Welcome
Hello NJDB! It is November! What! Not real! This is when the real work begins. DCON planning is stressful, but if done with passion, we will be able to leave a lasting legacy. Key Leader is right around the corner! Please continue to push attendance in your division. Let me know if you have any questions and happy reading! Yours in Caring and Service,

Spike Out Hunger Tips/ Reminders
● FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR TEAMS. ● Charge for food. If it was donated, they donated so you could take out the expense and raise more money! ● Reread the guide. ● Enforce the rules. They aren’t there for show. ● Make sure you start registration early so you can start your games at the right time. ● Contact me, Zierra or Julien if you are truly distressed. ● Remember to have fun!!!!
Successor Hunting As much as I hate to say it, it is time to begin searching for your successor. It might have taken you all 3 seconds to decide to become an LTG, but some people need encouragement now. This is a test. Text me the word bacon. You’ve been working with your division since April and have gotten to know your clubs well. Make sure you encourage people to run who you believe will keep the standard high like you. And if someone who worries you wants to run, kindly guide them to other options. Remember executive candidacy cannot be declared until DCON. •

Look for a big leadership potential. • someone who you think would enjoy the experience. Encourage them to go to Key Leader. Make sure potential candidates understand their responsibilities. People skills!!!
Key Club International Vision Partner Spotlight Nickelodeon inspires kids to take action and make a difference in the world. Through the Big Help and Worldwide Day of Play initiatives, Nickelodeon encourages kids and adults to work together to plan events and activities that promote health, wellness, and service.
Governor’s Spotlight Lieutenant Governor of Division 19 Meghan Nevola is a great asset of this board! Meghan has 98% of her officers trained and has visited all of her clubs. Meghan was instrumental in making RTCs so successful, her reports are always very detailed and early, she has published eight newsletters, and she never hesitates to contact me with questions. She has also been working very hard to plan her tournament. Meghan is such a sweetheart, she works so hard and she is a true pleasure to work with!
