Greetings!

Hello NJDB! It is crazy to think that in eight short days our terms will be over and how another service year blinked before our eyes.

However, DCON and getting everthing ready for the next board is one of the most important things you all will do and is extremely pertinent.

You all worked very hard so let’s maximize the continued success for the next board.

PUBLICIZE FOOD DRIVE AND COIN SHAKERS Digital RFLs are due today.

Physical RFLs are due as soon as you walk into the hotel on the 31st.

All Final Reports and Files for Successors must be in the correct folder by Pre-Con. If some of your committee work is still going on during DCON, you have until the 7th.

Remind your clubs to sign up for the DCON Remind.

DCON Packing List •

Friday Night Outfit (black dress or black tie), 2 other business professional outfits, formal outfit, Food Drive Donations, Business Professional shoes, sneakers, board shirt and khakis, workshops, and two casual outfits.

March of Dimes Spring Campaign As we have talked about, the March of Dimes Spring Campaign includes walks for the cause all over the state. Organizing teams is a great way for the elects to start their year off strong by actually meeting members from their divisions before summer. Please continue to help your elects with this and answer any questions they may have!

ICON 2016

The NJ District will be taking Atlanta for ICON 2016 from July 3rd-10th. ICON 2016 is going to be amazing. From fun excursions, to workshops and sessions, you do not want to miss ICON. We will also have the opportunity to help campaign for any candidates we may endorse. The hotel is also ridiculously cool. If you have never attended ICON before, there is no way to describe seeing Key Clubbers from all over the world. For us seniors, it also a great way to end our Key Club experience. If you have any questions about ICON, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or Ms. McCann!

CKI DCON Recap

Farwa, Mr. Mollo and I had a great time at NJ CKI DCON two weeks ago! It was great to celebrate their year, attend their workshops and learn how they operate. NJ CKI does so much service. Even though I won’t be attending college in NJ, I look forward to being in CKI. Text me Albert. I hope all you seniors are planning on joining CKI, whether you are attending college in NJ or not. For seniors whose colleges don’t have a CKI, remember that all LTGs in all districts are supposed to build a K-Family Club. You could be that wonderful student contact!

Rustic Pathways

Rustic Pathways is a co-sponsor of the Kiwanis Family. Rustic Pathways runs service trips to countries all over the world. They vary in length. There are spring break trips, summer trips and Key Club only trips! They also offer gap year programs. You can still sign up for summer trips!

Governor’s Spotlight Lieutenant Governor of Division 1 Tom Beeby has had a great year as an LTG! He has awesome totals, further unified his division through multiple divisional projects and has made great progress with club building. He has worked very hard and his successes are evident. As a board member, he always makes all of us laugh and offers a helping hand. Congratulations Tom!
