4 Eggs Hard-boiled 200g Mutton Mince 1 tbsp oil for deep frying 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs 1/2 cup refined flour 1 egg Chutney mayo for drizzling Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Preparations of Scotch Egg Recipe Fried 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan add onion and saute till translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute 30 second.

2 Add salt mix well and cook for 1 minute. Then after add chilli powder and garam masala mix and cook for 1 minute or till the oil separate, remove from heat and cool.

3 Take mutton mince in a bowl add salt, coriander leaves and onions mixture and mix well.

4 Spread breadcrumbs and flour on different plates. Break an egg in a bowl, add salt and beat well.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Divide the mutton mixture into 4 equal portions. Take one portion, flattene on your palm, place one hard-boiled egg and cover with mutton mixture.

Similarly prepare with remaining mutton and eggs.

6 Dust the egg with flour and dip in beaten egg, coat them with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry the prepared egg in hot oil till golden and crispy, drain on absorbent paper.

7 Halves the scotch egg, place on a plate and drizzle some chutney and mayo on top.

Serve hot garnish with fresh mints leaves.
