Membership includes age-appropriate access to the gymnasium, indoor pool, outdoor water park, indoor track, fitness floor, chill zone, and discounts on programs, special events, and rentals. The CAC has the following amenities: • Fitness Floor: more than 29 pieces of cardio equipment, 17

Cybex selectorized machines, walking/running track, a Smith machine, a rowing machine, and an Adaptive Motion Trainer. • Gymnasium: wood floor courts for volleyball, basketball, badminton, and pickleball. • Indoor Pool: eleven 25-yard lap lanes, diving board, water slide, basketball goal, a toddler spray area, and AquaClimb climbing wall. • Outdoor Water Park (seasonal): a zero-entry level activity pool, two large water slides, lazy river, vortex, water play features, three tot slides, and a 60-gallon dumping bucket. • Tot Drop: designated area for infants and child’s restroom, for children aged 6 months-9 years. • Chill Zone: air hockey, two pool tables, ping pong, foosball table, gaming stations, and wireless internet. • Multipurpose Rooms for programming and private rentals. • Online membership and program registrations Also offered at the CAC: • Thirty group exercise classes each week, 11 of which are aquatics-based. • Hour-long personal training sessions. • A wide variety of programs and classes for preschool, youth, teens, and adults. • Private rentals, lock-ins, and birthday party packages. • Various special events throughout the year.
