Bowmen Basketball Camp

This fun camp is designed for players of all skills and abilities. Camp time focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding. This is a skill-based camp which utilizes drills and games to reinforce skills being taught. Part of each day will be used for scrimmages and tournament games. Bowmen Golf Camp

This camp features a fun curriculum designed for young golfers. Drills and stations are used to maximize time with a club in hand. Chipping and driving range stations work on the fundamentals and basics, while simulated holes replicate situations. Players work primarily with irons and strive to build confidence in their swing. Participants can bring their own clubs or use those provided. A golf glove, water bottle, snack, sunscreen, and hat are recommended. Bowmen Flag Football Camp

This camp features a combination of a quarterback skills clinic and a traditional flag football program. Players learn drills and exercises, including passing and receiving, as well as defensive coverage. The program will teach plays, routes, and familiarize participants with formations and basics. Time to scrimmage will also be allotted. All equipment is provided. Bring a snack, water bottle, and sunscreen. Volleyball TECH 1 features a fun curriculum designed for young players. Volleyball TECH 2 is designed for players learning the game and trying to get to the next level or make a team. Drills, games, and stations maximize time handling a volleyball. Passing and receiving are the basis of this fundamental camp, while also striving to build confidence in serving the ball. Butterfly Princess Dance Camp

Dancers will learn a tap and ballet routine to be performed the last day of camp for family. This camp includes story time, coloring, crafts, and a bit of tumbling. Ballet tutu is included in the registration fee. Students should wear leotard and tights, and bring both their tap and ballet shoes to class in a backpack or dance bag. Hawaiian Hullabaloo Dance Camp

Little dancers will experience a tropical themed week full of dance, Hawaiian arts and crafts, along with assembling and eating a fruit kabob! Students should wear a leotard and tights, and bring their tap and ballet shoes to class in a backpack or dance bag. Dancers will receive a Hula skirt outfit to take home on the final day of camp. No martial arts experience necessary. Students will learn the techniques of the ninjas! They will also battle each other with kidsafe padded ninja swords and bo staffs. Other weapons include nunchucks, kamas, sai, and more. The benefits of this camp include improved coordination, confidence, and discipline, all while having a blast.
