ICON Kiwanis International is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Because of this, Key Club, Circle K, and Kiwanis are having one large International Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana to celebrate. International Convention is one of the coolest experiences a Key Clubber can have. Attendees get to elect the International Board, attend a plethora of workshops to grow as servant leaders, listen to inspirational speakers, attend a multitude of sessions and much more! This year will be extremely unique because it is the 100th anniversary. Another great aspect is the fun! ICON is in Indianapolis which is ranked the best place to hold a convention! It will be a wonderful city in which to spend ICON. The New Jersey District is driving there by bus. While on the way, we are going to make a few stops. We will stop in Hershey, PA; Columbus, Ohio; Sandusky, Ohio at Cedar Point Amusement Park; and Cleveland, Ohio at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This is going to be an awesome ICON! As District Board members, you are expected to attend ICON. If you are worried about the price, do not fret! Many attendees have been able to go after talking to their sponsoring Kiwanis Club and setting up online fundraising pages. The first payment is due to Ms. McCann no later than May 8th.
