in a larger organization. I got a chance to catch up with Eric as he prepares for his championship fight. Big Marv: You’ll be fighting for one of Canada's bigger organizations in Wreck MMA, against “Relentless” Randy Turner? Can you tell us more about Wreck MMA and about your opponent? Eric Perez: Wreck has a very good reputation in Canadian MMA. Their shows are always well run, they treat the fighters very professionally and I'm really happy to be a part of it. The venue for the event is in Ottawa, the Hotel Lac Leamy, is absolutely gorgeous. I'm really looking forward to getting in there and putting on a great fight. I know my opponent is just as his nick name says, “Relentless”. He's in his early 30's, he has a military background and trains at a good club in Ottawa. From the fights I've seen of his, he seems to be very
well rounded, durable and tough. Not outstanding in any areas but doesn't seem to have any glaring holes in his game either. He was very active in the ring last year too. BM: Without giving away too much of your game plan, have you been preparing for anything specific? EP: I don't ever really do anything different or focus on anything specific when I get ready for fights. I feel that if I'm in shape that I can beat anyone. The big difference for this fight is we had to prepare for an extra 2 rounds because it is a title fight. So, this training camp wasn't a lot of fun and my teammates and coach really pushed me in the gym. BM: Tell me more about this title fight.... what championship are you fighting for and what have you done to prepare to go Five Rounds?
BM: How do you see yourself finishing this fight? Submission - choke? Armbar? Or Knock out punches? Head kick? EP: I have no idea, I know I will finish this fight I'm just not sure how. I think if the fight stays standing long enough I will be able to pick him apart starting with his legs like I do most of my fights. If we go to the ground I'm sure he hasn't grappled with anyone like me at his club. I like high-risk, high-reward moves on the ground so I'll definitely test him there. I’ll catch him in something he hasn't seen or dealt with in the gym and then the fight is mine. He doesn't seem like one to crack mentally or physically so I'll really have a task on my hands in finishing this fight. Going 5 rounds isn't fun in the gym, I'm sure it's less fun in the cage so I'll try to get it done in less than 3 rounds. BM: Ok... now let’s pay the bills. Give a shout out to your sponsors.
EP: I'd like to thank Full Time Fighter, Tapout Canada, Gorilla Jacks and Snap Fitness, specifically EP: This is for the Wreck the Pembina and St. Anne's Bantamweight title. This is a pretty locations. important title to hold as 2 previous holders of this belt, Ian Loveland Eric Perez takes on Randy Turner and Nick Denis, are currently in for the Wreck MMA Bantam the UFC. Away from the gym, I've Weight Championship, April 20th in done a lot more sprints and because Ottawa, ON. To find out more about I've been concerned about his this event, and the organization, strength I've been lifting a lot more visit www.WreckMMA.com.
